Hi im a 16 year old female. And I want to go to Spelman University. Im a high school senior graduating in June. But the problem is I live in Virginia, and my mother wants me to go to an all girl college, but she wants me to stay in Virginia, really Richmond cuz thats where we live. But I've already gotten my hopes up on Spelman, Ive been wanting to go there for so long. My question is how can I convice her to let me go.

stressful senior year

im going threw a whole lot of shit right now in my life im 18f senior in high school . i live with my mom still but lately her ways and her rules are getting to me (shes a bit abusive )and im overwhelmed with school work.my boyfriend who is 20 is a great guy i enjoy being around him he always makes me happy but im not sure if i can have him in my life right and im a virgin that is not planning on having sex now he knows im a virgin his not a virgin im afraid that i might have sex with him too early just for comfort.but i dont think i can deal with all that in my life right now should i break it off with him.

I was on msn to this girl yesterday, and she is not bad, she is quite nice to me but she had her mate round who doesnt like me and i dont no what i have done. I am really scared because she sits next to me in my german lesson, and we sometimes get told to do partner work with each other and that is really hard to do. This is just a curiosity question. If a woman worked for very powerful men in a large corporation for many years as the powerful men’s secretary but no longer works for them (she hasn’t seen them in 11 years) do you think the powerful men still keeps tabs on her. Keep in mind they were very possessive of her and the bosses either treated her as a sister or a daughter.

is 7th grade girls(me) and 8th grade boys (Matt) Well, he is an 8th grader but...we are the same age ..13... He is so cute. I have been writing him notes lately ( 2 ) and he hasn't wrote back...the first one I didn't tell him to write back...but the second note i did. I didn't say anything wrong in the letters...i just told him that he was cute...and if he new me...is anything wrong with that...? The second letter i asked him if he new who i was yet...and I described what i was wearing in gym class...

ohkay well i like this guy... and i THINK he likes me back, because he's teasing me that i like him!!!!!!! its soo annoying T.T
but i dont know, because hes the "class clown" soo, he might just be teasing me... AND he took my cool sharpener (its a baseball with a weight on the bottom so it spins) so i let him have it cuz, i like him LOL.
back to the question, so can anyone answer my question, if a guy teases me, does it nessecerily mean he likes me????

cheating 101

I'm an educator and as I was proctoring for an exam in another college department,& I caught two students cheating.
One of them was mouthing the words
" What is the answer to number two?" when I caught them. She even gestured number 2 with her fingers. Her seatmate had her back on me, it was obvious that they were talking to each other.
I reported them to the Discipline Officer and the D.O. in turn, called for the 2 students. The students insisted that they were just making small talk during the exam & they obviously reversed my statements.
Since I do not have any substantial evidence, I am the one now being in question as to why I confiscated their test papers for cheating. My question is...

Well... there are 2 guys, and they are both cute... and well, one of them is really funny and the other is really cute! Is it normal to like 2 guys???? And, if not, I DONT KNOW WHICH 1 I REALLY LIKE ... :(

Ok so i like this guy named daniel hes really cute and and funny the problem is that he just got broken up with by my friend marygrace and he says he still likes her but might like this other girl. Im at skewl and the teachers ask me to go up on the board infront of the whole class my hand or leg starts shaking uncontrollaby and i would mess up in my handwriting on the board im guessin becasue the guy i like is in my same class so thats why im always so nervous to go up on the board haha is there any way i could control it? or something that would calm me down cuz i find it rather embarassin..thanks :)

I'm a junior in high school. For the past two years, everytime i liked a guy, its always been some random boy ive seen walking down the hall. I never get crushes on guys that I actually know; just guys that I think are really cute that ive never talked to before.
A few days ago I was walking through the halls and saw this guy, and as soon as i made eye contact with him, my little crush started to develope. I know his name, because we use to ride the same bus in middle school and for some strange reason i always remember stuff like that.
I feel like a stalker. Is this normal? My friends make fun of me for liking this random guys. It doesnt feel right to me but i cant help it.

So I'm a freshmen at school and extremely shy until you get to know me more. Well for homecoming I helped do the float with my friends. While we we're working it started pouring rain. We were in a bus barn. Me and my friend decide to run in the rain and mess around with two other people in a different grade. After a few minutes were back working and its still pouring rain. I tell my friends im gonna go out in the rain for as long as i can. So i go out and just stand there waving my arms around. what's wrong with me?

I think I might have some kind of mental disorder but I'm not sure exactly what it is. I'm a 16 y/o male. Here are my symptoms: I can't ever keep a conversation going. People talk to me and it takes me a while to come with a response so I end up saying things that don't really make sense or I just don't say anything at all. It's kind of awkward. And then when people say what's up to me in the hallway I forget their names so I'm just like "what's up...man". When I ask questions people don't understand what I'm asking. When I give presentations teachers always think I dont know what im talking about because I can't explain things. I can't ever share things I hear on TV or things that people have said throughout the day. It just suck...
