Stomach Fat Posted Monday January 8 2007, 2:00 am
Im a guy and guys gotta look good. im a football player and i have an athletic kind of body. but even though i excercise and play sports. i still have fat around my stomach. all my friends have abs and all that and that makes me insecure knowing that they are more attractive. what should i do? does anyone know how to get rid of the fat?

i have almost the opposite problem of most people - my thighs are pure muscle, not fat - which is A LOT harder to get rid of. this sounds weird i know, but i really want to get rid of some of the muscle. i'm slim but i worked out a lot especially my thighs, so now they're huge in comparison to the rest of my body. how do i get rid of the muscle there?? it's so much compared to the rest of my legs.

i asked a question earlier about 'loosing 20lbs'. i lost 8lbs since then. w00t.
anyways, what i came here to ask was, is it possible for me to get a fourpack by the end of spring? and what excersises can i do for it?

i'm 5'4.5" and about 110 pounds. i think i have a pretty good body, but kids at my school think im anorexic. it gets me so mad, they dont need to bring me down just because they're fat and im normal weight. america is so fat that they think people at a healthy weight are anorexic or bulemic. ANYWAY (sorry for going off topic) i want to add some meat to my arms and legs. I just want those two areas to be a little more "meaty". what can i do? exercize is hard for me, because i never have time for it. are there any drinks or foods i can use to help me gain weight just in those areas? thanks for your time and advice!

I have been exercising and trying to get in better shape. My question is, is it okay to do 3 to 4 ten minute intervals of exercise (say, run 10 minutes in the morning, 10 minutes after lunch, and 10 minutes after dinner)? Will it have the same effects of 30 minutes of straight out exercise?

Hi, Everyone!! :D *waves*
So, I just got a Weslow Pursuit machine. It's one of those exercise machines that's like a bike, but stays in place. I was wondering what kind of results you get out of this kind of equipment (bikes). Along with curlups and a fairly well based diet (yes, some snacking), how well does this help out with weight loss and toned body?

I'm 16/f
I just wanted to know what is up with my thigh?
When I look in the mirror or wear shorts or whatever, only thing I notice are my thighs...
When I look in the full length mirror, its so out of proportion to rest of my body.
I am not overweight nor skinny, I am around average weight but my thighs are really disgusting.
I just noticed stretch marks around them.
What can I do? What is wrong with it? Please help.

So I've been doing curlups for a WHILEE now, but the closest I've gotten to 'abs' is the formation of some lines, not really muscle. I was really thinking of buying a 'heat belt'. I'm not sure of how many people have heard of this, but there's a commercial/infomercial about this. It's basically a wrap you can put around your stomach (or theighs, if you want) which makes you sweat, revealing your muscle under fat.
It's basically a sauna effect only on the area it's covering. =P
I was just wondering if anyone actually knew how well this worked. How long does it take to see results? And, does it help in actually losing weight, along with exercise?
Any help will be appreciated. =)

Well, I'm 13 almost 14. And I weigh around lets say 127, And I'm 5'0ft. I know I'm somewhat over weight. I'm just asking for healthy tips, for a 13 year old. Maybe to help me find easy recipes for my mom to cook for dinner? And good choices for breakfest since I can't have milk,cereal, or yogurt i get sick in the morning very easily. Any suggestions?

hey well i need some major help...
im think im kinda fat and i wanna lose weight like 20 pounds!as fast as possible but i dont know how! i tried eating less and i walk to school everyday (as a way of excercise) and somtimes i go on bike rides i dont know it seems like im not losing weight does anyone else have some simple or easy way on how to lose weight at all???

My mum says I have big breast...! I think I have pretty normal sized ones but she says mine is too big for my age and that it will keep growing until im 18 (im 14) and when i have kids..it will get bigger and hang. I have 36B...sometimes (different brands) a 36c fits too. Is this huge for my age? ALSO I'm kinda fat...so I suppose there is fat that's making my booobs huge!
PLUs my mum didn't relly hve huge ones and she was thin...and I'm half asian...and asians don't relly hve 'boobs'! Is it too big? What can I do to stop it from growing?

I'm really bad at push ups and I can hardly do more than 3 the proper way with a good posture. (Although I can do almost 25-30 girl push ups easily) Are there any exercises to make those muscles (the pectorals I think they're called) stronger? Or any exercises make me stronger to do push ups better?

ok so i wanna loose like 10-20 pounds. i know alot of people ask about this but i really wanna no how to do it fast because it bugs me alotttt. i wanna do it in a healthy way tho. and i know the key is to excersise and eat right. but i do both of those most of the time and i havent lost anything, i might have even gained a couple pounds. have any ideas?
