does it really work? im treally considering buying it and doing it. i need to lose ten pounds.

what is the BEST and SHORTEST way to loose ten pounds.
i want to loose ten pounds in two weeks idealy but whatever advice u have im all ears.

Ive been amazing on a really strict diet for a week. i lost 3 pounds and i ate so well NOTHING JUNK OR ANYTHIGN BAD . iw as extremly strict.
that is until this weekend we smoked and i had the munchies so i ate SO MUCH.
what can i do to cancel out my munchie attack? should i fast for a day or two? i was so good and i need to loose ten pounds what should i do?
im so upset!!!

i eat so little and i am not loosing any weight.
yes i know not eating is bad but its my only option
i have like 700 or under calories in a day and i feel bloated, and do not look skiin ever.
i dont understand why i am not loosign weight
i dont eat enugh to gian weight but i feel like i am!!

ive been using fiberSMART. its fiber capsules that are soppose to make you go to the bathroom and speed up your matebalism.
but i dont htink its working

for the past week i have been on a strict diet
ill have 80 calorie bread with eggwhites
for breakfast wih a coffeee (always use half and half)
lunch ill have a small froyo or skip it
dinner will be a protein or ccereall
as you can see i eat very little and im very strict.
today i had a froyo, then 2 bowls of fiber 1 (this equals 400 calories believe it or not) then for dinner i had a chicken salad.
however my weight keeps fluctuating. ill loose a pound then gain 2. i dont get it. i am hardley eating!!!!
please spare me the lecture about body going into starvation mode so you gain weight.....
why am i not loosing?

ok, i have curly soft meduim dark brown hair.. and i dont dye it or do anyhing to do it, so when i blow dry it, it doesnt look dry, it looks soft and thick, and my hair is really nce compared to alot of people i know, but my queston is i wanna do my hair more now, but im ALWAYS takng care of my hair, like after i do my hair i do an egg mask.or hair treatmens for my hair to protect it from gettng bad, just recently i bought a new straightner, it is lke really good quality called Philps.Salon hair straighnter and it has a ceramic iron, i want to do my hair every now and then i just dont want it to get dry and ugly, is it ok if i do my hair whenver i want but always do the masks and hair treatmens before or after? will it ruin? thank you in advance:)

im on a really strict diet and today i feel like i wasnt so strict.
breakfast: beet, apple, carrot juice (i made it in a juicer)
and ice coffee with fat free half and half
lunch: diet brocc suffle- made with frozen brocc, eggwhites, onion soup mix (barely any calories...)
another ice coffee.
dinner: 110 calorie bagel thin with 70 cal of tuna with a DROP of light mayo and lettuce and tamatos .
then my head started pounding and tylenol didnt help so i REGRETTFULLYYY had chickne soup.
in it was carrots and sum chicken and obviously the broth.
i feel like i should not of had the soup though. im on a really strict diet and i feel like that wasnt deit friendly and i lost con...

i walk everywhere, its my only form of exercise but im on a strict diet.

I have been taking a multivitamin for about two weeks now (One a day Women's) and it makes me extrememly nauseous. I didn't put two and two together until recently, and since I discovered I only get sick after taking the vitamin, I decided to only take it with meals. This morning I took it after eating a bowl of soup, and now I feel incredibly sick. I am also feeling dizzy and light headed, and I can't help but think the vitamin is what's causing this.
I need to take vitamins, because I definitely don't have a well balanced diet. My gyno also told me that if I ever plan on having kids, I need to start taking a multivitamin and folic acid now so my children don't have birth defects later on.

ive been doing
breakfast: juice from a juicer like beets apple carrots and an ice coffe
lunch: small froyo or eggwhite omelet with veggies
dinner- a protein
but i need more options
what u think..
any easier way to loose wight (dont say exercise)

I am 5'7" and I weight 127 pounds. Is 5'7" too short to be a model and if I were to weigh 120 pounds would I weigh too much to be a model?

I am going into the modeling business and I'm fairly short. I only have modeled for magazine and am starting now to go into a few commercials (local) and hoping to expand. But, i need to lose a few pounds so that I can do swimsuit. I'm not very large but I've put on a few pounds because I was taking some medication a few months ago and I haven't really been able to get them off. I haven't really dedicated myself either. I mean, I go to the gym and all that but I've been maintaing myself, you know? If I really wanted to, I could lose all the weight in a month. This is really important to me. I need to stick to a diet that works and I need to have the motivation to do it. I also want to feel better about myself. Like I said, I'm not overweigh...

I switched to being a vegetarian about a week ago. I ate too many fatty, fried foods (mostly meat) and have been trying to eat healthier. I've been making sure to get all the vitamins and minerals I need throughout the day and I did tons of research before I decided to go through with this.
The first two days I was grumpy and then I started to feel good and not as tired as I did when I ate meat. I changed to being a vegetarian for health reasons mostly. Is it normal to go through the "grumpies" at first? Has anyone else had this experience?

Hello im 19/f and i'm 5'6 and weigh about 145 pounds. I'm not fat but not really skinny. I hate a little bit of extra weight on my thighs and a little on my tummy. I want to start exercising but i find it hard to find motivation to do so. I also want to start eating healthier. What foods besides junk should i stay away from? Is there any motivational tips you could give me? I feel like i never have time and i'm always tired when i come home from work. Any help is greatly appreciated!

i started taking new medication and one of the normal side effects is nausea so i started feeling nauseous and because of that i got a headache and lost my appetite last night so i didnt eat, instead i went to bed, now its morning and i have an empty stomach and i feel nauseous because of it but i feel like if i eat i'll vomit. what should i do?

I'm going to a music festival next week where there are going to be shows until like 5 in the morning! I'm really excited and want to go to as many shows as possible but I'm the kind of girl who needs her sleep! So obviously I'm going to need some sort of energy supplement! I'm not going to have refrigeration so big drinks like Monster or RedBull will be very nasty! The only weird energy thing I've tried was 5-Hour-Energy and it didn't really work for me. Any suggestions?

Hi, i am 15 and have horrible inner thigh fat. Which diets do you prefer without drugs or eating disorders? i also belong to the gym recently and what equippment is good for that? i have tried eating less like only 3 little meals a day, it works but it also slows down my matab. anyways, i tried cutting out carbs fully and that didn't work. I also don't like fruit so it's hard. and i think i should eat about 7 healthy little snakcs/ meas throughout the day but I HATE FRUIT/ Grilled chicken. Would running help? Help me asap.

dont just name a diet literally write day by day eating plan.
nothing fancy, as long as it will work.
