Americans ignore, but the internationals stare?

Alright, this is kinda crazy so bear with me. Just so you're not confused I am not an international student and this is my third year in highschool.
I've been in school for about a week now and ever since I've been back I've noticed that all the American guys completly ignore me and want nothing to do with me, even some of my guy friends don't wanna talk. However, a lot of the international kids (Asians and Italians-especially this one dude) won't stop looking at me. I'm a modest. quiet, keep to myself person, so please don't think I'm bragging about this. Is it weird that when im around my freinds im really fun and wild but when im with like "popular kids" i am really shy i dont know why but ive been like that for a while and i really want to break out of my shell kinda when im around thoose type ok kids. I mean i have already gotten alot of crap about moving back and wearing "emo cloths" or whatever there stereotyping my clothing. Its not just like what people are sating gets said behind my back they come up to me and call me agothic emo cutter or whatever. okay i have a boyfriend and i like him and he REALLY likes me, but my problem is that I like this other boy. And I really dont want to break up with my boyfriend for the guy i like. so what could i do ? and this boy likes me to . but could me and this boy be friends with benifits or what? 16/f. In one of my classes, I sit by a kid who has low self-esteem and possibly mental issues. Anyway, he started talking to me on the first day of class (we had not met before). Then he started telling me about how girls always reject him, and how he's "always wanted to ask me out." After he said that, I didn't say anything back- I just sat there and continued doing my work. Frankly, this kid gives me the creeps but I don't want to be rude at all to him. When the bell rang to leave class, he said, "So will you go out with me?" And I politely said no. I like this one guy, and I really want to talk to him...but here's the problem. We have no classes together, and almost no friends in common, except two of my friends. But I can't tell my friends that I like him because, my best friend says that she's in love with him. He asked her out last year (before I knew him) and it would hurt her feelings.
So how do you go up and talk to a person when you have no reason for talking to them, and no friends in common? I'm kind of shy too, I can't just walk up to him and say "Hi. I'm Rosalie, and I really like you" I need some ides that will seem causal to him if it involves walking up and talking to him, and If I do I have to have a valid reason so I don't look like a complete...

Today was my third day of high school. I'm a freshman, and not liking it too much so far. I know it's early to be judging it so quickly, but I can't seem to meet new people. I'm intimidated by the upper classmen in some of my classes, and people in my grade are kind of..cold? My high school is a mixture of 2 larger middle schools and 2 smaller ones. I used to go to a smaller one, so there may only be one or two kids in my class from my middle school whereas there are a lot of kids from a larger middle school in one class where people know each other. look theres this guy Peter who used to go to my school and he does again but he asked me out over msn i said yes and now hes back. He hasn't talked to me I've emailed him no reply Should I send him my note I wrote him or wait? I mean school just went in on the 4th!!! but he used to be on msn everyday!!! shouldn't he get his messages??? Some friends found out and are now harassing me about it!! Should I just break up with him now and live with not knowing? I mean 2 guys in his class I've dated and hate me!! They think I'm a s***!!

im a 17 year old female and i cannot handle an interview at all i went to two refering to wroking in retail and some questions i found i couldnt answer or they were very delayed. I need a job so bad because my dad wont buy me the car i want until i am able to get one. I applied at Bon Ton and they called me back for an interview and i am so nervous because i feel that i just dont do interviews well. Any one who has applied in retail can u please list some questions they might have or have even asked and what are some good well thought out repsonses? thank you so much!

okay so like my mom found out that my b./f and i had sex and like sh flipped ou and pressed charges on him in like a billion different wanys and like so we go to school together. im 15 hes 17.
and like hes scared to talk to me or look at me or interact with me and like the court papers are saying how he cant look at me and if he follows me or something to walk me to class they say its like stalking and this is tearing us apart so badly.
and like i love him so much and also...

School Picture!

My school picture day is next monday, and i was wondering if you had any tips.
Its my senior year, so my pictures going in the yearbook and its how im going to be remembered so i want to look good. Our rule is we have to wear either a blue or white collared shirt. We can wear any undershirt and do our hair however we want.
Which color would show up better? Blue or white?
What shirt should i wear under?
What looks better on film? Curly or straight hair?
About makeup, whats the best way to go? Eyeliner or not? Red lipstick maybe? Ihave no clue.
Any ideas would be appreciated so much!!

okay so at my school this girl who started crap with me last year and again on myspace over the summer. and i said stuff to her to defend myself. and she doesn't like me. and she gives me dirty looks now. and she's really mean & so are her friends. & no one likes them. & she does drugs and drinks all the time. and i heard when she was in 7th grade everyone found out she had sex with this one guy. and i don't get like why is she soo mean & does drugs when she knows she shouldn't be like that?

im not ugly but im not narcisistic.just had to get the out of the way. ok now the story.

- he's in my computer class, and sits next to me. his feet are always close to mine, and he doesn't move them.
- he showed me his cell phone and let me mess around with it.
- when we walk out of the classroom, and he goes in front of me; theres a big crowd of people, but sometimes he looks over his shoulder to see if i'm there.
- we've made eye contact, and we talk to each other, meaning we look into each other's eyes when we talk.
- he always jokes about how slow of a typer he is and how fast i am. one time, he went "i hate you", when i finished an assignment and he wasn't even halfway done, and he smiled.
- he always smiles when i'm around.

the coach at my skool wants me to be a personal trainer for the football team he said id get to ride with them to the football games and that id only have to work on the night of the game. it sounds awesome but i have no idea what a persoonal trainer does. the coach said id only have to record the game and put up laundry is there anything else that a personal trainer does for their first year?
