losing weight

im 17 female and im 5'3. i weigh 115 pounds. im not overweight or anything but i have a little extra fat that i would lke to get rid of. i want to be at 110. i dont have a whole lot of time to workout, only about 2 days a week that i can run and lift weights at the gym. if i eat healthy and workout 2 days a week how long on average do you think it would take to lose 5 pounds

well ill start off simple
im 17, a guy... and if anything i try to hard to help people but this problem caught me off guard.

i dated a guy for 2 years. i was in love with him. he slowly changed a lot into his his best friend (a heartless player) and he broke up with me but would still talk to me and tell me he love me and then he would say he didnt and then he would say he did ect. he basiclaly fucked with my head lot. its been 7 months and i havent talked to him in 2 weeks and im starting to realize that hes a terrible guy now. hes completely changed.. and i dont know why i continue trying to be with him? i guess whenver he talks to me i think its because he misses me and wants to make things work again, but i realize that hes just different and doesnt really give a shit. hes fucking heartless. im starting to actually be over it and ive finally realized what a t...

What's wrong with me?
I've been trying to establish a long lasting relationship for the last 3 years with 3 different women and each one has fallen apart..........and I can't see why? I need help to figure out what I’m doing wrong and need suggestions. I’ve tried to be myself and that’s just not good enough. I mean I have the right ingredients: I'm male, in my 30's, have a secure job in medicine, live in NYC, am well paid, think I'm a nice guy, do things for others without any expectations........and despite all this, things never work out.
I put my all into these relationships……I don’t hold back. I’m willing to do anything for these girls to make them happy………I’ll sacrifice sleep, time, energy, effor...

Im a sophomore and this guy is a senior and for a week or two he would be eyeing me in the hallway and my friend is friends with his friend and so my friend told her friend to tell the guy that I thought he was hott, and he said he didnt know who I was so. So since then, nothing has happened so I am pretty much just letting it pass by. I thought maybe he would make a move or something since I thought maybe he thought i was hott or something since he kept looking at me. Now that break is over its kinda a new start so im not going to go out of my way to make this guy notice me again. Basically if i put myself out there and they dont respond then i move on, i dont bother wasting my time. But what do you think? Should I give up or keep trying? Anything would be great, thanks!

okay there's this guy that i liked since last year May he was in my english class. Before i started liking this guy, i would notice that he would stare at me all the time in class..then i eventually started liking him and i told him on msn that i liked him. He didn't believe me at first then i asked him: do you think i'm joking? then he said: i dunno, but i don't want to waste your time b/c i have a g/f. So i said ok, but i noticed that even after he told me that, he would still stare at me and sometimes look away. i asked around and they said that they don't think he has a g.f. so tonight i was talking to an old friend of mine and it turns out that my friend knows the guy i like so i told him that i wanted him to be my prom date and i aske...

quiet and shy

im a really shy and quiet person and im really not confident at all. i just get really nervous talking in front of a big group and even when im only talking to one person i just never know what to say and it gets all awkward...
at my school im known as the quiet and awkward girl...
what do i do to start being confident and stop getting nervous around people and in front of a large group or even in front of just one person?
how do i stop being so quiet shy and awkward??
how do i know what to say all the time? i just never know what to say and can't come up with anything without sounding boring or retarded or just saying oh ok...
please help!!

i'd say i'm a pretty girl. i dress very put together each day and wear nice outfits from great stores. i get tons of compliments all the time..but i have no confidence at all. everyone at my school goes to parties every weekend & is just so outgoing and thats just not me. i've always been shy .. i'm nice to everyone and try to make small talk with a bunch of people .. but it really doesnt go further than that. i have a number of close friends but really only 3 best friends. . but none that are boys. i make small talk with them (boys) but really we are completly opposite. i drink sometimes but i dont go to parties every weekend. we just dont mix. were from completely different groups (pretty much all of them) & its just impossible to...

okay so i just got out of a 2 year relationship about 5 or 6 months ago. im starting now to actually be over it and am ready to date and what not again. well its just hard because i dont ever like anybody! and i just never know how to act around a guy anymore its weird.. anyways theres this really hot guy at my work and i cant tell if hes into me or not. he always seems like he flirts with me but i cant exactly tell, especially because im 17 and hes 20. i know its not a huge difference or anything, but it seems like it to me? but i never know what to do or say or how to act! like i feel like i always end up saying something dumb and i dont want him to think im not interested.. i just dont know if he is and i dont want to look like a fool. help!

hey i duno if any1 can help me but , i work weekends at a hotel , jus wondering , can they sack me if i dnt go in on the weekdays bcoz i recenty said no i couldnt go in bcoz of family problems.... and they said wel we wil av to find sum1 use ,but appartly my contrat says that im in weekends and if they need my weekdays and that i have to come in, i jus wanna no my rights i suppose , and how much notice i had to give to them coz i wanna leave, sori if this is confusin i duno how to put it tbh,

Anyway, I work the weekends at my job. I am the only one there. I get there on Saturdays around 10AM. Well, last week I pulled in the parking lot and there's a car there. So my boss and I have an oddly close relationship. He's 30 and I just turned 18.
so it's legal, and that isn't the issue.
We always tell each other about our boyfriends/girlfriends, and everything. We even tell each other the details of our sex life. He's in an extremely bad relationship and I'm single. He told me he was going to quit soon.

so me and this kid like each other and everything is good until his best friend always seems to get in the way.
He always tells his best friend our personal buisness and then his best friend always gives me shit for it.
and the part that pisses me off the most is that when i confront either one of them about it theyre always like well we were just kidding you always get mad over little things. his best friend is always making fun of me and telling him not to like me im getting fed up with it.
