Grinding my teeth during the day.

Hi, 24/f.
Just wondering if anyone has any ideas for home remedies/solutions for this issue: I grind my teeth.
Of course, I can't be like normal people and just wear a bite splint to bed to fix it, because I grind my teeth during the day. I'm often aware of myself doing it, and if I catch myself I stop for awhile, but I don't know how to get rid of this habit.
When I was little I used to grind/clench my teeth to the song I had stuck in my head to stop myself from humming out loud because I got picked on for singing. (I'm a singer, I grew up surrounded by music, so there's always something playing in my mind. Using real music instead doesn't help.)

And both of them are single, but don't see each other outside of school? I'm in this situation right now, and don't know what to make of it. I don't know if I'm even ready for a relationship (never even had one and I'm 17) but I can't help but feel strong feelings for him, though I'm not really sure if he likes me back the same way. Tbh I'm not ugly or anything, and I feel like I've gotten some signs he may like me in some way, but idk for sure, cause we only communicate with each other at school. Passing a drug test

I have an interview for a job in several days (the 15th I believe), and I'm pretty sure I will be drug tested. I am most definitely not a frequent smoker. I've only tried weed four times in my life. Unfortunately, twice was in the past month. What will have been 25 days prior to the test, I drank bizarre weed infused vodka and what will have been a week before the test I took one hit at a party. I'm not sure the hit would really show up in the drug test, as I don't think I did it right. I am a 19 year old female and 5'4 and about 135 pounds. Do you think I will test negative? Does anyone have any detox tips?

I just have a quick question. I was wondering do dreams give you a message. Because i always have weird dreams mixed. Like a slideshow. from one thing to the other. Later the same day or a few days later i have a daja vu. Than i wonder if it really happened or if i just dreamed it and then it happened.

Well, I don't know what to put this under. So I am 22 years old and I am just now getting a bit more comfortable accepting my body dysmorphic problems. As far off as I can remember I've always wanted to be a boy. I was born female. Growing up was terrible for me, kids made fun of me up until junior high, for acting and dressing like a boy. My parents put a stop to it and told me to "act normal" or else I would never have any friends. Alright. So i'm starting a new youtube channel. where there will be makeup tutorials, me singing covers of songs or my own songs (maybe with friends), me dancing (maybe with friends), challenges sent to me, advice from my advice column, random things, "wtf moments", "smh moments", comedy skits, what you may call rants, poetry being spit, reviews, pieces of my book, and just plain old talking, contests for people to win stuff. and ways for my subscribers to meet people and such.

Why don't people realize this? Hear me out, to get the full scope of what I'm talking about. I can tell if you responded without actually reading what I wrote. I'm genuinely interested in your response, whether it's positive or negative. I thought for some time about this.
Because it's essentially saying that even if someone was the perfect guy for you; you shared common interests, he treated you very well, you found him very attractive, etc. he wouldn't even be an option, because of his race. Low self-esteem and no self confidence. How can I increase my confidence?

I have a REALLY low self esteem, and absolutely no confidence and I don't know how to change that. I feel disgusted when I look in the mirror and I'm ashamed that others look at me. My smile is horrible, I need braces very bad but my dad won't take care of it. I constantly amnhiding my smile, covering my mouth every time I laugh, or looking down or away if possible. I'm skinny and don't have any boobs and I'm not up to societies standards and that bothers me greatly. I keep wishing I can change things about myself when I already know I can't. I just want to know if there's a way to increase my self confidence, or self esteem somehow

I'm into the nice 'kids in high school fall in love' kind of stories but lately they just haven't been cutting it haha. Does anybody know any good books like that but with sex (Most important), drugs, drinking? Just more mature stuff than something like a thirteen year old would read. The only type of book I can actually sit down and read have a lot of romance in it. So please don't suggest to me any pure mystery/fantasy/etc stores.
I'm running low on books on my Kindle I haven't read yet, haha. Thanks!

Scoliosis

I know for sure i have scoliosis, its really obvious and i just want to be normal like i used to be. im only 17 and my dad hasnt noticed and i dont know how to tell him "hey dad, i need to go to the doctor and possible have a very expensive surgery because i have scoliosis" -_- The curvature isn't too bad, but i can't wear normal t-shirts or anything because my right side of my back sticks out way further. Also my left rib, in the front sticks out a little and doesnt feel right like the other front one does, does that have something to do with the scoliosis? Hey there(: I have been looking for tiger beat magazines from like 1983 all up to maybe 1988 but around mainly 1983 to 1985. I have looked on Ebay and Amazon but can't really find the ones i want most are from the 70's I really want some with Matt Dillon, Tommny Howell, and Rob lowe. Hey guys so my friend and I really want to make a youtube channel where we talk about life, sex, beauty, makeup and all that beautiful girl stuff haha. But I just want to know what is necessary to make this work? Like we are so serious about this and we just want as many people to subscribe and actually watch our videos as possible. We are going to combine our ideas to help people out with questions they have about acne,clothes, hair, makeup, sex. Or whatever it is. What inspired us to make this channel was becuase at school we are in a club that helps girls out with those kinds of things. And we really enjoy it.
