photobooth on mac

I have photobooth on my MacBook, but it seems like the photobooth image appears darker then I normally look. Is there anyway I can change the settings so it would appear brighter and not as dark.

sims 2 vs. sims stories

Okay so i have the sims 2 games but then i got a laptop so they are really slow. Is sims stories like the same thing but just taking up less memory or is it just like you write stories about different sims? k thanks

Virtual memory minimum...?

Sometimes when I'm on my computer, I get a message that says something like "Virtual Memory minimum too low : Windows is increasing the size of your paging file..."
What exactly does this mean?

iTunes HELP!!!!!

Okay, so there is only one computer, and my sister and i share it...we both have ipod mini's, and appariently we synced our ipods onto one library!!! Now it wont let us get new songs unless we erase the bought ones, or just take all of mine (or hers) and put all the songs onto ONE of ours!!!!!!!!! what do i do????? Like, i didn't even know what i was doing and it was an accident!!!!

Computer

Yesterday when I turned on my computer, it didn't log on, it said, "We cannot load your profile because it may be corrupted. Please contact your administrator." Or something like that. Well, this is a family computer and we have no administrator... So now when I log on, it's like a temporary profile thing. This means that all my files and everyone else's is gone! I have this McAfee program thing where you can backup and restore files, but I don't think I did that, so I'm not sure how I can fix it. What can I do? Or should I just bring it to a store to fix it? (I really need some of these files and I'll be really mad and sad if I can't get them back! ='|)

I got madden 08 for computer when it came out and there is this one glitch thats rly annoying, during ne special teams play the picture freezes but it still running so i can still kick the ball but i cant see it happen, does nebody kno wat to do about it?

Video converter?

I need to get an MPEG-4 movie onto my iPod, but I get a message that says it can't be played by the iPod so it doesn't get put on.
Are there any free file converters I can download that can help me out here? A name or url would be useful...

My uncle used to have bearshare but he got a new computer, so now I need a FREE music site that I can download from, that is kind of easy for someone who isnt great with computers, does anyone have an idea of what to choose? Thanks!

The Sims 2 For Mac

I just got a brand new mac mini computer. I also have the Sims 2 but I can't play it anymore on my old computer because there isn't enough memory. So, I tried to install the sims on my new mac and it's like not working. It said to free up space on my hard drive but that's rediculous because this new computer has twice as much memory as the old one did and I was still able to play it on the old one. Is there some special step by step process I have to follow in order to install it? Help.

To download I clicked on Zip archive (Windows 2000/XP, 3.17 MiB), and it went to a page.
A box poped up to download and i clicked open.
WinZip opened and I clicked on the button that said USE EVALUATION VERSION.
Then it opened on Winzip page with like 100 lists of things =/

Music Disaster!!!

Alright I was doing somthing like moving around my songs from my itunes to like a folder (can't quite describe exactly what I was doing) but anyways after that something happened that cause the tracks to lose the original locations of most of my songs. So right now I have like 325 songs on itunes but on my ipod I have 650. So is there anyway to get my songs back? They are not in the recycle bin anymore by the way. Like is there a trick where I can connect my ipod AND IT WONT GET SYNCED WITH MY ITUNES and it can some how restore my songs from my ipod to my itunes? Like for example, since my ipod has all my songs can it restore my lost songs on my itunes by doing somthing? If not is there a way to like put new songs onto my ipod? Like if I ge...

verizon env problem

i have a verizon env and for some reason everytime i get a txt message or phone call an automaited voice says "call from..." and the persons name! i dont know how to get rid of it can someone give me a step by step list on how to remove the voice?

Burning on Windows Vista

O.K. So I have Windows Vista 2007
I downloaded Limewire onto my computer
I downloaded the songs from Limewire onto my computer
I saved them onto Windows Media Player, which it does have stored on because it actually plays the songs on there.
I clicked burn on Windows Media.
It said it burned it. I TEST it to see if it did so, and it didn't.
I made my own list on another program that I have to drag the songs, and then I clicked burn there. It supposedly burned and popped out, so I tested it and I heard nothing.
I really need to know step by step how to burn downloaded music (preferably off of limewire) onto Windows Vista 2007 b/c nothing is working and it's ...

Conversion

Is there a free converter that converts QUICKTIME videos to AVI??? And one that doesn't have a "tag" showing up, like something that covers the video saying "FREE TRIAL VERSION" or something! ANd also one that's free version and is not a free trial and available for download on the internet!

Quicktime Movie Maker

Is there a "Editing program" like Windows Movie maker that can edit QUICKTIME (.mov) files???
Because ive tried uploading quicktime videos into windows movie maker, but it just doesn't support it.
So is there an editing program that is available for free download off the internet that can edit Quicktime videos just like Windows Movie Maker?

Extracted Files Directory

Okay, I am having troubles with this software, and their tech support contacted me in response to my problem, sending me an attached .inf file. They said to "place the attached .inf file* in the extracted files directory".
The problem is, where is the extracted files directory located on your computer?

Laptop Skins

I've been looking for a laptop skin for my Toshiba. It's a standard 15.4" laptop.
I have looked in stores like staples, target, and circuit city. They did have a few skins for sale, but I did not like any of the designs. I have been searching the web for laptop skins, but the only ones I can find are over $20. Does anyone know any web sites or stores that I can get a laptop skin for cheaper than that?
Do you think I would be better off just covering my laptop with something else? If so, suggestions?
