i like this boy named richard sandlin
he acts like he dont want a girlfriend
he used to pick on me in gradeschool now he doesnt even talk to me anymore. my junior prom is coming up in may 2008. and i really dont know if i will be asked or not. im scared. i want a boyfriend and a date for prom and i dont know what to do. what should i do?

energy converter

Hi,
I need to make an energy converter for science by tommorow or I fail. (eg: potential energy to kinetic energy, or chemical energy to electric energy etc.) Can someone please help me?
It doesnt have to be a really detailed model or anything. I would prefer it to be just made out of something i have at home.

Well everyone in my grade goes to all the school games and stuff, the problem is I dont and I want to be involved in that kind of stuff. Except the problem is that my enemie usuallly goes and I don't want drama. And she turned a lot of people againest me last year for no reason. What can I do to be more involved and get popular!

I go to a boarding school, and I met this guy who's a senior (i'm a freshman- almost 15) and I'm so obsessed with him i dream about him at night and I get chills and my heart skips a beat when I see him... I sat with him at lunch one day (he called out to me and asked me to sit with him) and later that night we had a little conversation. I just said hi to him.
So i guess we're acquaintences? he always looks at me whenever we're in the same room.
When a dance comes up should I ask him to go with me?
I'm a very mature freshman and I look a lot older than my age. He's just so nice and caring and I would die to have him as a bf.
I'm really shy though and it's intimidating to talk to h...

There's this guy who I've been friends with since like 7th grade, Ben. and i dunno. whenever me&ben have a fight it seems like he doesnt care that i wouldnt be his friend anymore.like im not mportant enough. but its not only that way with ben. its that way with it seems like, everybody...does anybody have any tips on how to get people to WANT to be your friend or like...to have people like you better? i know its not really a question i can just get an answer easily from but hey its worth a try!

the only problem is all of my friends think he's creepy and a nerd. i mean, yeah, he is a big nerd, but i do kind of like him back. i don't hang out with his friends, and he doesn't hang out with mine. i'm afraid that if we started dating that my friends wouldn't have as much respect for me. i had one friend that told me that "it would end in a trainwreck." i don't know if you'll be able to help me at all, but what should i do? i don't think he's creepy.

ok i am going out with this guy, and it is going good expect one thing!!!!
he NEVER talks to me!!!!!!!! like we talk on the phone but it is like all silent and everything!!! and then when we are on yahoo we talk all the time and stuff!!! and then at school we dont talk but we give each other eye contact and when i am in the hall way he will come up to me and like pump me and will say o i didnt see u there and stuff ina funny way!!!!
but i just dont know if it is going on the wait track!!!!!!!

Today was our first day of school, and i wasnt in any classes with my friends. Its my senior year, and id love to be with them. My dad donates a lot to the school, so he talked to the principal and tommorow i have a meeting with the principal to discus what id like changed, and hell switch it for me. I definately dont want to be that bratty student who gets whatever she wants. I have 2 classes with my friends, but thats 2 out of 8. How do i tell my principal which classes id like switched without sounding like "give me what i want, and give it NOW!". And how do i tell him how much i appreciate him taking the time to do all that? I dont think of myself as a brat, and neither do my friends but some people at school do, just because ...

i have like no friends i have friends but like

High School and Racism

Hi. I am going into grade 9 and I am half asian. At my school I have got a few racist comments but none of them really affected me because the few i got were from friends and they didnt mean it in a bad way at all. Now I am going into High School and im worried. I live in an area where almost every student is causcasion. So basically racism was never really frowned apon cause noone was "different" in physical appearance to be judged. Anyways, I was looking forward to this year until now. Equality

I'm a nice and friendly person, but sometimes I feel like I'm viewed as weak. Not as in physically, but I feel like I'm an easy person to overlook. Can I have examples of how others could view me as an equal.
Ex. don't follow people around...go off on your own if you don't feel welcome.

17/f I'm going to be seeing my crush when school starts back upp right? Yea so I've gotten a make-over this summer and now I look better, and he hasn't seen me all summer but we've been flirting and talk on the phone everyyy night.
I already know I have no classes with him...so does any body know how I could approach him?
These are the three scenarios:
We might see each other in the morning, before school starts. In that case, how do I just go up to him (and what do I say)
We walk past each other in the halls - should I change direction to walk with him/how should I do thatt
He is walking ahead of me I could catch up but then what do I say to not make it look like creepy

I'm a boy in 8th grade and to some girls I don't know what to say. I try to come up with things but I have no idea what to say. But to some other girls things come easier and I don't have to think about it. Could you please tell me things to talk about or why I might be able to talk easier to some people. Thanks!

He promised to divorce his wife, but so far there is no sign of divorce. I'm beginning to think I'm a big fool. What do you think?

I'm going to a new school...obviously with new people...and I am really nervous about it. I'm not exactly shy, but I'm not like other people...I have a weird sense of humor..and I'm just different( not in a negative way) so I was wondering how I can get to know people in my new school..without looking/sounding like an overjoyed cunt.
I'd appreciate any tips/advice :)
