im 17f, my mother cheated on my father 2 or 3 years ago its broke my dads heart which it would, me and my mother have never got on she used to be voilet to me and ive always wished bad things to happen to her, when she cheated and she moved out i was soo happy, i didnt fell guity, ive have younger bother and sister they were heartbroken which at that point they didnt understand what she had done, but then dad said im going to take her back, i just wanted too say no! after the way she treated me and i was being selfish, she came back and dad promised me that she would never lay a finger on me again which she hasnt but now shes got sumthing over my dad and shes told me she hates me and that she wants me out and that ive broke the family up sh...

Okay,
I've been with my boyfriend for almost 4 months now. In the beginning of the relationship everything was perfect he moved in with my family and is now living with me. Everything is still great but sometime early August his Mother and her boyfriend came down for a visit and stayed at a motel 5 minutes from my house...and I had to drive into the city to pick his mom up which is about (25-30 min drive) and she was supposed to stay for the weekend and ended up staying 4 days and for all the 4 days she was down I drove her and her boyfriend EVERYWHERE! and she only gave me 10 dollars for gas money. hey, im 17 and i have a 9 year old little sister. she's literally the biggest brat i know. i just want to help her. she's really beautiful, but i'm worried that when she gets older, things aren't going to go so well for her unless she learns how to respect and listen to her elders. she has adhd and has ocd. if things aren't going her way, she throws a tempertantrum, and when people tell her not to do something. she pushes their button and takes it too far. im also worried about how she's doing in school. i believe she's one of the smartest kids i know, but she's so ignorant. when it comes to learning, she gets too aggrivated and gives up. so now she just hates learning and doesn't listen when anyone who is trying to teach her something impo...

Want to Go By Friends House

So I recently caused my parents to have a huge phone bill which they aren't reallly mad about BUT i want to go to my friends house. I'm afraid they'll say no for the following reasons.
1. Her brother is my ex-boyfriend. We used to date, but now we're just platonic friends.
2. its about a 15 minute drive.

Huge Cell Phone Bill

I'm 16 & just got my first cell phone about a month or so ago. My mother just got the first bill, and I went over everything {text, minutes, & data} and she has to pay a $212 phone bill for me. She said she wasn't going to take my phone away THIS time. The problem is my bill cycle JUST started over and I'm already over everything again. How do I find a way to pay for this? And how do I approach my mom?

dad is in afghanistan

me and my dad are extremely close and last friday he went to afghanistan for a year. so basically every day from that day on ive been crying. (nobody sees me because i go in the bathroom--except the day he left when i couldnt control it any longer in class).
it really sucks that hes gone because i miss him soooo much. im not gonna see him for 6 months and when he calls he can only talk for like 15 minutes and most of the time when he calls ill still be in school so he talks to my sister and my mom. basically what im asking is how do i stop myself from crying everyday? and how can i stop missing him just a little bit? and how can i stop everything from reminding me of him? please answer all or as many of these questions as you can. thanks in advance.

Hey, im 16f. I have an older brother who is 17 and a younger sister that is 10. My parents split up a few years ago, and I live with my mother. The problem I have is that no one respects my space. We just moved a few weeks ago, just across our town, but my room is now located at the end of the hall right by the living room. Every morn my mom and brother wake me up anywhere from 5-6:30 because my brother is just being really loud for no reason, or I can hear them stomping in the hall. They dont mean to stomp, but the floor is loud and they walk quietly by my sisters room (which is beside mine) and then are loud beside my room. And if they dont wake me up, they wake my cat up which is in my room then it starts meowing which wakes me up. My br...

Hey.
So I'm turning 15 and a half sept. 23rd. and I would really like to get my temps. My mom has no problem with it, but my dad does. He says I should'nt get them until I'm 16, because thats when he got his. Well I want to get a part-time job next summer, and i dont see why i cant start driving, like practicing! I'll have to wait like 6 months anyway to get my liscense and i need like 50 hours. And I've driven before and I'm ok with it. How do I convince my dad to let me get my temps? Please help!

okay, where to start... my best friend won't talk to me because she goes to this band thing, and when she was there, she kinda snogged this guy, but she has a nearly boyfriend here (band was away) but then when her nearly boyfriend tricked me into telling him that she went woth this other guy. so i told my best friend that i had accidently told her nearly boyfriend she freaked and hasnt spoken to me since... anyway my question is, how do i approach her?

hey heres my problem... my mother is bipolar and she is manic depressive... it doesnt help that she wont take pills to help her. im only 13 and im the only one who lives here with her. i feel so much guilt and hate toward her its unbelievable. i feel so helpless. she has no one but me, so i cant leave her all alone. i would love to know if you could give me some advise on what to do.

