Is it dangerous to have a lack of iron in your body? If so how dangerous on a scale of 1-10? Can oyu die from a lack of iron in your body?

i'm a pretty healthy weight for my age, 126 for a 16/f; though, i really hate certain parts of my body. around my hips and the tops of my legs i have some buldge i'm really uncomfortable about.
although i was raised doing low key activities, as i got into highschool i've been trying to get involved in physical activities like sports and whatnot. i don't belong to a sport regulary so it's hard for me to work out.
i wouldn't be resorting to this if i could go to a gym and whatnot.
lately i've been subjecting myself to anorexic habits out of hate for my body and jealousy to my more attractive peers.
my problem is that thanks to medication for ADHD, i can handle not eating during the day, but when it wears off in...

Okay well my Mom has caught me eating those powders you put into your drink. I know it's gross but to me it's sooo delicious! But Im not sure it's to healthy. I used to have the lemonade stuff but the nestea stuff that comes in the bucket thingy is way better. Do i have a problem? Should I be concerned about this? How will eating the powders affect my health?

i am in desperate need of loosing ten pounds.
my aunt put me on a 1200 calorie "lifesyle" plan (heats the word diet) and swears that ill loose weight.
however i have until october to do it and i dont think that by eating 1200 a day it cud happen.
what do you think- do you think i could loose ten pounds by october on a 1200 calorie diet?
if not how could i?

Hi, I am a 16 year old female who is looking to lose weight. I hope by next summer I can drop from a size 13 to a size 9 (the size I was 2 years ago). I am setting up a new diet and exercise plan, and I'm wondering if it is a good start.
Diet:
Breakfast: Crispix cereal. (About 150 calories)
Lunch: Dinner roll filled with turkey, lettuce, and mayo (Maybe around 300-400 cals?). Some type of fresh fruit (Usually an apple or orange; under 70 calories?). Water.
Snack: Wheat thins with babybel spreadable cheese. (165 calories)
Dinner: Usually whatever my family has. I will eat a small portion of what ever it is. (I don't see this over 500 calories).
Desert: Yogurt (100 calories).
All together: Arou...

Unhappy w/ my life
I just want to be my old self.. I don't wanna be the big girl anymore.. I have tried dieting but I give up with the lacking results.
I have considered skipping breakfest and lunch and only eating supper. One meal. But then again I thought that's crazy I shouldn't have to starve myself to get results... but i would just like some imput... what to do once you have had a bad day.. motivation anything.. I don't wanna hit "rock bottom " I just wanna be happy again

I understand that the mineral, Biotin is found in many multi vitamins, and they make your hair grow. My question is, if I take "Women's One Daily" multi vitamin which includes Biotin, will it give me the same results that I would get by taking B7?

for the past 3 weeks i went on a bit of a starvation diet.
i havr 700 TOPS calories a day, usualy from the 400-600 range, on bad days 700.
i got my period 4 times in one month and iALWAYS have to make number 2.
i feel like anything i eat just come out.
i dont eat enought to be making so much but i do!
is everything ok with me? is htis normal?
do you think me getting my period 4 times (maybe 3) in one month relates to this? i have 2 anorexic friends that DONT get their period bc they dont eat...

im on vacation after losing about 15 pounds and im really stressing about gaining the weight back. im currently in cali for the week. usually at home i run every day but here i have only run twice out of the 5 days ive been here. i try to do some ab work and pushups in the evenings but i still dont feel like im getting a workout in. im busy allk day at the beach and stuff so thats why i havnt been working out very much. pretty much all my meals have been food from restaurants and such. ive done all my research in advance and know what healthy low cal options there are at these food places. im not eating any more then 2000 calories a day and usually am only eating about 1000. my technical daily caloric intake for my height and weight i...

I have a bit of an acne problem. Its just a little thing, its not excessive like other people. Its just a little here and there, but I have blackheads like CRAZY! I dont know how to get rid of them! I cant afford ProActiv, or any of those other problem-solving products. Does anyone know of any home techniques or for lack of a better word, recipes to help get rid of them?

I am 14 years old, and I would like to know, is it possible that I have a gum disease? I brush my teeth twice a day. I used to not brush them at all, but its not like I did that everyday. I did brush them, just not twice a day like I do now. I know the damage is already done, but I'd like to know what this is. A couple of my teeth are just a TAD loose, but not seriously loose. I've noticed that my gums appear to be "falling apart" for lack of a better word, but its only my bottom gums. My mom told me that if I brush my teeth, they'll get better, but I feel as if brushing them will destroy the gums more. When I first noticed it, I started FREAKING OUT! I started crying, and worrying about dying. I know this was an exaggeration, but...

i have very big boobs and im thin with wide hips.
i was so into being model (kate moss) skinny that i totally resented my breast and my body and i treid to be as skinny as possiable.
i finally realized how blessed i am to have such a curvy body with REAL breast and skinny legs but im not toned.
how do i master my curves ?
i love how black women have HUGE boobs and thick thighs with tiny waist. how do i get that?

i want to loose 10 pounds in 2 weeks.
i was really looking into doing the maple syrup diet since you loose 20 pounds in ten days! but i think its a little extreme for me and i dont have the right enviornment for it.
since the detox is kind of starvation i was wondering if i could potentionaly loose ten pounds quickly by doing a starvation diet.
id idealy like to simple eat coffee, fat free frozen yogurt, and chicken for a week. just that. maybe an apple or some fruit but nothing more.
would i be able to loose a lot of weight by reducing my calorie intake that much? or will i simply go into starvation mode and my body will gain weight...
