toned tummy

I am not fat by all means but i have a "pooch" on my lower tummy. Its not toned at all and i really dont have time to exercise. I am a full time students and work part time. So far i have stopped drinking cokes but im not really sure what some healthy snacks i can eat are? Somneone give me advice of what to do to make my stomach more toned. Thank you!

How can I get a Victoria's Secret model body? I am 16 and want to be in better shape. I weigh 164 and I am 5'6. I don't really like to run but I love to dance and will try new things. I want to lose 40 pounds before the summer. Is that possible?

Time lag with weight

i was very unhealthy throughout october, and i didnt notice much weight gain. Now, for the last week or two, I've started to be much healthier, began to exercise and alter my diet. Suddenly, I see weight coming on. Why would this be if i didnt see any weight gain till now?

beginner dance class

I've never taken a dance class in my life, but for some reason i've always wanted to. I've never really had the time until now. I'm really considering it but I'm not really sure what type of dance is best for beginners. I'm looking more into jazz, hip-hop, contemporary style of dancing. please no ballet or anything.

I guess i'm just asking if this is weird for me to start taking dance classes now?? most kids start when they're young like 6 years old, but i'm 19... wouldn't it just be weird if I showed up to some random studio alone without any dancing experience?

I feel like I really want to do this, but i have a little hesitation about actually doing it.. any advice on how to just do it and take a class??

I'm 14, 5'2& a half and I weigh 118 pounds. From my weiste and up is skinny but my thighs and butt are big. Everyone says I have a "nice butt" cause it's kind of big. I hate it. I wish I was like the other girls in my grade. Skinny. How can I lose weight? I wanna get to like 100 pounds. What can I do, to exercise or eat to lose the weight as quickly as possible? Please help me. Thank you. :)

Scoliosis and Exercise: What exercises can I do safely?

Hi!
I have scholiosis and I was wondering what exercises could i do without hurting my back? I have growing rods in my back, and that limits my physical abilities. I am 35 pounds overweight and I need exercises that I can do that will help me lose weight. It is so frustrating because I can't lose weight and my mom won't buy me an eliptical because she doesn't think I'll use it. Please help!!!

I cant go to the gym and its cold outside so I cant jog or run. I know I have to eat healthy, but what kind of exercise can I do to help me lose weight?

I can easily lose weight in the summer and during times that i can get out and run... Is it possible I can lose 20 pounds during the winter time?

My room is pretty small, and I don't have money for gym membership, so I was thinking of just keeping dumbbells and weights in my room.

But is it possible to work our your whole body with just dumbbells? I just don't have space for a weight bench or a barbell.

Okay so i'm 12 years old and i know my body isn't finished developing but all the other girls in my class are and fully chested and curvy and im a pencil and flat chested! I even get made fun of about being tall and skinny. Any advice because i seem to think about this quit often and i feel confident with my body at home but the second i hit school EVERYTHING changes! i want to lose weight on my stomach really fast; just my belly. the rest of my body seem to be perfectly fine, its my belly that needs the work. I havent been going to the gym yet becuase im underage and in school i only get a double lesson in a week and thats not enough. food: i eat 4small meals a day to get a high metabolism and i eat alot of healthy fruit and vegs! any tips ?