Hey, im 16f. I have an older brother that is 17 and a younger sister that is 10. Im in the middle. One of my pet peeves is hair in the sink. Every morning my sister insists on brushing her hair in the bathroom, and then when she leaves the bathroom she leaves LOTS of hair in the sink everywhere, and on the sink. It just BUGS me. SHe has really long brown hair and everyone else in the family has short hair so its obvious its hers. I am like 'how hard is it to wash your hair out of the sink!!?'. I told my mom to please tell her to just wash it out, which she did tell her, but I guess my sister isnt capable of doing it. Shes just lazy. Ok, SO I have had an ongoing saga with my ex. We have 3 kids 8, 10, and 12. The new wife is very sexually verbally innapropriate with the kids and is very controlling and abusive to their father. THey have been together for 3 years. His family belives she beats him and will kill him if he leaves one day. She has been convicted of Felony child endangering, identity fraud, robbery, passing bad checks, and the list goes on. Shoplifting is her favorite. She also has personality disorder. My parents are always yelling. Sometimes at each other and other times at me and my sister. But its like there can never be a moment of peace in my house. Ya I yell back but thats because they never listen to me they just yell and when I try to talk to them then ignor me then they want to know whats going on in my life when I dont want them pokeing at my life. Im 16f. I have one brother that is eighteen in December and one sister that is 10. Anyhow, my brother just graduated and is the jerk of the house. He is the troublemaker, he bums around the house most days, backtalks, blasts his music, does what most teenage boys do. He does have a job now that he goes to most days which is a plus on my behalf. Hes not around much anymore so hes not really a problem to me now.
But, My sister is a momma's baby, she talks to my mom as if she is still three most of the time, my mom is her personal chef and waitress when she is around, and she gets her way practically all the time. I feel like my dad is treating me the way that his parents have treated me. To back track...
His parents and my parents were born in a time where boys are good and girls are useless. My mom hated the sexism in that. When my older sister was born, everyone was like well, okay. Then when I was born, my dad's parents were like, grr, she's a girl. So they never bothered to come and see me when I was a baby. I'm afraid that my dad's kind of catching onto that.

Jason is eighteen and my favorite brother. He dropped out of school and got a job at Burger King. He'd been working there for a little over a year when he realised it wasn't the job he wanted. He has his GED but now its to late to go back to school. Soon after realising that he gave up. On Life. Then one night the cash register wasnt working and he punched it and completely broke it. Now he owes BK 2,500 dollars and had a warrant for his arrest and his court coming up. I'm shy around my parents.

i am very shy around my dad and stepmother. i'm not really sure why. we see each other a lot, i mean at least five or six times a week. my dad teaches me to drive, takes me to movies and dinner, etc. my stepmom takes me shopping and to the salon. we do things as a group, too. we're really close.
but for some reason, i'm never completely myself around them. depending on my mood, i might talk freely or keep to myself. i don't understand why i do this. i notice it happens more frequently when i'm with both my dad and my stepmom, or just my stepmom. so i'm kind of guessing it has more to do with her.
i also have anxiety when i realize that i'm being too shy. i'll give them one word answers and then think, "oh ...

i know there are a few of you guys out there who will be honest and give clarity to me. I CRAVE the attention of my spouse.... tomorrow will be 2 years of marriage... for 6 months he gave me all his attention and the rest of the time HELL...i get it... he lost interest or found intrest somewhere else... not really hard to accept....so why did he stay with me for 2 years? i mean he was really only here for 6 months but he paid ALL my bills...bought my car...anything i asked for he got me EXCEPT the true attention i needed..... what up?????....
