marijuana leaving your system

how long does it take for weed to leave your body, the last time i smoked was 3/5/10... i need to take a urine drug test to get a job, so i was wondering how long to wait to make sure its completely out... btw ive only smoked 2 other times in my life, once in october and once in november of last year...

Dieting/Eating Healthier

I use to be SUCH a healthy eater. Like, I barely ever use to eat greasy foods, only on weekends if I went out and had a burger or something. But, for the most part, even my carbs during the week were limited. I really miss how I use to feel when I ate so healthy. So, I started to put myself on a regimen, like trying to eat Lean Cuisines or portion control... but I started to feel VERY dizzy and couldn't even work out. I work out a lot and that really helps to keep me in shape. It's helped me lose some weight recently that I put on while I was taking birth control. But, I stopped and working out so much has really helped me lose the weight and feel better. But, I know I'm not eating as well as I should. I'm not saying I go to McDonald's eve...

Finding out the nutrional value of McDonald's food..calories, sugars, carbs

How can I find out the calories and other nutrition facts from McDonald's? My friends have been eating there recently and I'd like to go out with them but I don't want to eat too many calories for just a burger or something. I guess I'm most interested in the calories of the McRib versus something like the McDouble or the McChicken. Anyway, I heard a LONG time ago that McDonald's had their nutritional facts available for people to look at somewhere. Where would I find them? Are they online or at the stores?
Oh, and calories for a small shamrock flavored shake, too, because those are my favorite!

can't stop eating!

i'm trying to go on a diet but i get so hungry all the time that i can't stop eating. even when i'm not hungry i just want to eat because i like food so much.

are there any easy home exercises i can do to lose a lot of weight really quickly?

also, i want to go on a diet but its almost impossible because im addicted to food. what should i do to stop wanting to eat/thinking about food all the time? and what kind of diet should i go on? thanks!!!

Eating Disorder Relapse

Thank you for reading and deciding to help! First and foremost, let me tell you a little bit about my previous eating disorder. When I was 17, I was diagnosed with anorexia. I turned to excessive dieting as a way to cope from a difficult break up. I was eating about 600 calories a day and working out for about 2 hours. After being anorexic for about 6 months, I was weighing close to 80 pounds. I'm 5 ft. But, after over-doing it for six months, my body couldn't handle it anymore. Without any control, I started bingeing. Mind you, my parents didn't have enough money to put me into therapy. The bingeing was so much harder to stop than the dieting because it became a habit. My body was so weak and all I could think about was eating....

My friend thinks she needs a diet?

I have this friend who thinks she needs to go on a diet. I dont know what to do. should I go on a diet or should I workout? Im scared somepeople might think im fat or stupid if I show them my photos of me in belly button showers. Also, Im scared some people may not like me cause of the freckles next to my belly-button. Should I start putting skin toner on top of the freckles so people think its jus skin?

no appetite

so leading up to my period i want to constantly eat everything in sight. however now i'm on the 2nd day of my period and i'm starving because i've barely eaten but i just have no appetite. i can hardly look at food without feeling nauseous and full but my body obviously wants some food in it. what kind of things can i eat that aren't too heavy and will make me feel worse? i'm in college so i have to use meal plans twice a day and i dont eat salads so most everything else we have is chicken fingers, burgers, pizza etc. what can i do?

I can't eat breakfast. I get sick when I eat breakfast. Why do I get sick?

My mom has told me for years now that I need to eat breakfast and that it's the right way to start my day. I understand that and I understand that it's suppose to help the brain function properly throughout the day. She also told me that it helps to keep my metabolism up and in a healthy range for my body.

Every time I try to eat breakfast in the morning I get sick though. I feel like I'm going to throw up and vomitting is NOT fun, especially right before school! I tried eating just toast or cereal and not heavy foods like greasy eggs and bacon but it doesn't seem to make a difference. My mom eats oatmeal in the morning but I haven't tried it but I doubt I would feel any better from eating it instead.

Why am I not losing weight?

Ok. So i'm joining the military soon and i need to lose 6 pounds to join. I have 5 weeks to do so. Sounds easy right? Well it's not. I've been on weight watchers for 2 weeks and i haven't dropped a single pound. I haven't cheated on this diet and it used to work for me before but now it's not. What am i doing wrong? I'm female, 5 feet 1 inch and 145 pounds. Please, I need good advice. My time is running out!

teenage overeating help?!

im a 14 year old girl and i overeat.
im not fat or anything. actually, everyone says im skinny.
however, everyday, when i get home from school, i cant help myself but to finish a whole pack of oreos, cookies, chocolate, or potstickers. usually it's something sweet, but some of the other types of foods have the same effect on me.
my mom says that it's normal for girls my age to want to eat a lot, especially around the time of my peried or if im stressed about schoolwork. but it's not just CERTAIN days for me. it's EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. i don't overeat because of stress or hormones. i simply have a major sweet tooth. i love food.

binge once a week

im on a strict 500-900(TOPS) cal a day. i have like 500 on one day and 700 on another- the most all ever have is 900 but thats like barely.

then whenever im with a certain friend i ALWAYS binge so its like sat-sun i go totally all out and off.
then i start fresh monday.

is this bad? will i gain weight? can i loose weight?

hello im 18/f im 5'6 and i weigh approx. 145 pounds. Im not fat but im not skinny. I want to get in shape and i recently just joined a gym and im going to be working out there a few times a week. I've tried looking for some simple, not super strict diets. I need to start eating healthy and not fast food all the time. But its hard not to because im constantly on the go. I've started drinking more water than soda. I know eat healthy foods etc. But is there a more specific diet i could follow? Any information about being/eating healthy and working out would be greatly appreciated.

Okay, so i'm about 5'7 and 140 pounds.
I want to lose a good twenty pounds by the summer.
I have an addiction to sweets though, ha pretty obvious from my weight.
Anyways,
I would like some good tips and exercise moves and just some advice on wait to stay away from and what to eat thats healthier than stuff that you would never expect.

F/15 . I'm pretty skinny. Weight :120. Height :5'6.
But I eat like crazy. I could eat 2 breakfast burritos for breakfast ,nachos for lunch ,chips during the day ,Mcdonalds after school ,and pizza for dinner . So theres obviously a problem . . . maybe even an eating disorder? Anyways I've recently become VERY worried about gaining weight.

So basicly I just need help with some kind of healthy foods. Does anyone know anythinq I could replace these foods with? Because I can't really think of any.

will i loose weight if this is what my diet consist of:

breakfast:less then half cup of oatmeal (the kind you boil, not instant), half a cup of SKIM PLUS CHOCOLATE MILK (no fat and a lot of protein but a lot of sugar and carbs..) big cup of coffee with half and half (i have half a mugs worth, then a thermas full of it then sometimes if im hungry i have two small ice coffess with half and half and splenda)

snack: 5-10 carrots

lunch: salad with grilled chicken and water. or salmon in salad or quinwa (however u spell it!) with chicken, or salad with sliced turkey breast (u get what i mean....)

(here is where the second small ice coffe comes in if im hungry)

Juicer for Daily Veggie Intake

If I get a juicer and I juice my veggies, will that have equal benifit to eating them? I like them juiced, I just don't really like the way a lot of them taste when they are cooked and eaten, But I really like juice like ummm Naked Juice and getting Juice from the Juice Store where they mix cellery and fruit and like spinich.
