There's something wrong with me. I always cry, just yesterday a guy yelled at me and told me to shut up and I cried to hard I had to leave the room. I hate large crowds, and feel uncomfortable always. I have mood swings, but not like one minute to the next, more like one day I feel like I'm on top of the world- next I can barely get out of bed. Mostly though, I have to modivate myself to get out of bed thinking of reasons to go to school. I've tried thinking of happy thoughts, I've tried setting goals of happiness to achieve and nothing is working. I try so hard to be happy, and I never seem to be. I always ache, and I'm always tired. Even if I went to bed early. Going to bed anyway is impossible because my brain never shuts off. I can driv...

I drive all the way to see my girlfriend for lunch and when I get there, she is pissed off that I was late and she waited on me 5-10 minutes longer than she expected. We didn't have much time together but I thought it meant a lot for me to get ready and get up. I'm so depressed I don't want to get up but I did and drove all the way over to her school so we can see eachother for 10-20 minutes. When I get there she goes off at me. Why do I even bother with her. She takes eveything for granted and can't even wait for ten more minutes. I left the house right away after I called to tell her I wanted to see her. lately i've been thinking about suicide. I cry every night and im always sad. i keep trying to find things to make me happy. But nothing works anymore. i feel like theirs nothing really to live for. nobody loves me. and I don't think anyone ever will. im just unlovable. I want to be happy so bad. please just tell me what could make me happyy. or why I should live. i just need something, anything. I don't want to die but I don't want to feel this pain anymore. i just can't do it

well a few weeks ago a friend was going to commit suicide. so me and my bff decided to take her moms car while she was asleep to go to the girls house n make sure she was ok. and this was all at 3am. well my friend crashed the car n we got charged with grand theft auto and were both in hospital for a week n a half. now my mom wont let me see my best friend anymore and its killing me. this girl is like my sister and she didnt mean to crash the car. whether my mom lets me or not, im still gonna see my best friend whenever i can but id rather not be getting in trouble for it. i think its stupid to have to lie but i dont know hhow to convinve my mom to let me see her again. please help, its killing me

okai so i've gotten a bit suicidal recently. i've lost all my friends & now it seems to me that there isnt really a reason for me to live anymore cause there is noone who really cares about me & i dont know .. if i die noone would really bother you know?
i just feel like i'm worthless & i'm always alone & just sit in my room. i mean it wouldnt really make a difference if i sit in my room or 'rest in peace' cause either way noone cares.
everyone just walks by me & ignores me & i seem to lose every person who i was ever important to. i fail at everything.

I did a horrible thing. Last night, when my parents were out I invited a guy friend over. We are both 16 and he pressured me into having sex. After we had it, he left and i felt bad. He told me not to tell anyone especially my parents. I told a few of my close friends, but not my parents. I really want to tell them, but I feel too ashamed about what i did to even speak to them about it. I also don't want to be grounded or get into trouble. What do I do?

Birth Control Pills

Hello, I was wondering, in order to attain birth control pills in Canada, do you have to go to your family doctor? Or can it be a walk in clinic? We used to have a family doctor, but this was before we moved out of the city, so I was wondering if this would be an issue.

I have been officially dating my boyfriend for about 14 months, and we kind of saw eachother for a month before that.
Lately, things have heated up alot and I can't help but think about sex. The thing is, my mother is extremely religious and for my entire life has talked to me about how having sex will do nothing but ruin my life.
I am not planning to have sex anytime soon, just maybe within the next year or two, but I would like a few opinions first.

My aunt is a medium. My grandmother thinks she's a little crazy and my mom just nods along and goes with whatever she she says but never really agrees, but both my mom and grandma believe in spirits. I never really believed in spirits, not in the transparent person following you around type of way but I know that when I'm in a room I can feel the energies? But only in small uncrowded spaces. I recently started the pill(almost two months ago), so I'm still spotting.
However, last night I had sex with my boyfriend without a condom (we're both clean when it comes to STDs and so on; both been tested) and I'm slightly worried whether the pill is still effective, even if you're spotting?

I feel worthless because of how I lost my virginity

Hi,
I am 21 and Ive recently been feeling really horrible and slutty about during my teenager years of how i lost my virginity with someone who i knew but wasnt my boyfriend and he then went and slept with someone else that same night i found out later on. Not only this incident but i also feel ashamed of another person who i slept with who wasnt my boy friend wither about a year after that.I was single so that is not an issue but I just feel really slutty and im worried its going to affect my future relationships if they find about about it. I just genereally feel guilty of how i acted in my teenager years with boys and need to ask whether or not anyone thinks I should feel worthless and not worthy of having a serious relationship?

...and I was always one of those people who got so annoyed by all of the girls who were freaking out asking if they could possibly be pregnant... but now I guess I shouldn't have been so quick to judge. My circumstances are a little different though.
