I don't know what to do. I'm hopeless. Posted Monday April 2 2012, 3:29 pm
There is this puppy i'm attached to. It's up for adoption.
I'm more attached to her than my other dogs.
My mom and me want to keep her, but my dad doesn't seem like he wants to.
My brother likes her, and my other brother doesnt. But my 3 sisters like her. We all want her except 2 people.
Well, here is my point: If I don't have that puppy, I will have NO reason to live. I don't know what to do.

Dog not using back legs Posted Saturday March 31 2012, 8:59 am
My 8 year old Bichon started limping the other day. Yesterday, she stopped using her back legs completely. She hasn't been eating or drinking water. Does anyone have any idea what's going on?
Please don't tell me to take her to the vet, I know I'm going to have to, I just don't have the money at the moment. :/

My mom wants to get rid of my dog Posted Friday March 9 2012, 12:19 am

Hi, my dog is a one year old sheltie and he is my beautiful baby boy. Anyway, he is my family's first dog and it took EXTENSIVE persuasion on my part to convince my parents to get a dog. But we got him a year ago, and he's the sweetest guy. He's completely non-aggressive, would never hurt a fly (he would be SCARED of a fly, that's how sweet he is) and has the cutest little face. We got him when my brother went to college, to help me out with the transition (I am very close with my brother) and my dog has done a great job filling that empty space. However, my mom DESPISES our dog. The reasons why are as follows: He is extremely reactive and barks at everything- its very difficult to walk him because he goes berserk when he sees a...

Dead Fishy Germs! Posted Thursday March 8 2012, 10:16 pm
My fish wasn't properly taken care of while I was on vacation for 2 weeks and he was dead when I came home. His name was Prince Caspian and he was the best fish ever...But he was dead for a while...in my room. I have taken out the tank but the outside of it was stickyish. I cleaned my hands like 3 times after touching it but what kind of germs could he have left? He was a beta fish and how can I clean up the germs? Thanks.

Aggressive Rabbit/Allergies Posted Tuesday February 28 2012, 1:44 pm
So when I was little my family bread rabbits and sold them, a neighbors dog got into our rabbit yard where we kept their hutches and low and behold all our rabbits were killed. That was about ten years ago, do to that my parents insisted I did not have a pet rabbit to avoid this fiasco, and I love rabbits so much! My dad surprised me on Christmas Eve with a pet rabbit, I called him Frank and I love him so much. I'm moving out soon and I'm not sure it's a good idea to take the rabbit with me. I love him but every time I stick my hand in to put food in his bowl he snorts at me and jumps at me. I will leave his cage open and let him run around in my room for about two hours a day, and when I pick him up and put him back in his cage he gets mad...

I want to adopt a puppy Posted Monday February 20 2012, 5:59 pm

A girl I used to be good friends with is giving puppies away in maybe six or so weeks- they're just a couple weeks old right now. And I want one so badly! They're Pitbull/Rottweiler mixes, two of my favorite breeds of all time. I've lived with dogs my whole life and when I move out next year, I want to be able to have a dog with me.
I understand that they're a lot of responsibility and it takes money and work. It's why I'm trying to find a job to afford the puppy I want, but my parents are pretty much set on the fact that I can't have one! I'm seventeen and I'm know what it takes to care for a dog, I've done a lot of research and I currently have two other dogs (A male and a female, both mixed breeds), so ...

My horse is hard to control? Posted Thursday January 26 2012, 6:44 pm
I am riding a new horse named Penny and she is very sensitive. I barely have to pull on her reins to steer her or stop her. When I pull to hard she tosses her head. But, when I try to steer her she doesn't turn so I have to pull a little harder, then when I pull harder she tosses her head. I can't get to the point where I can turn her. I can usually turn her when we are walking but only then. She keeps her head like right behind another horse's butt. I ride in group lessons and she is faster than the other horse's but since she won't turn, I can't get her head out of other horse's butts! lol. Any tips?

ASAP CAT DROOLING Posted Saturday January 14 2012, 1:22 am
We just called most of our local vets, and hey said don't bother till tomorrow. But my cat is walking unstable, and he is drooling everywhere, and he acts as though he has to regurgitate. But nothing comes out just bubbles, i am worried crying. Stroke maybe? His pupils are also not the same in size.

dog problem. PLEASE HELP!! Posted Thursday January 12 2012, 9:46 am
Right now I have a friend's dog that she is giving up because she doesn't really have the time/space to take care of him. He's a mix - Australian cattle dog and I think he has some German Shepherd in him. He's a year old, updated on all his shots and he's been neutered.
Anyways, he's been abused and is really skiddish, but not at all aggressive. My parents agreed that we can take him in for a couple days and see how he acts around us, our house, and any kids in our family.
He's happy when he's outside it seems but his tail is barely up. My friend says he's not much of a tail-wagger but to give him time. When he's outside and I'm running around with him he seems to be in his element, but when we are inside he's ...

Keeping My Cat Inside Posted Thursday January 12 2012, 12:19 am
I have a beautiful one, almost two year old, orange, neutered male tabby who was born to my cat, and henceforth has spent his whole life as my family cat. Unfortunately he has one problem, he likes to go outside.
Recently we took him to the vet to get his shots done and the vet told us to keep him inside. We followed her advice, now he cries at the door to go out frequently and he's used to getting whatever he wants - like the king. I decided to read an article. This article discussed how allowing a cat to go outside can quarter the cat's life.
My cat is my baby and I want to have him for years and years. Seeing him cry every night breaks my heart but I don't want to let him outside, I just want him to be happy...
