Friend who is pregnant...

Forgive me this is a bit long but please listen..
I have a friend who is 7 weeks pregnant, We have been friends for 13 years. She is not married, Lives at home with her parents and is always asking me for money to help with her gas or too pay for her when we go out.
Since she told me she was exspecting her first child which was about 4 days ago, I have not wanted anything to do with her only because she is not ready to have a child and I am not happy with the decision of her keeping it..However it is her life and she is 23 years old and old enough to make her own choices. Before I found out she was pregnant I have not talked to her in some time because she hasn't been the best of friend to me for a few ...

Hi,
I am 16 years old, and I've always been a really talented driver. My dad is a psyciatrist, and my mom is a nurse.
My problem is that ever since I was, I think five years old, I have wanted to race cars. Of course when a five year old says it, then my parents always thought the same thing that it was just me being a kid, and that it didn't matter because I couldn't even try until I was 16 anyway. As I was growing up, I was always really good at driving. I always got a new record at the arcade racing games, and I was always the fastest at the go kart tracks, but no matter how much I insisted my parents never thought anything of it. When I got older, I met a friend who raced quarter midgets (these are miniature sprint cars...

Adding friends like it's a 'collection'

Well, I have paranoia issues... I don't mean to sound like a bitch when I say this or anything, but it bothers me. You know how some people add others on Myspace or Facebook? Well some of them add friends like it's some sort of competition, popularity contest, trophy case, or like it's a collection. You know what I mean? I can't stand it, and it seems like that's what my friend is doing. I want to have a SEPARATE life, with some things in my life that DON'T include her, or even relate to her. Could you imagine it being like having someone by your side 24/7? I want to have different interests than her, different friends, different activities I'm involved in, etc. Is that so weird or mean? going tanning at a tanning salon

Hey,I am 15/f and my homecoming is september 19th. I need my mom to sign something so I have to wait til saturday ( 3 weeks before homecoming ) to start tanning. I am farely white, not pale, but it's hard for me to get tan sometimes. I wanted to know how long I should go in the tanning booth for if I go almost everyday for 3 weeks? I have an orange homecoming dress so I really need to get a shade or 2 darker at the least, but I dont want to get burnt. I am not using sun tan lotion because it's super expensive at the salon. Can't stop going out!

basically i just can't stop going out to clubs.. i am so addicted to it! i get drunk most of the time but sometimes i don't, i will just go out b/c i love it. i'm not addicted to alcohol what so ever, i can easily go without it. but i just can't stop going to clubs. its costing me so much money and i dont know what i can do! ive tried to stay in on a saturday night but i feel like im missing out on something!
i know theres more to life than clubs...but i really need to realise this properly! what can i do?

I wasn't sure what category to put it in, but whatever.
I just purchased some wooden gauges and i lovelovelove them. I've been trying to research things about them just to make sure they're taken care of properly ( like i believe i read somewhere about them being in not an intense temperature or something because the wood can crack and same with not getting them really wet. )
but i was just wondering if there's a certain time period you have to wear gauges and take them out? like stainless steel gauges i never care i just leave them in for forever, but i just wanted to make sure i can sleep with them in and everything or if i have to take them out everynight and put some others in or what.

Bugs in my carpet?

So around Sunday I was laying on my floor at like 12am talking to my bestfriend on the phone and on my laptop. I was really itchy on my legs, and I thought maybe a misquito bite but I hadent been outside that day.
I have tons of bites on my legs!
And I continued to get them on my ankles.
Now Monday through today (Wendsday) I spelt at my bestfriends, my legs didnt itch.
I'm now back home on my desktop in my room, and I notice my ankles and feet are now extremely itchy.
Could there be fleas or something in my carpet?
I'm not allergic, my living room carpet is the same stuff and I'm fine down there.
If they're might be bugs, what kinda, and how would I get rid of them?

I'll admit it; it's been forever since I had locked down and studied a new monologue (which I was supposed to do about a couple weeks ago...) So, taking the neglected task head-on, I found a beautiful one: Yvan's Monologue about wedding invitations from the play "Art." The problem is, I cannot find the actual written script ANYWHERE. Anybody? Help?

i've always wondered if getting a brazillian wax and like bikini waxes and stuff was weird? Haha, like they're all up in your business and what if you have discharge and stuff, is it me or does anyone find that getting these types of waxes is a bit personal? lol

Taking out taxes for business

Is there a site I can go to or a method in order to find out what I will owe in taxes from my at home business. Example. I sell X amount of scarfs per month and I make about $2000.00 every month on my scarf sales and I live in Y city...I will need to take out Z amount of dollars per month for all aplicable taxes and put into a seperate account (cause that is how I would like to do it). I am specifically looking at Iowa but I would like to know incase I decide to move. Thank you for the advice.

2 forms of Pic ID

Sometimes I am in a situations where I need 2 forms of picture ID. So I was going to get a state ID to go with my drivers license. I was just informed by the DMV though, that if you have a Drivers license you can't have a state ID...it's on or the other. So I am wondering, if you don't want to take your passport around, and you don't get a photo ID with your job...then what else are you supposed to use as a secondary form of picture ID, is there some legal ID that I just don't know about? Thank you for your answers.
