hi, i was wondering if anybody knew how i could lose some flab on my thighs (inner thigh) and how quickly could i lose it? thanks

my knee hurts all the time. i've been to the doctor and i got Xrays. but he said there was nothing wroung with it and it might be athritis. but i couldnt take a test because i had my period and i never went back. but now latly, i cant even walk it hurts so bad. i take aleav, it works but for only an hour. everytime i get up i get the worst pain. how would i know if i had athritis?

I used to excercise 1 hour before I eat but actually I don't think my stomache digested the food in an hour because I get a stomache ache so I started excercising right before I eat my meals and my Dad told me to stop because it's unhealthy. I need a professional to answer this one. If it's not healthy to excercise right before eating lunch, then when is it a good time to excercise?

im 13/f 100 pounds and like 5'4 im sooo thin i have no boobs and a semi butt its soo annoying cuause guys dont even notice you unless you got a ncie figure how can i gain weight and get more of a figure and dont say be the way you are cause well thats lame no ofence

What is a quick and easy excercise to get a flat stomach? And this might sound really weird but in the morning my stomach is kind of flat but throughout the day it kind of like.. grows.. lol well it is definitely bigger by the end of the day, I really don't like this so are there any excercises to get rid of this besides eating healthy (which I am already doing) Thanks!

hey, well im 13/f and im only 4`11. i weigh about 97-98. my whole entire family is short and about half of my family is very skinny. the doctor said that im only going to be about 5`3 at the most. im only about a low A cup and my butt is barely even there. i heard that the more body fat you have the bigger your boobs and butt will get. is that true? im starting to get chubby and since im so short im worrying that i might become obsese. im getting a lot of extra fat in my stomach area and my thighs. im also starting to get love handles. i dont want to try to get thinner because i dont want to loose the chance of getting bigger boobs and a bigger butt. the women in my family are very big busted. usually a c-d cup. what should i do?

today i just started going on a diet-- but it's nothing like a major/extreme/aneroxic diet. i would like to lose 14 pounds quick. today i started to run on my tredmill for 25 minutes, the speed was 4.3, i ran 1.52 miles, burned 255 calories, and 79.7 fat burned (whatever that means lol). well if i continue to do this 6 times a week, how long would it take me to lose my 14 pounds? thanks!

this might sound stupid, but is there really any difference between running on a tredmill and running outside or something?? since its winter, it's so much easier running on my tredmill. what are the differences??

hahaha i don't know why i put this under fittness but i didn't really know what else to put it under. so yea, my fingers are chubby. i myself aren't completely OBESE. . but is there any way to like "slim down" my fingers. they're fat and ugly. hahaha thanks!

Is it normal for a 12.5 year old in 7th grade that is 5'0 to weigh 104 pounds? P.S. This is not about me, this is actually about my sister because I'm concerned about her. She might not seem overweight, but she looks kind of chubby in the stomach area and such. If so, what are some excercises to lose this babyfat? Thanks!

I'm 16, and extremely muscular because i've been running track since I was 7. It's the off season and I've been slowly but surely gaining. I'm not fat but I dont feel like me. I want to lose a little but I'm not sure how? or what to eat? or how to exercise? whenever I work out, I feel like i'm just getting more and more muscular (bulky if you will) and that im not really getting rid of the stomach flab? What should I do?

if you scratch a certain area, is it true that it stretches our your skin & gives you stretch marks? my mom claims that it does. also, is there a way to avoid them? i'm like TERRIFIED to get them on my arms and the backs of my legs. thank you <3

now this isn't for weight loss or anything. i am in pretty good shape. but i was wondering if it's possible to pull a muscle in your stomach. because if i stretch, like tilt my back back, i can't because it hurts soooooo bad. it's not cramps or anything. so i was wondering if i did pull it, how can i like make it better pretty much, and if it's not what is it and how can i make it better

Ok,well i think im generally a skinny person,it runs in the family. But I've been getting this fat UNDER my belly. i really hate it,what are some things to get rid of this? what is this area called,and maybe do you think it would just be bloating? i didnt get my period yet,though. anyways, what are some fitness for indoors i could use to get rid of it with in 10 days? i started doing crunches but im not sure if that helps. anything i should do diet wise? i've never had this problem befor. ANYTHING will help!!! thankyou in advance.

Im 13 5 4 140 lb. i am not that fat. when i look in the mirror i dont look really fat but im not super skinny. The problem is my stomich is wide and my hips are big. Iv been trying to do at least 100 crunches every night. I dont know is that would help. Im very athletic and muscular. i just want some exercised tips, routine anything to make my lose weight and not look so wide.
