My best friend lets call her jane and I are the type of bff's that where ever we went everyone noticed us. We use to do everything together and whenever one of us needed the other we always had each others back...that was until janes new boyfriend came into the picture. ok well...well i moved here last year...im kinda shy and alot of the girls dont like me cause they dont want to get to know me...and they say they hate me and they have no reason to. well one of my friends said that one girl said that i was ugly..and that the guy that i was going out w/ could do so much better than me...and im just tired of them saying stuff about me...and im like kinda scared to be myself around them cause they might say something about me and i really hate it when people talk about me... so what sould i do or what would u do??

I am a 19 year old female and my friend is also 19 and female. My friend has been in a relationship with a guy for over a year now. In the beginning of the relationship her boyfriend hit her. She was going to leave him then but he promised to change and to never hit her again. He stopped hitting her but he is verbally abusive. He tells her she is worthless. Pregnancy At A Young Age & Who To Tell?

My 16 year old feamle best friend is, and has been for 3 years, dating my 17 year old male cousin. My cousin just recently moved in with her because his family is definitely falling apart. I am okay with that because we still all spend time away and toghether, But my problem is that they have been having sex for over a year now. I know they are too young for it and so do they. Now my best friend is in a hole; she hasn't had her monthly since May! She wants to find out for sureif she is pregnant before she talks with her parents. Should we keep it a secret and buy a test or should I convince her to tell her parents? Also; I know she is not ready for it... should she out it up for adoption or have an abortion, or keep it if she is!?

So.. um. My best friend is starting the last year of high school this year, and her mom is very sick and is going to die. Lately she has been in a very bad psychological state, depressed and stuff like that. She has been drinking quite a lot, and when she was drunk the other day she started telling me stuff like she doesn't know what to do if her mother dies, and half her life is going to go away and stuff like that. She also said she's happy she has all of us (her friends) and stuff, but generally she sounded like she was really in a horrible mental state.
Can you please give me advice on what I can do?

I apologize in advance if I sound really naïve for asking this
Have any of you ever just made out with a friend but then simply continued your friendship afterwards? Can you explain to me how such a thing could happen? Like, I can kind of get how it would start if the mood and setting were right, but then what about after you were done? Wouldn't there be a sense of awkwardness between you two, or an unanswered question of a possible relationship? It just seems like it would be really awkward after that.

A month or so ago my best friend started hanging out with this girl, and they became really good friends. welll, ever since then they hang out all the time, and do almost everything together. I havent really hung out with my bff for a long time. and i miss her, i really do. i feel like i should tell her that i feel left out. i mean i dont care that she hangs out with the girl, i just wish she would include me in their plans sometimes..help! :(

Okay i used to live in E but I'm originally from S (i lived in E for 5 years but occasionally in summer break i would visit in S)

ok so i don't know if this question should be in health or what but i need help now! me and my friend(lets call her "stacy") have been friends for a long time. But ever since she joined the track team, she's been OBSESSED with her weight! she's lost a ton of weight in only like a month or two of track. whenever we hang out she always complains about being fat even though she looks skinnier than she should be. she hardly ever eats much and complains the entire time about how much calories are in them. she once told me that she was skipping periods and i know thats because she's exercising sooo much and not eating enough. she exercises day in and day out and whenever i see her, she always tries to talk me into going for a jog...

my bf and i just had a reaaaaaaaaally rough breakup. we havent spoken in about a week 1/2, and earlier i tried to IM him, making peace, i guess. and he never responded.
i know we probably wont get back together, but i couldnt stand it if we werent at least friends. how long should i give it before i just give up? i dont want to, but i know eventually ill have to. he doesnt seem to have any interest to even talk to me. not even through a computer. what should i do?

ok so me and a guy friend have an interesting relationship we are totally comfortable with eachother. we sometimes play truth or dare, but without rules... no matter what it is we have to do it. and him being a guy always ends up getting me good by of course suggesting sexual dares such as stripping, etc you know. i dont mind, however, i want to get him good too. so does anyone have any suggestions of dares i can make him do that will get him really good. doesnt matter how crazy they are... ive done stuff such as dressing him up in my clothes, making him sing mushy love songs...but i want stuff thats even better! any suggestons???

How do you tell a friend she is involved in an emotional affair? She is involved emotionally with the husband of my good friend and used to be her good friend. She's confused as to why the wife has put so much distance between her. She doesn't get it. There's so much denial as to the depth of her involvement with the husband. Everytime I go there with her, she gets angry at me and I don't know if a friendship can be salvaged between her and I. Help!! any advice is appreciated

\So there's this guy. I don't have any feelings for him at all, honestly. He's just really nice to me and we could be friends. But there's something he does that really annoys/confuses me. I want to know what he thinks of me.
During class, he's always calling my name and like whenever I'm in the hallway and he's behind me, he catches up to me just to talk to me. Sometimes he even ignores his friends for me.

This guy and I have been talking a lot lately. I really love talking to him. The thing is, we met online. I'm really skeptical about the whole online dating thing. He's such a good guy though. I really love talking to him and being friends with him. The thing is, we barely ever talk about anything serious. I'm just not sure how to bring anything serious into a conversation. ok so my friend has been dating online and she met this guy, who i dont think is right for her, and like he tells her stuff..which seems like a lie to me. he wont talk to her on the phone, all they do is text. he claims he's in college. meanwhile, she told me he goes from sept.-june. (like normal high schools)..he said his first class is homeroom?? and that he takes shop class or whatever. i told her it sounds like a lie but she's not sure and either am i because we're both in high school and don't know how college works..can anyone give me answers please? i really want to know what this guy is all about.
