well boys in my grade (8th) are still really immature and were making Uranus jokes when we were assigned a planets project. My science teacher eventually got fed up with it and said she'd give a detention if there was one more crack. Then in my math class next period, those guys were still laughing with eachother and then my math teacher actually joined them! He said, "Maybe you'd do better on your tests if you stopped looking up Uranus!" and the boys went wild. I was sitting there in shock, like omg did my TEACHER really just say that? Am I overreacting or was that really inappropreate for my teacher to say? I mean shouldn't he be setting a better example? Thanks.

so tomorrow are my schools dance team manager try outs, and i'm hoping to make it. we have to do an interview and i'm usually not very good speaking from the top of my head. any advice on how to calm my nerves?

The Lovely Bones

I'm reading a book called The Lovely Bones by Alice Sebold. Couple of hours ago, my little cousin ripped the book completely apart and colored ALL over it.
I have a few questions that I need answered as soon as possible. I never got to finish reading from the middle to the end. How does the story end? I tried googling it and none of the websites gave me the ending or the middle.
Also, I have to write the exposition, rising action, climax, falling action and resolution as well as internal.
Is there anything that you could please help me out with. My book review is due first thing tomorrow.

Why Im Proud to be a Canadian

I was choosen by my teacher to compete in a contest, writing an essay about why im proud to be a Canadian. I dont want to do the normal things, like making a point, then relating it to my life blah blah blah. I really want to do something Totally different that realates to the topic. I would mention history or ANYTHING. Ideas anyone??

So I really like this guy! LIKE SO SO SO SO SO SO SO MUCH! But here's the thing: I never actually talked to him, I never even said one word. But I was at this party and I was talking to one of my friends and he sat next to me but didn't say anything. It was during cocktail hour so you could sit wherever you want. I was kind of suprised cause i'm not even his friend and he just sat at the table. Also, we had assigned seats during the actualy party but no one was in a seat at my table and he sat there. But I think maybe that was because his friends were at the table. But theres some things that make me think he doesn't like me. He doesn't ever stare at me or try to talk to me. I mean if he tryed to strike a conversation with me or stared at m...

ok so yeha how do you get some guys to stop making fun of you like today i was just sitting there and this guy threw a pencil at me then threw a pen top at me and hit me in the eye and now my eye looks like it's bleeding from the inside how do i get them to stop like yeah

oka to make a long story shorth there this guy at my school that i cant stand he gets on my last nerves. One because he always talkin about people eveyday,everytime,every min. Its like getting on my nerves and then he alwayz judge someone on how they dress or he be calling peopl ugly right in front of thier face.And he alwayz hang around girl he dont have any boys as friends just girl and people be saying that he is gay and all that stuff and i think so to casue he walk like a gilr, and talks like one but dont dress like one. So what bugs me is that he is soooooooo mean. So my quetion is what is this i mean its soo stupid!

Loner in school

So, basically this big drama has come up, leaving me with no school friends. I'm innocent, but if they want to treat me like that fine whatever.
So what do I during school? Like classes and lunchtime. If I could make new friends I would, but I can't as I go to a small school and I have a bad reputation (Not as a slut, as a 'loser') so no one goes near me in case they get picked on too.
Even if this all blows over (Hopefully it will) What do I do while I wait for it blow over?

in science class i have to do a project on a hypothesis and give like the independent and depenedent variables and all that good stuff. blecchh. so anyway, does anyone have any good // creative ideas on what i could use? like "my sister can drink a milkshake faster than my mom" or something? please&thankyou. =)

i have to write a HUGE five page paper that counts as half of my final for history.
were supposed to research a current problem in that country... i did the problem with france's muslim immigration.. and then research history about it from like the 20th century.
im not really sure what to research.. like the relationship between France & Muslims in the past? or why muslims are immigrating there? or what?
