Hi there. I'm 16/f. Well here's the story. My mom has a boyfriend,i'm not sure how long they've been dating exactly but my guess is about 4 months? anyways, he has 2 really cute nefews who are 18. But there is one in peticular i think is really cute. But i'm just now starting to meet his family, and i've only met this guy twice, and all it was like "hi i'm so and so". but see both of these boys are having a graduation party next sunday, and i want to go to get to know him better, but i think it may be really weird. like since i don't really know them i don't want them to think, why the heck is she here. but thats my problem. i overanalyze absoulutly evething. my mom thinks i should go because i'm "associated" in with the...

lump in my neck doesnt seem like a cyst

so im 17/f, and about a week ago i found this lump in my neck that felt like a cyst (i would know, because i had one on my face when i was younger) so i found it monday, and now its saturday (5-9-09) and its almost doubled in size, and is painful to touch. my other cyst merely felt like a lump. but this one on my neck is about the size of a quarter now, and you can see it under my skin. what is it?

This is a bit of an awkward question for me, but what are you supposed to do when you walk through a hall full of men unabashedly goggling at you? I just look straight ahead and ignore them, but that just feels really stiff and awkward because I usually let my eyes wander everywhere, yet looking into the guys faces is even worse because they never look away. I just feel really self conscience when this happens even though I know I look good. It is literally 40 to 60 men, so I don't want to cause a scene by telling them to stop, and there is no way I can avoid them. I do not dress revealingly, but I do wear clothes that flatter me. I am 18 and this is happening in college. Oh and they never talk to me either, but they are definitely checking...

Ok i'm 17/f never had a relationship, but I wanted to change that. So I asked this guy I've been crushing on for years for his cell number, but however I got up to him and became the BIGGEST BOOB ON THE PLANET! I was nervous and stuttering, and I don't know what happened. I had it all planned out and then ~phst~ nothing. Well I got the number regardless but the "boob" residue is probably still on him so what do I do? Did I just really screw this up?

so at my school there having this 8th grade farewell dance. and i want to go with this one kid that i kinda like. lets call him taylor. well he's like really cool and i love his personality and he's pretty good looking. lol. anyways i want to go with him but im scared that he wont ask me. should i just ask him? if i should how do i ask him. and im one of those people who HATE being rejected. like i take it so personally and if he says no it might ruin our friendship and i don't want that AT ALL.

Rude people on the phone!

I work for a call answering service. Pretty much, whenever you call a real estate office after hours, you're talking to an answering service. I spend up to 13 hours a day doing this.
My problem: rude people. First off, there are the realtors, many of whom have DIVA syndrome. Then there are the rude customers. Then there are the rude potential customers.
I spend half my day getting thanked profusely for doing my job so well, and the other half getting shouted at for... well, for no reason. Often as simple as asking for the person's phone number so that the person they are calling can reach them.
I love the high points, but I actually ended up in tears this morning dealing with a series of rud...

okay this is a continuation from my previous question so your going to have to read my previous question first before you answer this one...okay so i decided that i was going to tell my crush how i feel...i went up to him and i told him that i needed to talk to him and he started to smile and said: about what? then this guy interrupted us so i didn't get to tell him then i told my friend about it and she said that i should go tell him but i was scared so then she went up to him and told him that i wanted to talk to him then he said: i'm coming soon...but he never came and from that day, he just stopped talking to me...but i noticed that he's everywhere i go these days, he's by my locker area often nowadays and he stares at me in the hallway...

I have a boyfriend named K(We'll name him K). I tell him that i love him and he just says "meh" and doesn't say it back. I went over to "K"s house and he completely ignored me. I told him that i wont kiss him for a week, but he said that he doesn't care if i kiss him or not. When i told him that i was mad at him, before i could explain, he went to his basement. I have 4th block with "K" and i think i have to break up with him. I most likely will lose him as a friend and i can't afford to lose another friend. After i break up with him, should i try to be friends or just forget about it?

How to discuss regulations with your employer

I live in Ontario, Canada. Any regulations I bring up are specific to my location.
I'm working for a very small telecommunications company, and I really like my employers. I signed on as a part time employee, but asked for full time hours. They managed to find full time, plus some! I'm really grateful for what they've done. Not only did they find more hours for me, but they've also got me working from home during the week.
Sounds great, right? Here's the problem...I've been looking into the labour regulations for my province and there are a few issues:

stop smoking pot

my boyfriend is expelled from school. Hes now on probation too. Hes still smoking pot and i cant get him to stop. I sound hypocritical because i do it too but im not kicked out of school and in a bunch of shit. How can i convince him to stop while hes on probation? Hes ALWAYS around it and i cant do anything about that because he lives with people who do it and are okay with it.

okay this is the continuation to my previous question basically i have this guy friend who i knew since last semester and we have 2 classes together this semester so we've gotten pretty close. I was convinced that he likes me because he's always staring at me, touching me(arm, thigh), complimented me on my clothes, teases me all the time,(he said he likes teasing me) he's always making me laugh..whenever i'm sad, he asks me what's wrong, whenever i'm talking to someone, he's always butting into the convo, i'm walking pass him with my friends, i look back and i see him looking at me, etc. But there's this other girl who he talks to, they talk a lot but he doesn't flirt with her. me and him have a different relationship..he actually opened up...

Well, I'm quite confused because...I don't know why I can't get a boy friend!! I know I'm young but a lot of people have boy friends in my grade.
