i ran/walked a mile on my treadmill yesterday and i did the same thing today. it takes me about 20 min. im 5'3 and i weigh 123, and i would like to weigh 110. if i ran/walked a mile everyday how long would it take me to get to 110? and how long would it take me to lose like just a couple pounds? also, i have a big butt and i really dont want to lose it lol, do you think i would? i just want my hips smaller, my love handles gone, and my stomach to be a lot flatter. i want my butt better looking, but i dont want it gone lol.

Is there anyone in the Spring, Tx area that maybe wants to work out with me? I used to have a gym membership but I figured it might be kind of useless if I can do other things at home. I just want someone that will run, jog, ride bikes, swim, play tennis with me. :]

I really wanna tone up my but and upper legs right below my but and lower stomach. Im alright at the minute I just wanna be a lil bit more tonned.
Ive tried doing squats and lunges but it just seems to be toning my legs?

this is really kind of embarrassing, but one of my boobs is noticibly(to me at least) bigger than the other. it really bothers me and makes me self concious in like bathings suits and other articles of clothing where you cannot wear a bra. So i was wondering, is there any way i can "even them out" or something? Thanks in advance.

I have been on diets before but nothin really worked. I was 169 pounds when I started the last one I was on and I lost 5 pounds. Thne my mom didn't but or help me with anything else after that so I ate what she ate/or made me. I am now 195 pounds and im only 14!!! I amm very much overweight and I wanna loose but when I try now it seems that i only gain. I want to try the Special K cereal but my mom wont buy it. she says its a waist of money. I do have a boyfriend and he doesnt think im fat but I am and every girl knows that if they ask their boyfriends they are gonna tell you what you wanna hear not what you need to hear. How long after you eat can you excercise? And how long do you wait after you finished eating to excerxise? Because I eat after I excercise and my stomache hurts. And I excercise 30mins after I eat and get a stomache ache

So today I just bought a really nice miniskirt (along with white leggings) but I'm really self concious about my thighs. They aren't fat, but they aren't slim and slender. Are there any easy exersizes I can do in my spare time to help tone them up? Maybe a certain diet I can go on? Anything would be nice.

okay, so lately, i haven't really gained any weight, but my stomach seems to be bothering me.
like when i sit.. it 'bunches up'. i used to do alot of curlups, but i've been taking a break.
i just really want to lose the weight on my stomach, and i know you can't really lose weight in a specific place, but does anyone know any ways to target that area other than curlups? i need more of a way to burn the fat off, along with building muscle, more than mainly building muscle, since you wont be able to see it under fat anyways. =P

so im 16/f 5'7 and about 120 lbs give or take. i realize im thin but my legs especially my thighs and my butt are soo flabby and jiggly and i hate it. i dont want to do cardio bc 1- im lazy haha and 2- i dont want to lose a lot of weight, soo i was just planning on doing lunges and leg lifts and stuff along with crunches and what not. but i heard you cant lose weight without doing cardio so what do i do? i only wanna lose maybe 3-5 pounds.. oh and theres basically no muscle in my legs or butt so yeah.

I really want to lose about 20-30 lbs by July, which is around the range of losing 1-2lbs a week, or more specifically from a size 7 to a 5. I also become more fit, since I'm pretty unhealthy (as you can see by my weight bahahaha). I am also starting softball to help with this.
The areas that I want to lose weight/flab in are in my arms, thighs, and stomach.
Routines/diets (no crash diets, I'd die) are welcomed :].

ok my thighs are kinda fat when im standing but when i sit down they get like elephanormous!! they are huge!! my question is how can i get them smaller or skinnier please help me i wanna be a cheerleader next year and it isnt cute wearing a tiny skirt with fat thighs nad how do u get rid of love handles caz that also isnt cute with a tiny shirt!

f/15/5' 6"/ 124 lbs
i eat a lot of junk foods haha.
if i were to eat:
breakfast: cereal and low fat milk
lunch: an apple, water, and fat free yogurt
snack: water and a grapefruit
dinner: lean meat, broccoli, water
and run for 30 minutes a day
would i see a difference in my body within a couple of months as in losing a small amount of weight and toning my legs?
i want to do it as healthfully as possible

if i tried to get abs, and there's like, some fat on the sides of my stomach, will they make bumps on the front of the stomach? like, will it kinda pop out or will it be gone because of the abs exercise?
