argumentative nonappreciatve friend

Hello,
I have a friend and her 13 y/o daughter who are driving me crazy. They are living with my family at the moment (for free) and I have helped her out with thousands of dollars in which I am now very bitter about, but that is besides the point. I am normally a very giving and patient person, but I am at the end of my rope and about to blow.
These two disagree with every single thing my son/daughter or I have to say. It doesn't matter if I say the sky is blue, they'd say it's green. I can't even hold a conversation with either of them. Typically I just say "I see your point" or "oh really" and back off for the sake of not arguing. It's insulting to do so, because many times they are not correct--...

I have a best friend which is a male while I am a female. We used to hang out alot in the past by going for movie, have lunch/dinner together and doing all sorts of crazy things until late midnight. We are so close till he will care for me when I am sick/sad and he usually shares his problem with me, and vice versa. We used to sms till late midnight too when we need someone to keep as companian when we're bored. Things had changed recently when he told me that he has a girlfriend. Pen pals?

I really want a pen pal. Whether it's writing letters, or emailing. I've always wanted to have a pen pal so I can learn about that persons culture and most likely make a friend out of that experience. Does anyone know any websites or something that like give you a pen pal or something. I'm not sure how the whole thing works, but it's definately something i'm interested in. If you have any info that will help, please do share. Thanks in advance.

Hello. I feel as if I have a problem b/c most other people have many friends that they can hang out and party with. I sometimes find myself alone bored wanting to go out on a Friday night. I have a wonderful husband and a son which make me very happy. The area of my life that I feel I am lacking in are my friends. Missing Someone Alot

Same girl I've mentioned in another on my posts.. Anyway, today we got see to hang out for a few for the first time, prior to today we would just chat on the computer.. I was really looking forward to hanging out with her, and I had a great time except now it's all over and I really don't know when I'll get to see her again, and it's killing me.. She goes to public school, I'm homeschooled and I just don't get to see her much needless to say, and her parents are still "iffy" about me and more then likely do not trust me, but I've known her parents for about a year now..

There is Bob and Joe and me.
Bob is naturally curious about other people's business and he's been on Joe and my case since last year. Since last year, Joe and I have been close friends and he really liked me. I thought I liked him in that way, too, and went to a dance with him and gave him mixed signals. But now I really like him as a friend and nothing more. He asked me to homecoming and I declined saying that I didn't want to go to homecoming because it was crappy (which is completely true) but also because (this part I didn't say to him) I don't want to go to homecoming with him even as friends because he'll still get the wrong idea (even if I told him we'll go as friends)

my bff is turning 16 in a little over a month. for my 15th birthday she was absolutely &rediculously awesome to me, she gave me this photo album of us & our friends that was sooo beautiful then threw me a surprise party. yeah, amazing, right?
... now i dont know how to pay her back! haha. shes a super friend and i dont know anything that would do justice.
i dont want to steal the whole surprise party idea but can anybody think of any way to totally make her sweet 16 the best day of her life?

Okay so i used 2 have this best friend! and then about a year or so ago we had this HUGE fight! Over an ex of mine. but then later on we both apologized, so we were friends. but we really havn't talked much since then, I guess we drifted apart. One of my best friends has just told me she is pregnant and that they are definately keeping the baby. She is 18 years old and doesn't have a job. The guy she is dating is 19, has a minimum wage job, and is attending college part-time. They live 30 minutes away from each other--him with a couple of roommates in an apartment and her with her parents in their house. They are very much in love, but they're afraid because they don't know what they are going to do or how they are going to make it with a baby.
My best friend HAS to start college full-time soon in order to stay on her mother and father's insurance.

I'm going to have to start from the beginning to explain everything. So here it is. This guy and my school asked my sister out last year. She declined his offer. my friend (girl) has a problem with guys.When she was younger (around 9years old or may be younger),a relative used to masturbate in front of her and to abuse her sexually.He used to open the toilet door when she is using the toilet, and things like that.She didn't tell me she was raped but she told me this terrifies her.Now she doesn't trust any guy and she's afraid when she is left alone with a guy.How can i help her to get over this problem and go on with her life?I really want to help her but don't know how!!!

okay so I have this guy and we just talked for like two days and we just clicked and I mean literally. we have a whole lot in common.I can tell him anything. he's my best friend already:) and I like him more than that but I'm not gonna tell him yet. and when we talk,it seem like he like me too. but I don't know. we talk to each other for about 3-5 hours a day and we talk even when we wake up in the morning before going school:D.how cute is that? my friend lies about everything she makes stuff up all the time and its starting to buyg me. its getting hard to just ignore it. like, if i tell her how i guy likes me, she has to tell me how some guy ive never heard of likes her. or she just lies to make herself seem more interesting. shes honestly the biggest liar ever.

I like to meet new people online all the time, because I think it's interesting to talk to someone from someplace different from where I live. Well, a couple months ago, I met... "J." J lives across the country from me, and we've become very very good friends. I honestly can say I love him, in a very unromantic way. More of the way you love your best friend.
