not sure if this is in the right category, but last year around this time me and my bro had been planning a huge party and my parents other 'vacant' house. we ended up inviting alot of people to the party. so the party was suppose to kick off a bit after our schools homecoming football game against our rivals. so everything had gone to plan and my friend drove me and my bro down to house. we had everythinf ready then police show up at our doors so were totally fucked, they make us call our parents and they talk to them and well i guess you can see what happened from ther on. luckily the booze hadnt arrived yet so we wer safe, but it was close. so now its almost a year later and i kind of want to hav a party again. but i want to hav this par...

Worried About A Friend

My Friend Ricky is going through a lot in his life right now. I want to help him out...
1.) He lost his full scholarship to a college
2.) He started smoking weed a lot
3.) He broke up with his girlfriend of 3 years
4.) He lost his grandmother
I tried telling him I was here for him but he's not taking any help from anyone. He's not working and he's unhappy...he needs to be pushed...I WANT to help him I can't let him fall through the cracks he doesn't deserve that!
What should I do? Please help!

Well I'm 16 and a female, for my 7th, 8th and half of 9th grade I had a bestfriend...lets call her Max, well Max and I became friends in 7th we had one class togther and lunch, in class we never really spoke but then slowly around October she started speaking to me, then we later found out my friend June was her bestfriend. Ok so, I have a best friend, let's call him Nathan. We have been best friends for 4 years. I love being around him, he's funny and smart and just an all around good person. We text each other every night just talking about whatever, nonsense haha. OK,So Im just going to get straight to the point.
One of my "friends" doesnt want to be friends anymore...for some reason.
The problem seemed like it all started on Facebook,but even before that,he's been acting "distant"...Hardly saying anything to me,pretty much acting like I dont exist.
Im not sure how I feel about this. I was sad at first,but now...Im getting really pissed off.

i have this new friend that i made in school, shes nice but the thing is i dont know if shes just shy or she doesnt like me yet just being polite. like im the one who always says hi most of the time but sometimes she says hi and sometimes it feels like she pretend not to see me so she dont have to talk to me. I have a friend who I'm not sure if I should keep in my life. We've had great times and she can be really sweet and funny sometimes, and other times I feel like it's a bad relationship.
She lies, a lot. I've learned that it's easier to just roll my eyes and not confront her about it, because getting in a fight with her isn't worth it. She says a lot of things that I (and other people) think are complete bullshit. It just gets to be too much. It's not like I lie or exagerate or go on and on about how I have this great life that she has to live up to, so I don't get it.

UGH! Ok, so one of my best friends and I just got into a HUGE fight. Like, I have never ever ever told her to fuck off and leave me alone. Basically, she was with this guy last christmas for like a month. She broke it off with him because she thought it was really awkward and wasn't working out. Then for about 5 months, she realized she "still loved him" and was like a pathetic little puppy following him around and always begging him to take her back. so basiclly im a 16 year old girl. in an all girls highschool. and there are only about 35 girls in my grade, and like 6 or 7 of them have their little "popular clique" which i am like right on the outside of . i have known them all for a long time and i am freinds with most of them. but im not really part of their group. how do i join in? i warn you they are quite exclusive and rude.

I just moved to San Antonio, and I was a little desperate to make friends with any of my neighbors. I am white and I befriended a Mexican man, Carlos, living nearby. I started loaning him money and buying him drinks. He made it very clear that he didn't want to date me, but wanted a purely physical relationship.
I ended up befriending his sister "Jenny" also, and she told me that he didn't like me and was using me. I bought her drinks and smokes, not really caring about the money.
I was a little hurt, but continued to hang out with him and loan him small dollar amounts here and there. Although he did try to put the moves on me, I said "no".

I asked you for some advice quite a few months back and I got a very good response for what I needed to get out in the open. Things are a little different now than then, though. Looking in from the outside I'm sure people are confused as to why I should have any reason to complain about my life. I still have so much more than I could have ever asked for. Two jobs, I'm graduating high school next month, going to the college of my dreams this fall, a good car, I recently got casted as the lead role in a movie, I'm always out and about, almost never sitting at home with nothing to do. 17/f, i feel like such a hypocrite. i always get mad when people judge people just by the way they look, act, dress, i'm very good at making friends & i am friends with every type of group in school.
however, in my english class, i sit in this corner, with these three girls who are very different (one girl pretends she is Australian, & pretends to have an Australian accent, and told everyone she has it just because she went there, over the summer..etc.) anyway, they all try to talk to me & they are nice & stuff, but i mean i don't have anything in common with them, & i just think every time i walk in there, oh great, those weird girls are going to bother me. & right after i think that, i feel so ashame...

Okay here's the problem. I have a small group of friends that I hang out with in school. When we're glad and happy, it's all howdy-dowdy and good. However, if I ever mess up or become upset, they joke around and laugh at me (in a "friendly" manner they say). Since I'm Asian and smart, they think that if they get a higher grade than me, they can go "Ohh! I beat you!" or "Oh-! Is your mom going to say,'YOU FAIL TEST GO TO SWEATSHOP NOW'?". When I'm upset, they say things like, "What's wrong, got a B+ ?" They also make mean jokes and insult and criticize my art jokingly. (With things like,"Why does she look like a slutty schoolgirl?" or "Her eyes are retarded.")
