Old Friends

im 13/f
i just started high school this year and my old friends went to different schools, so i've alot of new friends.
the thing is last year this girl was 'supposed' to be my best friend but all she did was bitch about me behind my back and she kept ditching me,but i sicked up to her, and i only realised how mean she was this year.
So it was good that she went to another school with my other friends, except that she keeps calling me, pretending we're still friends--whcih we're not.
idk if i should keep ringing her cos otherwise i might look like the bitch

sticking up for myself

ok so theres this guy that always makes fun of me like for what kind of car i drive and just stuff like that and lots of people think hes annoying aswell as me and my friend mitchell is a good friend and he thinks of comebacks really quick but by the time i think of a good comeback the conversations over and if i said it it would be really akward
so how do i start to stick up for myself instead of my friends doing it for me

I want to do something in NYC for my best friends bday(just me and her). i want to go somewehere and then a resturant. I was thiinking a chris brown concert but he's not on tour as far as I know. Any ideas?

My friend is driving me nuts. Every day she calls to complain about her 15-year-old daughter. She spent the last two years trying to transform the girl from a quiet tomboy into Miss Popularity... and she's obsessed with her daughter getting a boyfriend. She's forced her to wear makeup and jewelry and dye her hair and wear certain clothes, and she made her try out for cheerleading, even though the girl didn't want to. She restricts her diet so she won't get "fat", and makes the girl work out and run three miles every day.
Up until recently, she'd complain to me about the fights they'd have when her daughter resisted these things. But she's finally gotten what she wanted - the girl has been completely transforme...

I dated a good friend of mine twice (twice he broke up with me, the last time I chewed him out), and now ever since we don't really talk anymore. Before we started going out, he and I would always talk about our lives and what was going on and how we were feeling and it was nice to have someone to listen to me. We had been friends for about 1/2 a year until we began dating. It's been 3 months since we broke up last, and I'm not interested in dating him anymore, but I miss the relationship we had before all that mess. I feel like I should just contact him and say what's up and catch up with him, but I don't want him to think I want him back. What should I do?

first of all, im going to use letters other wise your gonna get confused.
Well, Me and K used to be really good mates with J and B,
but then J and B randomly started hating on K. So then i though it was really unfair on K because J and B were being real bitches to K.
So now ive stepped in. Now J and B are being really mean to me! not trying to sound vain here, but i normally wouldnt give if someone said stuff to me, and ive been in fights and all, but normally people would just stop this thng but J and B just wont quite with it. Its really annoying me, and im not going to ignore, and im not going to someone about it.
Because that will all make it worse.

well heres the story its pretty long.
last week was the last week of the holidays and i was chatting to my friend on the net and she just randomly says to f*#k off and that she hates me and never was really my friend. so i'm like really cofused and thinks she just going through some troubles at home so i leave it. later that week i try talking to her again and the same thing happens but this time she starts telling me that no one likes me and i'm annoying and to stay away from her and her friend who are also my friends. i got really up set and cried.Then school started and i styaed away from her as much as possible which is hard cause i'm in her roll call and i'm in the same group as her. ahhhh, well I feel so dysfunctional.
my peers have been showing an interest in becoming friends with me...and getting closer, you know...
but, I'm so awkward.
I'm too aware of my own actions. I exclude myself. When people go to take a picture...I jump out of the group because I feel like I'm just taking up space. It's like the light inside me is dim and I feel like I'm not a good contribution to others. I need confidence...

Okay, so a few days ago I was hanging out with my bff, one of my other really good friends and her bf, then a day later I was talking to my bff and she told me that she thought my friends bf liked me A LOT and that we were flirting bigtime, but I didn't even notice.and I guess my friend noticed it and was kinda getting mad...so were all hanging out again this weekend and I don't want her to get mad at me for me and her bf flirting...but the problem is I don't even notice when I'm flirting with a guy! Any helpp?

I just want to know..
Is it wrong or mean to not tell my friends about me having sex?
I've never been the girl that tells her friends EVERYTHING..mostly because i just feel like its MY business. My friends are very very judgemental and they'll talk about it with other people. They have HUGE mouths. So yes, i don't want them talking about my personal business with eachother. I wish i could tell them and they would just say "Okay." and not talk about it. But..even if i begged them to do that..its just not going to happen. I really love them to death but..telling them things is not something i'm comfortable with. So, really, is it wrong that i don't tell them???

I am in my final year of high school, enjoying the last chapter of my life as I know it before university. I have an amazing, small group of close friends. We walk our own path. Ok well one day my friend was sick so she texted me, asking me if I could get her work and notes from the two classes we have together. I did, and since than, she's been sick a lot (but that's due to the weather change turning to winter). The last 3 days that she's missed, she was actually skipping which i don't understand since she's a 91% average student. Photocopying is 10 cents per page and i have spent $2.60 on her so FAR, which is saying a lot.
Again, she's a 91% average student. And i have to photo copy her notes because the one note that I lent her to copy, she lost it! I can't loose notes when there's a quiz or test coming around so I have to photo copy them at school and give it to her sister to take home and give i...

Hey my username is timmy494 and my best friend lets call her bob (thats not her real name). She was a late joiner to PACE (a girted academic program). Basically she came in grade 6 instead of grade 5. In grade 5 the guys in our class teased us all about almost everything. Now in grade seven they moved on with that but they tease Bob still becaus she was a late jopiner some of the reasons why they tease her are because

Well you see. i have a group of friends. there's 3 of us and at some stage one of us will feel left out which is pretty annoying BUT the worst bit is that we have so so so many fights.. atleat once a day if we're lucky we might have one 2 times a week but when we do its always gang up 2 against one im usualy left fighting for myself. but i dont know what to do. should i leave the group and find new friends or not? if i do they might start bitching about me or something stupid like that. but i probably should add that the main reason we fight is beacause of another girl that im friends with and they hate and well THEY CANT STAND ME HAVING DIFFERENT FRIENDS!

Okay so I like this one guy. We'll call him Bob.
My bestfriend, We'll call her Sally likes him too.
Bob has liked Sally for a week or so now and my bestfriend Sally has a boyfriend. She doesn't liker her boyfriend and is going to dump him today or tomorrow to go out with Bob.
I don't want to tell Sally I lik Bob because Bob likes her, Sally likes Bob and I don't want to screw anything up. Should I just wait until they break up or do I say something?
Bob is also a year older and I don't want to look like a fool.

New to New York... no friends

I recently moved to NYC. I have only one friend here, and it's become shaky.. as explained in another question of mine.
I need friends.. I need people to talk to. I need people to hang out with and laugh and have fun with. I don't have any friends here. I'm totally new.
I've never been super sociable before, and I've never really known much about clubbing and going to bars and parties. I don't go to college just yet, and I only recently got a job.
How can I go out and make friends? I want to be around people with similar interests as myself (my job is totally unrelated to my interests), and if I'm lucky enough... find something romantic. I want to meet people, and have a social life.
What should I do?
