That show on discovery "it takes a thief" is it staged in any way, because when the producers tell the families that they will be robbed and then like a week or month later whenever they do it the people come back home looking all surprised like it was a real robbery and they actually think it is. im confused, and then in one episode where they came back from wherever they were they came out of there car with mics on and went it to the house to see it was robbed and then acted like it was a real robbery. SO im thinking it's staged. am i right?

Ok i'm skinney but I want to loose fat on my belly.
Can I do ab excercises to burn it? I don't want abs, they look gross to me. I just want a flat somache like those girls form the Pussy Cat Dolls for example lol

i used to be 97 before camp
before camp i also did like 100 jumping jacks
and 300 crunches a day
but now i don't do nearly as many
i want to get back to 97
annd fast
how long will it take?
what should i do?

im 15 years old and i would like to start modeling...my parents said they would look into agencies for me. the problem is im conserned about mmy weight i have been trying to eat healthy to lose weight and it helps that i am very active but for some reason i dont lose weight easily...
i am 5 foot 6 1/2 and i weight 138 pounds should i lose weight? does anyone have tips on how to lose weight fast?

Hey. So, I'm thirteen, about 5 feet and I think like 97 pounds. I REALLY want to lose some weight. I try going on diets, but it never works, and I have like an inability to fast, or not eat.
I need help, how can I lose weight in a living area where I have little to no room to exercise? I need tips on what I can eat, that isnt gross.

okay a few days ago i joined track and i was wondering which parts of the body lose fat first...is it the buns,the stomach,the arms, or what?because im not overwieght or nothing but i have a big chest and butt...and i just want a flat tummy
my questions are
in what order of body parts will start to show results that i lose fat when i run everyday?
and will i lose my butt and boobs for ever if i keep running?
please put which part of the body starts losing fat in order. for example
1.stomach
2.thighs
3.chest
...and so on

well since summers getting closer and closer i figures this year id try a little harder to get fitter.
so i just want to lose weight around my stomach.
no were else i like the rest of my body.
so what would be good exsizes for that?
but i dont want to loose my boobs.

im in desperate need of help. i know this isn't very modest but up until now there was nothing noticably wrong with my body but tonite when i was getting n the shower i noticed i had stretch marks on my rear. i cried for about half an hour while i was showering. i dont think there is but is there a way to make stretch-marks disappear or fade. also, what can make more stretch marks appear, is there anything i can do to prevent that. and lastly i've been running for 10 minutes a day every day for about a month. will that cause stretch-marks. please help me.

Ok I tried doing sit ups but I couldn't like sit up! I'm really skinney but I just have some fat on my belly I'm trying to get rid of so when I tried to sit up only like my boobs and above could go up and I couldn't go up any higher!

How can i loose weight!!?? Without working out because i have noo time right now because of homework and everything. Like what should i eat? Everyday should i just stop eating? Eat alittle less please tell me what kind of ffoods i should eat to loose weight.

I've been overweight my entire life. This is something that makes me feel like a total loser and it makes me sad and gross. I'm 14 now and weigh close to 200 lbs. I'm actually a shapely person (meaning i'm close to a bottomheavy hourglass) so I feel liek I look "decent" most of the time... but overall i feel like a fatass and that's all I'll ever be. The thing is it's hard for me to stick to a diet and keep the weight off or even lower. I do a strenuous dance class every week for 2 hours. I really don't even eat that much at all. I don't eat fatening foods either like junk food, carbs, candy, etc.
why is it that I CANT loose weight? I want to be attractive and surprisingly i AM pretty. I've been told several times how gorge...

im prob getting a swimsuit like maybe around may?
i wanna lose like 17-20 pounds.
is that possible in that amount of time?
