being outgoing with people

im 18 years old female. i would say im somewhat outgoing but i CANT keep a conversation for the life of me. i work with kids and parents and the parents will try to make a conversation with me and i will just answer their question, while the other employees start talking to them and can keep a conversation going. same with my friends, i am usually the one who is just listening to the conversations, well except with my best friends. i am usually the one always talking with two of them, because we tell each other everything obviously and its easy to talk to them. i just wish i could work on my communication skills, they suck i will admit. i just love when people can keep a conversation going, and be funny and outgoing. is there any steps i ca...

Well there's this guy named Joe, and one of my friends had sort of like a "physical relationship " they were like sex buddies but without the sex . She claims she fell in love with him. Anywho, i dated him 6 months after they stopped talking because he left to the airforce. When we started talking, we hit it off, and after that we went out for 5 months. Me and him broke up because the distance was too painful and i didnt want to go through with him getting drafted off to a far away place, so we remain really good friends. weekend advice

ok so every weekend my friends and i just either go to the movies or someones house and the group has gotten smaller and smaller because we dont really have anymore fun with each other but i really dont want to lose this group. what are fun things to do on the weekends without alcohol, we've played apples to apples and taboo and that was fun but every weekend? so any fun ideas?

i know you guys are probably sick of all the damn questions about friends and friendship issues, but i have a simple question: do i have a right to be upset considering the following:
i used to be really good friends with this girl, but then she got a boyfriend and EVERYTHING changed.

so one of my best friends has a boyfriend and they've been going out for about a while. however, she's getting a little upset with him because he is not managing his time well in terms of academics and extracurriculars (he's always stressed out, which stresses her out). she even does homework for him.

I want to have attractive friends. Not all of them but.. I just do. What's with me? I want to have good looking friends that I can go out and have fun with. Friends that I can attract guys with, go shopping with, and take photos with. I don't know if I need some sense talked into me or if this is fine. I'm self confident and not afraid to be seen with the friends I have now but I'd just like a change. Please help. :)

Alright, well i talk to my friend on the ineternet chatting and things like that. I heard that he likes me and really i just think of him as a friend. When we are chatting on IM he tells me i'm beautiful and he likes me and asks if i would ever go out with him. I only think of him as a friend and i don't want to lead him on but i don't want to be mean. Whenevr he tells me i'm pretty or beautiful again, what should i say to that that dosen't lead him on. I still want to be friends with him. When he says that i'm not gonna say "I only like you as a friend, " or "i only think of us as friends." He isn't really implying that just by saying that im pretty. Half the time he says he likes me, i don't know if he is joking or not. What should i do? Thanks!

My friend's grandma is really close to dying, and she is really upset about it because she has been through more than I can even describe and if I did it would take me a long time.. But I never know what to say to make her feel any better about it.. I usually just say I'm here for you and it'll all be okay and stuff along those lines but I don't know what to tell her.. Any suggestions?

outgoing/funny people- i need help

i realized something...and i know you all will probably say just be yourself, but the thing is im not that funny or outgoing enough to be myself around new people. its very strange...if im not intimidated by someone or if i dont want to really impress them, then i can be myself and i end up being pretty funny and they like me. i can be a hit in a group pf people that , i dont wannna say it like this, but in a group of people i feel superior to...not really superior...but thats the only word i can think of. like if i feel i dont need to make a good impression, i usually do.
problem is i cant do that with everyone, especially people im nervous around, or i feel will judge me. not that i care what they think. at least i dont think i do...

My Friend Said We Can't Be Friend's Anymore!!

My friend send me a text saying we can't no longer be friends. We were the best of friends, confide in one another with our problems and issues. I depended on her and she knew she could count on me. This is what apparently did it for her:
She invited me to her bff's wedding and I told her I would go. She emailed me info on the wedding but when I replied she didnt' respond. I got really sick for 3 days and didn't call her nor did she. Then came Thanksgiving and the day after she text me "you should have told me you couldn't make it to the wedding" the event was a day after Thanksgiving. I replied what are you talking about you didn't call me to confirm. She then said we could no longer be friends.........

ohhh boy, i love funny people :) who doesnt? i would say that i can be funny, at times. i commute to college but i did meet like four girls and they are always making me laugh, they are really funny and outgoing but they also know when to be serious. sometimes i feel like i don't fit in though, because they're always acting crazy and making jokes, just being funny and i just sit there and kind of laugh about it, not really getting into the conversations. i love making people laugh, to me that is the best feeling in the world and i know it's hard to tell someone how to be funny but is there ANY WAY i could become more funny, more outgoing and just feel like i'm always having a great time? these girls reall...

what he thinks about me. sometimes it seems like he is just my friend, but other times it's like, woah, totally new Brady talking to me. does that make sense? hmmm....I kind of like him, but I'd totally still be cool with just being friends. my friends tell me all the time "Oh, I think he really likes you" or "He talks about you all the time." idk, I'm just kinda curious.

if he really likes me. My friends keep telling me that they're sure he likes me, but I am still kinda iffy about it. I know, just trust them, most likely they know more than I do. But I get really self-conscious about this kind of thing, and then I have to keep asking them "Are you sure?" and (to me at least) it seems like they get irritated the more I do it. But I really just wanna be sure....not like it matters anyway, because I really don't know how I'd ask him to find out myself. idk, just maybe if you had some tips on how I could possible sure that would be SWELL! :)

I am from England.
I am a muslim and so is my ex best friend. Today she had to tell me something, she asked if i was a lesbian because i was giving her sweets everyday at school.( Well not every day). I was was hanging around with her every time. But isn't that what friends are ment to do. I mean i 14 years old and this is really bothering me. How could she think that. I would NEVER think that of my friends. We are now just friends but i still think she think i am one. But i am not one i can never be one. I have now learnt that best freinds don't exist and that you can't trust anyone but yourself and god. I need desperate advice .It is really bothering me. Help.

I am a married woman and i am also bisexual, my husband and I have a open relationship.
I met this woman a year ago I was so attracted to her and we started having sex shortly after. We used to meet at my home at least twice a month to have sex, every day she would send me messages saying have a wonderfull day or I miss you very much. I also spend money on her doing little things such as putting gas in her car paying her cell phone bill ect.
