Child Abuse?

I'm a girl and I'm 15. My mom has always hit me when I did something wrong. She stopped when i was like 12 to this year. Now shes starting again. And its for stupid stuff like me forgetting to put my pajamas in the hamper and then me talking "fresh" to her because shes yelling at me for a stupid reason. I don't have an attitude utill she yells at me. Then I do. And then sometimes i get hit. One time when I was 11 she hit me with a cat litterbox. Just a few weeks ago she punched me in the back of the head repeatedly. It was hard enough to hurt and leave a bump. Then the same like 5 minutes she was about to punch my face, then i answered the ringing phone so she stopped. I could defend myself. But if I do, i'll get punished. And bec...

My mom is mad because I went behind her back

When I moved into my dorm at college, there was this one time I went away to a party overnight without letting my mom know. I am a legal adult, but am home for the summer. She outright asked me if I'd done it and I admitted it. Yes I know I shouldn't have gone behind her back like that, but if I hadn't done that I wouldn't have been able to go. I'm never allowed to go to anything when I'm at home, whether it be a sleepover or even to stay at my bf's house. I've missed out on so many things because of mom being overprotective. She feels I betrayed her and says there will be "serious consequences" Can she really punish me for this? She has been good about letting my bf stay here and she says I'm unappreciative of all she does for me...

My parents hate me.

I really am convinced that my parents hate me.
My dad has said he'd rather pay for boarding school than have to see me everyday, and tonight he said that he doesn't have time for me anymore.
My mother doesn't listen to a word that comes out of my mouth. I've noticed that I talk louder around her than I do around anyone else.
I am such a good kid. I get good grades, my room is close to clean, the whole shebang.
Why don't my parents love me?

The title pretty much sais it all. I have 2 sisters which makes 3 kids in the family. I am the middle kid btw. But they always get special treatment. Like my older sister for example, yesterday she slapped and kicked and practically pushed me down the stairs, and I GOT IN TROUBLE FOR IT! Then just a few minutes ago, i was walking through our gameroom, and she is on the phone. She starts yelling and screaming at me to leave, then my dad (who used to be in the army, and has a VERY bad temper) starts screaming at me for walking through the gameroom! It was ridiculous. Then he turns to her and goes, please don't yell anymore okay? In like the nicest tone. Then I am always getting my ipod and cell phone taken away, WHICH I BOUGHT WITH MY OWN MON...

bad landlord

ok i got a question what happends if you have a boyfriend but you hate his mom. Also you moved in with him and you rent out rooms she is the landlord but she walks in when ever she wants and brings anyone in whenever she wants. She wakes people up at weird hours i mean i know its her house still but there has to be laws against something!

sister issues

I recently had a scrapbooking party at my house. My sister got to meet a few of my friends from work. This was the FIRST time she had met them. I got a phone call from her a few days later, asking if she could have the home addresses of 4 of the women from my party. I didn't have the addresses on hand, so I told her I'd get back to her. She wanted to send them cards. She later told me she had looked in the phone book and gotten another one of the addresses on her own and sent a card to one of my other friends. Do I confront my sister? I think it's weird to send cards in the mail to people that are my friends that she's only met once. Also, she doesn't know the politics in my workplace. Help!

Violent brother

Hello there,
I have a really violent brother who often for no reason throws things at me and is really quite horrible to me. I do get on really well with him, its just that sometimes he flicks and becomes some violent monster. What should I do? Is there any way that I can help him to overcome this violent side of him? Most of the time he is just fine.

well a few minutes ago my mom went to go get a mri and she came back with the results and something was weird on her neck and i jokingly said it was throat cancer and she said and what if i found out it as and i said i would be on top of the world because i meant it as oh wow im smart you know like wow what a guess. but she took it thge wrong way and then i relized what i had said wrong and now she wont talk to me or do anytihng for me n she said you don't want me as a mother and don't ever say that again i said i was sorry and what i meant but she is acting like she hates me what can i do for her to stop hateing me

okay so heres the storyy. I am 15 and am female. I have the most amazying boyfriend and we are soo perfect for eachother. We have been dating since 7-14-07. I know a lot of people say young love never last, that it's just puppy love, but i do love him for real! Believe it or not, the first time i met him, in january 07, i fell in love. at first it was obsession but then when we became friends i fell even more in love with him! it was love at first sight im telling you! =) we became best friend after a while he had realized some things and now we are together. I'm having a lot of problems involving members of my family. I'm constantly stressing over not only these problems but also school problems and I just can't take any of it anymore. My brother and his girlfriend recently accused me of going into their bedroom and stealing 20 dollars from them now before any of you start contradicting me about this, I didn't go into their bedroom and I wouldn't steal not only from them but from anyone. so my life is pretty much going the wrong way. first the love of my life...(bf)... dumps me for nuthin. and then my labtop crashed so my mom got me a new one. im known as a spoiled brat. but i feel like im getting poorer cuz i aint really getting nuthin for christmas and stuff. so idk. my mom is getting like depressed and stuff and shes smoking again. and i wanna find a job but i dont turn 14 until december 24. and that aint old enough to get a job. the neighbors that moved in said i could babysit but they havent told me when yet. so i just needa do sumthin to earn money.

my best friend is in foster care with her younger brother. the foster family has refused to let her use any of her state manditory rights and have been destroing her and her brothers self esteen for two years now. is there anything they can do to stay together and be removed from this family?

me and my mom just got in this huge fight i actually cant stand her i cant evne be around her anymore we have been fighting for the last 3 years. She tells me all the time to leave but the thing is she has custidy of me im now 18 and i can go whereever but i dotn have any money to go anywhere. I just talked to my father today he said if worst comes to worst i can stay with him and he also has a car for me but i need to pay the insurance and get tags for the car plates i was just wondering how much that would cost so i can go get the car which would be my first step and then go find a cheap apt.
