Can someone tell me something about becoming a vegiterrian. Is it hard to start? Do you loose alot of weight? What are you supposed to eat? I'm just curious because I want to become one. Kthankks. :D

hi, well my sister's callanged me to make a meal with ingredients that she's given me. i have to cook for my mum and my sister. one of the main ingredients is chicken breast. Now i was just wandering if someone could give me some recipes for food, like they have in michelin star resterants. like small portions that fill you up. most americans wont know what michelin ratings are because New York only got its guide last year from europe. So can anyone point me in the direction of some recipes? i want it to look really post and fancy, like the chefs do it, so i dont want stuff like stews, or soups, etc.

I need some REALLY good chicken recipes [I have chicken breast],
I don't know what to do with it. I've tried a lot.
I just want something that tastes good, is easy to make, and one that you need basic ingredients for.

My boyfriend's gone for the weekend, and I want to make him a really nice dinner tomorrow night when he gets back.
Thing is, I can't think of a good dessert to make for him. He doesn't like cheesecake, and I don't want to make a cake, because we'll never eat it all before it goes bad.
Any ideas for a really nice dessert for two?

Sorry resending this question didn't register first. I was wonder when soaking chicken in vinegar soak, how much vinegar should you use to soak a whole chicken overnight, does it have to be diluted with water and which kind of vinegar is best to use to tenderize chicken?

I was wonder when soaking a whole chicken in vinegar overnight how much vinegar should be used and which type, does the vinegar need diluted with equal parts of water, should I use white vinegar or apple cider vinegar which would make the chicken the most tender?

I am 16 years old and a female. I don't know how to cook, I stopped after I burnt some eggs one morning. I haven't had the courage to go back in the kitchen. So when I do go back, I kind of forgot what I am suppose to do( I know sounds silly). Please help me with what I need to do to become a good cook.
