I have shellac nails. What is the safest product to use to keep under my fingernails clean without ruining the shellac on my nails?

Okay , i'm 18 years old and i'm experiencing a strange thing when i go to sleep.When i'm almost asleep , suddenly i hear this loud vibration right in my ears and when i hear it , my heart beats so fast ! ,my heart rate increases.I also get paralyzed and my eyes are shut down by force , i get scared though , its as if something is dragging me and paralyzing me ,however; i can fight back and unparalyze myself by trying,so hard, to move a muscle.i don't know what it is actually , i never tried letting go of myself and see what happens , i always break this up by moving or opening my eyes ,which are closing by force.

This has never happened to me before. I'm 19 years old, sexually active, and I just started my period a couple days ago and today I started leaking like.... Water basically. I don't know what it is but I'm scared.

breast pain

Heyoo.
I am 18 and I've been experiencing breast pain, but not in my nipples. I am a size 32 a, and have been for years. I've checked other websites about this, and they've all said is pregnancy. I am not pregnant. I highly doubt the pain is linked to my periods since the pain is all the time. I've wondered if this could be growing pains? But I wasn't for sure since I am older with the same cup size.
Any advice is appreceiated!

16/ female hi okay so a couple of weeks ago I wasn't even sleepy and I was on the phone with my boyfriend at about 11 pm laying in my bed and all of a sudden I blacked out and has this really weird overwhelming feeling in my body that I can't explain and then my heart and chest was heavy it was hard to breathe and then I could finally see but I couldn't talk or move, at first I thought someone broke in and i was being beat up or I was shot or just plain dying I didn't know, and then when I finally came too I was crying my eyes out and my boyfriend thought it could be sleep paralysis because he's had that before and yes there was a lot of the symptoms correct to it being sleep paralysis but they weren't all there and I wasn't even asleep. Oral mouth swab test

Last Tuesday, I had an Intercept Oral Drug Test done. I've read pretty much everywhere THC metabolites can be in saliva anywhere between 12-24 hours. I had not smoked exactly 24 hours prior to taking my test, the day before (Sunday) I smoked a bowl, and the day before that (Saturday) I had a few bongs and a couple hits off a j. Those four days I brushed my teeth and rinsed with mouthwash about 3-4 times a day. Including up to 5 minutes before me taking my test in the parking lot, that's where I messed up. When I went in I was instructed to leave the swab between my gums and cheek for 2.5 minutes, when I took it out there was a little blood (maybe a drop) on it from brushing my teeth so vigorously. How do you stay fresh?

I know, I know. It's cliché to ask but how do I stay fresh "down there"? I am a 26 year old female, skinny, great hygiene and attractive but I have had problems for years on how to stay smelling good. Its not just my private parts, its also my armpits and the entire rest of my body... except my feet and breath. I just don't have a very good natural scent. :'(
I take a shower in the morning and night, I wash and wash with soaps, body wash, body scrubs and vaginal soaps, I use deodorant (currently using secret brand with a scent to it but I have also used scentless, different brands and the liquid/gel kind), I have used all over deodorant spray with heavy scents and of course I lather myself up with lotion and body ...

Foods rich in calcium

hi! my grandma had bone problems and i don't know how to spell what she had but you probably know what i mean right? in school they were talking about the same thing in health class and she said that if we ate calcium rich foods we would not get that disiease. great but how much milk and cheese can you eat?! are there any other foods that have calcium but maybe don't make you so fat?

yellow chunk while peeing

Ive had a bad prostate infection for a couple weeks now I'm a 21 male. I've had a cloudy discharge coming out here and there but today when I was peeing I felt a chunkish thing coming through my penis it came out into the toliet and I continued peeing. I Got it out of the toliet it was chunky like a chunk of cum you'd pee out but this chunk was about a inch wide and half inch wide it didn't hurt or burn I just felt it push out then drop into the toliet. I felt it is was kinda softish and a little sticky but not like sperm or cum sticky had no smell to it was dark yellow some weight to it for how little it was I guess the best way to describe it is a hard chunk of cum you pee out after ejaculating but dark yellow. Any ideas? Please help??!!

What procedure could a dermatologist do to get rid of cystic acne?

I've tried creams and pills for several years and it doesn't help. I've tried all kinds of face washes, pills, lotions and gels. My acne is very bad and embarrassing. What are some other procedures and how much would it cost?

My nails are horrible!

I'm a 14 year old girl and my nails are disgusting, the white bits are peeling off and it's embarresing too! I cut my nails once a week and I use Avon cream which Is supposed to keep your nails nice but it doesn't seem to work? Is it because I'm not getting enough of something?
Someone please help! I want to have nice nails :)

Weird lump in my upper inner thigh. Idk what to do?

Im a 15 year old girl. I've noticed that I have this hard slightly darker than my skin lump under my skin in my inner upper thigh area. It doesn't really hurt unless I squeeze it. Whitish pus and fluid tend to come out when I do. I want to tell my parents but idk how to. It's embarrassing and I'm nervous about telling them I don't know how they'll react. I did my own research and yes I know the dangers of self diagnosis. Webmd says its a cysts. I know I should go to a doctor about this issue but I still haven't gotten around to telling my parents. How do I tell them? What do I do?

Pain / uneasy feeling in back and legs at night

I'm a 21 male. For a while now I've had this problem where I get this burning uneasy feeling in my very bottom back and back of my legs. Seems to mainly be at night when I'm trying to sleep its hard to describe the feeling but when I move around it eases up until I'm still again and is still there. If I take pain medication it doesn't seem to do it I guess bc the meds numb your feeling? But I need to know because its annoying! I have this spot on my spine a specific vertebrae that if you touch it its very sensitive and a little below and above it is the same but not as bad and there's times it gets set off and I can't move. To be honest most of my muscles ache my upper back muscles are always tight but don't bug me like the other problem. M...

White thick stuff on upthe inside of vagina

I'm 14 and I've noticed that there is always this thick layer or white stuff, it's not gooey or slimey or wet. It's not inside my vagina but on the inside around my vulva, it's really embarrassing and I don't think I could tell mum or a doctor. I've always thought it could be toilet paper? Not sure.
Any ideas on what it is and how to get rid of it?

So, I'm a 14 year old girl and I'm pretty sure this isn't normal. It's usually every morning I wake up with soaked underwear, it doesn't smell that nice either. During the day it's nit so bad but it's still happening, it's very uncomftable. I find that whenever I need to pee I all of a sudden become very desperate to go and I can't hold it in for that long and if I don't go I can't hold it in. I don't want to have to wear a panty liner or something like that, any ideas on what this could be?
I'm too scared to tell my parents about it as I would be embarrassed and I really don't want to have to go and see a doctor unless I really have to.

I can't control it, when I'm bored I do it, when I'm busy I do It but mainly when I'm stressed. I've tried everything to help me stop, I tried chewing gum all the time and I tried wearing a retainer but nothing helps!
The inside of my mouth is horrible it's all swollen and chewed and it's always sore, I can't help myself I guess it feels nice on my teeth or something I just want to break this habit, I've been trying for ages.
