Problems with school now im in trouble...

today i was in class and my friend brought up this girl's name, and I knew the girl and her sister as well. The girl is my age and her sister is MY sister's age. My sister and the girl's sister are friends. Well I kinda slipped out the girl's younger was a bitch in class to my friend. And the girl's best friend was sitting hearing everything, and i didnt know it was her best friend until she left the room and my friend told me. So apperently the girl's best friend told the girl I called her sister a bitch, and now the girl wants to go off on me and her sister is mad. But it is true, the girl's sister isnt exactly bitchy, he just acts preppy and thinks she knows everything, and i know this cause shes over at my house like every weekend hangi...

I hate it when I'm talking and say something not super smart and someone says "Your blonde, what do you expect", or "Well, your blonde". Or anything like that, its really annoying so what should I say to them as a comeback?

Trouble at work

I just started this new job and everyone seems nice, but the problem was that I my age seems to be a problem. Im 21 and everyone is 50 and older. The thing is I have a lot experience but everyone thinks I am too young. They all think I'm incapable of doing anything. Everyone has there way of doing things and they all want it there way.
Its really difficult to get anything done with everyone yanking me in different directions. They all think I'm stupid, they talk to me in a condescending way. One of the ladies at work was telling one of our clients that I am way too young and that I couldn't retain anything. I felt like it was totally unprofessional and rude to say. I had only been there for a week. Im getting used to everything. Is it ageism?

theres a boy at school that i really like and he knows that i like him he said that he likes me and that im cute and every other boy says he likes me and im the cuttest girl in the class he said the reason why he cant go with me is because he said he has a girl at school we both flirt with each other and act like a cuople so why dosent he just breck up with his girl and get with me, and we were on the bus and i kissed him on the ear it was i dare but i dont think he knows that, and today when i was walking by myself and he came up and put jis arm around me but than he had to go because he had track im confussed its like his sending singnels but he is spose to have a girl what should i do

I've always wondered, to teachers get annoyed when students flirt in their class. I mean like today when I went to English class, this guy took my physics notebook and started flicking through it. Then he kind of hugged me and pulled me onto his lap and I couldn't get up.
Later when I managed to get to my seat my friend was like ''You know the teacher was looking at you and ____ with a raised eyebrow...and a weird look?''
So now I'm wondering, do they get pissed off..even though this happened before the lesson bell had gone.

I'm sorry this is so long.
When I was 12 or 13 this guy in my grade had a crush on me. I was not into it, and at at that age I wanted nothing to do with anyone like Billy. Billy was really sexually active, even at that age, and I wanted to distance myself from that. One day in school he came up to me and put his hand far up my thigh and I pushed him away and he replied with "What, are you a lesbian or something?" in a joking manner. I said "no" but as a way to get attention from me he started this joke that I was a lesbian. At first it was a joke and I really didn't know how to handle it as a 12 year old. I sort of laughed it off. Some guys caught on about the joke and four years later, they still call me a lesbia...

I graduate eighth grade soon I have 2 school days left then a week of ceremonies and school parties and my graduation. The high school im going to next year already hates me, the teachers and a lot of the kids. I don’t really do anything wrong. Im just really hyper then depressive but i probly am bipolar I just don’t wantme to be labled bipolar and be on medicines although itd help so much. One of the sports im tryin out for is cheerleading and people say im the opposite of a cheer leader but I did it this year, they say ill change the whole meaning of a cheerleader whatever if its good or bad idc but I will have fun at that HEHE. I don’t wana say im gothic but I love the gothic stuff and culture just ta give ya the pica. Im so afraid...

WORKPLACE CLIQUES

I am a law enforcement officer and have been for 10 years. I have found it difficult in some ways because the dept i work for uses the "masons" to hide their labor union antics. I'm not against the masons or false mason (clique) nor am i for them. I have done my job and do it well and everyone knows this so they tend to find ways to make me look bad and someone else better. Its gotten to the point to where i have to turn my check to certain things if i want to stay in the profession where others do not have to do this. any advice to how i can stay on top and get people off of me, protect myself from personal and professional attacks. thanks

ok welll heres the thing i use to like this kid named anthony untill he started going out with my friend alex... then i had to get over him, and i did. buttttttt anthony nd i are really close like we can talk bout anythin and everythin w/o judgement. now i've been having family problems and i go to him for advice and he consoles he n shi#. so when i'm talkin to him but it n shes comes around i jus stop. she thinks i'm tryin to get wit him, but i like another guy and girl.(im bisexual)so should i save my relationship wit the girl who i'm friends wit but wouldn't normally talk to nd stop talking to the guy whos like my older brother or keep talkin 2 the guy nd tell her to go fuc herself?

I want to tell him that 'There's no way in hell I'm ditching my girlfriends to just ride with you. There is this boy that goes to my school and he always flirts with me. I am in the 7th grade, and I've liked him since 4th grade. Well; Friday night I finally told him I liked him. MAJOR MISTAKE--> he has a girlfriend. He DOESN'T care about his girlfriend, the only reason he is going out with her is because the first time he dumped her, she wouldn't quit crying and he felt bad. But we were hanging out the whole time at the dance on Friday, and he was MAJORLY flirting. Well, school is out this Thursday, and I'm REALLY IN LOVE with him, what do I do?!
