I am f/16. Well, everywhere I go and have to interact with people, it always feels like the girls are being really bitchy to me but the guys are always so sweet and helpful. Why is that? Its the same at work, at school, or just going out anywhere. It is so weird so I want to know what you think. Thanks a bunch.

I need to buy this guy a Christmas present. no, he is not my boyfriend. we've been friends for as long as i can remember. he's truly like an older brother to me. he's really athletic, being in cross country, basket ball, and track (he is good at all of them). he likes South Pole stuff, but i'm on a budget. he likes rap music. He is a junior in High School. any suggestions are greatly appreciated!!!

Sexual harrasment in schoo;what to do?

One of my friends goes to another school. She is constantly felt up by this one guy and when she fights back he hurts her. She has went to teachers and to the principal and they don't do anything. All they do is say, "if it happens again let us know". She has done this and it continues. Does anyone have any suggestions of what to do? Have you experienced this and how did you fix it? The people that should have fixed it are too lazy to do their job and who do you go to if they refuse to actually act?

Ok so i'm in spanish 1 and i have been assigned a project; I have to pretend I'm in Paraguay [the country of my choice, i can`t change it] and i'm writing a letter to someone about it in spanish.

so, i met this guy on wednesday at work, and i think i kind of like him.
we like the same type of music, and he's really fun to talk too.
i'm working with him again this weekend.
this week (obviously) is vacation. and i kind of want to hang out with him.

One year gift?

From a guy's perspective, what would you want for your 1 year anniversary? Nothing sexual. My boyfriend is going to buy me a $200-$300 necklace. I'm afraid I won't be able to measure up with gifts. I was thinking of making a scrapbook but we don't have much pictures together, so i wouldn't know how to fill up the pages. i would only have about 5 weeks to put it together. is there anything else i could make or buy? i've made him a scarf and a stuffed animal bear by hand before. I was thinking of scrapbook and a striped scarf. But, what else? And guys, would you actually want those two things ? =/ I need some other ideas.. something.. meaningful, you know? No cologne or watch things.. He's not that type of guy. So I'm kinda at a loss with ideas. He's into hip hop and MMA.

I really like a boy. The problem is I am really shy. I have a lot of friends and this boy group (which the boy I really like is in) likes my group. I am very shy I don't talk to them when they are talking to my friends. I have five out of seven classes with the boy I like and I always want to try to start a conversation with him but I feel I am not cool enough and I am ugly. I also feel shy and my self confidence goes down. How can I start a conversation with him without him thinking I am weird? Or how can I start a conversation with him so he starts it with me first? So far I we have only talked a little but the boy only joked around with me once and when we talk it isn't a conversation. It is more like one sentence of a question. Another ...

So basically I am not one to curse. I've hardly ever done it and only a few people have ever heard me. Sometimes I get made fun of for it, good-natured fun though. I don't mind when other people cuss but I just don't like doing it myself. Well I have recently had to catch myself multiple times. It would be easy for me to let it out, but I'm afraid to because I think whoever it was directed towards would be extremely hurt because it is coming from me, who "never cusses" lol. Its confusing, but if you understand slightly what I mean, could you give me some advice here? thanks

So I use to work at a mcdonalds but I had to quit because I didn't have transportation to get there on time and to get back home but I ended up making myself look really bad when I decided not to show to work on a busy day and also by quitting the next day . I really am starting to regret quitting especially because there's a bus and train to get there and because I really need the money right now....so I guess my question how can I get my job back ? How can I talk to my manager and convince her enough to let me come back after making her look bad by stoodn her up on a busy day and leaving the next day? Please I'm willing to do anything to work again.

Okay, in my writing class we had free time to write about anything we wanted. Well I started writing a like little kiddi story, and well I've never had problems writing I really love it and I've let people read things I've written out of class and they say they rock So im pretty confident in this class. Well in my story I put everyone in my class (not by name, me and my BFF have nicknames for everyone!! so I used those.) Well it wasn't that great of an idea, because on thursday I was telling Nikki about my story when my teacher overheard and MADE me read it aloud. So im fifteen. and i recently noticed that guys only use me. For example i know this one guy and he soo nice but hes like send me a naked picutre of yourself send me a naked picture of yourself. I didnt want to at all. i have a really bad past and i finally got away from it. And i didnt want to but i have a problem with like saying no and he kept bugging me about it asking me 24/7 for it. and its not like him hes not that type of guy which i thoguht was weird. so one ngiht i gave in and sent him one and he never said thank you or anything about it. and i just feel retarted and i ended up telling him off. and then of course once again i was the one who ended up apologizing. Hey everyone!
I'm 16 and a sophmore
i just recentally started tlaing to this boy who's a senoir at my school.
he's made it clear that he liked me and i certainly like him too
we talk all the time and he is perfect-funny, smart,cute, sweet, athletic and popular.
but that's the only downside, his popularity. he has soo many friends i'm not sure if he'll have anytime for me. At lunch and basketball games he comes see me but then has to go and make an appearence with all of his friends.- once we start going outthings may change?
should i give it a shot or so you think that should eb the deal breaker?

and ive always been against preps & cheerleaders
but my school very small 300 people
we have only 2 cheerleaders and i was thinking of joining as long as i dont change who i am.
do you think me becomming a cheerleader will change me so that my friends & boyfriend wont like me anymore.
