iPod won't update music

Hey advice givers, how's life? :P
I have this problem with my mom's iPod, and I need to fix it, she said she'd get me 10 songs if I figured it out by googling something etc. So when I open iTunes, I go to the folder her music is in. She bought some new music and asked me to update it, so I did. I went to the library and copied the music into her folder. When I plug in her iPod it takes me to this COMPAQ Owner's disc folder that only appears when I update songs. Either on a CD, or iPod etc. On the iPod screen it says DO NOT DISCONNECT, which is normal. Then it takes me to this place where you can either hit Summary, Music, Podcasts, Photos, or Contacts. I hit music, and everything was working fine. But then it asked me if I wanted to ...

when i put in my memory card on the computer, nothing comes up on the screen and nothing is under my computer..does anyone know why it does thiss? or how i can fix it?

sand in my phone..

heyy this is realli random o"o but I recently went to a beach party and theres loads of sand inside my phone, gone in through the speaker holes and the gaps between the keys, i have shaken and lightly hooverd some of the sand out but there is loads of sand still there and it has jammed my keys, the sand was dry at all times btw.
Any suggestions on how to get more of it out? xxx

So, I have a Motorola razr, V3m to be exact. A few days ago, the inside screen turned completely white. The outer screen is blue. It has stayed that way since. It will occasionally flicker the normal screen for just a few seconds. My phone has never had any water damage. I have, however, dropped it a few times in the 10 months of owning the phone. I have already tried taking the battery out for at least a few hours, turning it off, and putting it on the charger. Still, nothing works. I don't think that the LCD screens would be broken because if they were, they would just be completely black. Anyone know what's going on or how to fix it?

video editing software

I have to make a video for a school project. none of the people in my group have like actual video cameras which sucks so we're using my mom's digital camera. We're making it in parts divided by each scene. ok so the last time I tried uploading a video from this camera to the computer and putting it together on windows movie maker, i had to convert it from quicktime to windows media player. so, what is the best FREE program to do that and maybe also to edit the video so i can take the parts and make it one big video? the last time i did this i used some random website which made the video bad quality and the voices were off from the mouth. so what's the best thing to use? thanks

My computer will not allow me to download internet explorer 7! It always says "The blah blah blah file was not found, cannot continue donwload." Does anyone know what to do?

I have MSn messenger and all my friends can listen to music on there, like, they always have a song next to their name, and it shows the song that they are listening to. But i don't know how to listen to music on there. can someone please tell me how to get it? thank you. =]

Ughh... I have mad adware! I use Firefox but the adware I have opens internet explorer constantly with pop ups everywhere. I have tried my deleting it with a program but it just wont go away what should I do?

My myspace ok.
So i log in,
but it says error has been forward to myspace or whateve.r..
buyt then when I click "home" it keeps say8ing error.
So I'm logged in, but it wont let me look in my profile.
If I type my myspace out, I can see it but I still cant go in. I can leave people comments but yeah.
HOW CAN I FIX THIS!!

My msn, is really get stuffed.
A large majority of messages that i send to my friends dont get sent.
This comes up for each message that doesnt send:

i have already tried repairing msn, deleting and re installin msn but nothing has worked!!!
can someone PLEASE tell me what to do and if i can fix this problem!

Transfer Itunes to new computer??

I am currently using a family computer, but i have saved up enough money to buy my own, so i would like to use itunes on my new computer, instad of using this one, but i want to keep all my songs on it. Is there a way to do this??

a pop up [from security]

everytime i click on something a pop-up comes up saying : "Do you want to allow software such as ActiveX controls and plug-ins to run?"
& I keep clicking "yes" but everytime I go on something different i have to keep on clicking it & clicking it. It's getting really annoying.
I just wanted advice on how to get rid of it from popping up again & again.
