Ever since I was a little girl, the only thing I've wanted was to be in love. Like the notebook love, mixed with twilight love. Its retarded I know, and I realize how unrealistic and "rare" love like that even is. But the hope of finding someone was the only thing that really kept me going, and now instead of being afraid that I won't find anyone. I dont even care anymore, I dont care if I end up alone, because it just doesn't matter anymore.
I used to say I didnt care, but secretly hoping, wondering, wishing I would find someone.
But now, I'm indifferent and I think I'm okay with it. I dont even want to be in love ever, I dont want anyone.
Is this okay? It just seems weird that somethi...

ok so my best friend...we will call him Cole. Well he and I were hanging out at another friends house then we all started to lay on the bed. well all a sudden we strted to get closer and closer and then he grabed my hand I didnt think anything of it because he had done it before. Well then he started to bruch my hair back and blow in my face and rubing his nose on mine and I wanted to kiss him but I didnt. Then he finnaly kissed me. He tried hiding it from our friends but it didnt work then he sat up and gave me a bracelet and then kissed me again. Well then today a friend was over and he was all over her and I got mad as heck. Then after she left he came over to me and started kissing me and brushing my hair back then he fed me. idont know...

Male, mid-20s.
Let's say that you were friends once with a girl, and then you dated, then you broke up, but still remained friends. Now, let's say you did what you thought was right to protect said friend, and she stabbed in the back as a result.
Now, let's say that after trying to clear the bad blood didn't work, you spent years filled with anger at said girl, so much so that everytime you see her, you don't want to be around wherever you were anymore, even if it's a place you love.
And let's suppose that you realize that if you don't at least make it so there is no more anger between you two, it's going to mess with your mental health.
How the hell would you at least end the anger and hatred, if not repair the friendship?

bestfriend's boyfriend

My bestfriend is always trying to get me and my boyfriend to double with her and hers. The problem is that her boyfriend really likes mine but my boyfriend finds hers a tad annoying and doesnt really want to hang out with him. He likes my bestfriend just not her boyfriend. So I'm not sure what to do because she keeps asking us to do stuff and sometimes we go but its ALOT more often that we dont. And I know my boyfriend has a horrible time when we go because her boyfriend will try to pull him away and things like that. And I can't tell my bestfriend this because it'll upset her

so i have this friend.
and we used to talk everynight on the phone.
and we'd text all the time.
we'd say i love you in the halls at school.
[no, it wasnt an absessive relationship or anything...]
now he stopped answering the phone && he stopped calling.
he stopped texting. butt he still texts my friends.
now we dont even talk at school. :/
is he even worth it?
i sorta started falling for him.
and then people started asking if we were going out.
maybe they asked him too and it got akward?
butt my best friend says hes not worth it and to drop it.. i dunno. should i?

First off, Im 17, and my bestfriend is 21. Just lastnight he admitted that he really can't have fun without drinking (I noticed he drank every night, but never thought much of it). Anyways.. I promised him that today and for the rest of forever we would find better things to do so that he could hopefully have fun without alcohol. The problem is, we live in Mount Carmel, Pennsylvania - also known as the 'coal region' where there's absolutely NOTHING to do. And I do stress on nothing. I'd say we could just walk around, but the weather is cold, and I hate the cold. Anybody have any ideas of anything we could do? Ive said bowling, but at our bowling alleys there's alcohol because your allowed to drink there. I also said laser tag, but the close...

Well, if you read my other questions, you know me and my "bestfriend" both 'like' the same guy, although i don't think she ilkes him. .. but whatever.
So now she's being a complete witch(if you know what i mean) to me. And she doesn't think so. But i know so, everyone says she treats me bad, but she thinks opposite, that I treat her bad.
We've been bestfriends since second grade, and I don't want that to end. But i don't know if i can handle how rude and witchy* she's been to me. I tell her about it, but all she does is 'backfire' it, and say it back to me. HELP! What should i do ? :/

im a pretty outgoing and open person.
but im only open if im ased about it.
example one:my cousins girlfriend and i were talking about drinking and i wanted to tell her about the weekend before when i had drank but i didnt say anything till she asked me if ive gotten drunk before.
example two.
whenever i need to talk to my best friend i never say i need to talk to you about this guy. i just stop talking and wait for her to notice i need to talk.
idk why i do that but i wish i didnt. maybe im fighting for attention with my best friend idk. what can i do to stop and dont just say "stop" cause its not that easy

Senior Letter

My best friend's brother is a senior this year. I pretty much live at their house, so I have gotten to know their whole family pretty well. Well, their mom really wants me to write him a senior letter for his retreat, but I have NO idea what to write? Give me some ideas please! Hi I have a series of questions. First off when I first met my boyfriend I had alot of friends, I was super outgoing, fun and went out with my friends. When I met my boyfriend it was hard for me to see him because my parents were really strict at the time, I made a mistake and devoted all my free time to him instead of my friends. Then i went to grade 12 and was hardly at school because of co-op and plus i lived 40 min away from school and all my friends and hardly saw them. One night we all went out (girls night) and got SUPER drunk, I almost got alchohol poisoning and landed in the hospital. how to help my friend who feels alone and ignored

My friend, who never talks to anyone about his feelings and is very hard to get to open up, has just told me that he's feeling ignored by everyone. He seems really down, (and usually he is pretty happy) and like he feels like no one cares about him.
He keeps saying that he'll just leave it, try to forget about it and let it sort itself out. But I know these things don't work, you have to sort them out.
How can I help him?

18 Month Friendship :(

Basically i've been friends with this boy Thomas for 18 months, and during those 18 months we've spoke every single day, we used to be on the phone for hours at a time. 6 days ago we had an argument he involves his self in my family life and basically we had an argument about that, we haven't spoken since and i've been feeling constantly lightheaded and have this numb feeling all over my body, i feel so empty.. i guess i kind of feel dead. Does anyone know if this is normal? I haven't taken alcohol or drugs, so it doesn't make sense. One of my friends suggested that i might have been in love with him and that its just normal.. are they right? Cherry x

okay, so on friday it was my friend katias birthday "party" hang out, whatever you want to call it. amanda r. and amanda b. were also there. we all went to the movies and had a great time, we did our own thing with different people there. it was all good.
