I just don't understand guys

There are these two guys, whom i am kinda close with. I don't understand why they keep going back to this other girl who is fake and rude, but gorgeous. They seem to rather talk to her then me. There's nothing wrong me, I'm pretty and everything too. But they seem to go to her always because shes really pretty (lots of makeup). It hurts me because I'm bring a good friend and shes not, yet shes still getting the attention. What can I do to be the one they choose to go to instead of her? I understand that i am strictly on a friend's basis, and she is probably on a relationship basis. I dont know, any advice?

fashion/work problem

what can i wear to a rodeo? its going to be my first date with this guy who works with me. i want to look casual and not over dressed like a cowboy hat <--- no thanks. so should i just wear pants and a shirt?
also if we dont go to this date we will do something else, any ideas for a date?
what could i talk to him about if things get quiet on our date?
p.s. im 18 and he is older then me but not by too much around 19-21 probably <----shows you how much we have talked. (lol) but we just want to go hang out and get to know each other so please help!!!

My girlfriend is out of town for a week and usually we're together every day because were best friends as well. I am chilling out with other friends of course but what are some ways I know its going to be ok and that she is really still there?

Teaching Problems.

I am a male teacher in a mixed school.
I just finished my first year of teaching. I really like my school, the students are respectful, and so are the staff, but I'm having some problems.
Since I am the youngest teacher in the school, a lot of the girls I teach flirt with me.
They would do anything to get my attention.
Ok, I do feel flattered, but there's one girl in particular that is over the line.
I teach her four times a week, and she's 15. She sits in the front row, she is constantly flirting with me, she wears very low cut tops, and she always comes to find me because she has ''problems'' with her homework.
This is starting to worry me, I have a girlfriend, and I've told her about this...

religion in the workplace

just because i feel myself imploding at the mere thought of this--
what do you say to a coworker that lets them kindly know that they've overstepped the boundries of badgering you about your religion? i don't mean asking you questions. i mean "the devil is in you and i will drive it out!" at this point the only thing i want to drive in is my spork i used for lunch, twist 90 to the right, and 180 to the left. it's seriously frustrating because if i use to much force to make them back off, i face disciplinary action. (hooray for being at the bottom of the totem pole.)

i recently moved to a country where there are a lot of people with very tan skin and brown eyes.
rarely, there are much people that come here and have blue eyes.
I have a boyfriend and we already told each other that we love each other.
my boyfriend knows i have a crush on green day's lead singer billie joe armstrong.
and he knows i like when guys have blue eyes/green eyes and black hair.
he liked girls with blonde hair but went out with me(there are hardly any girls in the country that go to our school with blonde hair, infact, none have blonde hair that go to our school)
then he moved on to black hair and bright colored eyes.
my boyfriend and i were hanging out and his brother unexpec...

Whenever I'm the center of attention, get called on in class, read in front of the class or I'm talking to a cute boy, I BLUSH, then if someone says "wow your so red!", or "your blushing!" I get even redder! is there anyway for me to control my blushing, or better yet, STOP IT!?

I am really involved in my church .. im there every day working or volunteering and i have gotten so close with all the people there the past few years, i've become attached. im gonna be a senior in highschool so will be leaving for college in a year, and i'm scared i will be really really sad to leave them. when i can't be with them or talk to them i get really upset and i know that in college i won't be at my church a lot, probably only once a month. how can i not be so sad and need them so much? and im involved in so many things i can't just stop going, and i want to enjoy all the time i have left with them

I was with this guy who i really like but we would always have problems because he used to be a player so he says "used to" and he always talks to his ex girlfriend who he likes and she would tell me all this shit that he supposidly said i dont know it was just a lot of drama. Apologies if this is in the completely wrong category. Anywho
Ive heard a few people around saying this word.
Im pretty for sure positive that it means something similar to
'not romantically inclined' as in
"i love her! in an un romantically inclined way"
I think that should be right.
And I could almost swear that it started with the letter P as in PAT. I keep wanting to say prosaic but thats probably not even close.
For the record, I did practically powersearch Google, Thesaurus.dictionary.com, any website I thought would be helpful.
Any ideas?

I just got a job at a little store about a week ago and its my first job ever. (I'm 15) I basically stand at a cash register all day. But there's this guy who works there too, and he's about my age, and he's really great. I think I'm kind of falling for him, which isn't good, I don't think. I'm not very pretty, I'm super clumsy, I'm not particularly fun or interesting, and I have a lot of family problems and stuff that makes it very hard to open up to people. So basically, he's never gonna like me. I'm trying really hard to stop crushing on him, but it's kind of near-impossible, you know?

hi i have this friend who is in my class(we are in grade 7) and for some reason all of the girls like him i don't know why cause he is a show off a big one and yet he still has nearly every girl in our grade falling for him. hes got a girlfriend and all but its just annoying how all of them like him and follow him around at lunch there is like 10 of the girls following him but it still seems like alot of girls to me. i just want to know why they all like him hes not that hot or nice and he can be a bit of a d#ck head sumtimes and i also want to know a way to stop my jealousy.

Well ili start off by saying aim male 15 and there's this girl that i like but i dont know if she likes me. when i talk to her at school nd i want to end the conversation its like she dosent want to end it so she keeps talking. Also somtimes she says hi or like gives me high-fives. But when i get home on msn or facebook she never talkes to me and somtimes when i talk to her she goes offline.Could it be because too many girls flirt with me?

does anyone know the name of the website that lets you say what school your in and then you go to your school's page and you can write comments about all the teachers and usually its really bad stuff. i forgot the name but i really want to go on it. i remember it had a black background hah thats all i remember.
