How can I make others and myself feel okay with dying my hair black?

So tonight I dyed my naturally blonde hair black for the first time. Ever since high school (I'm now 21) I've been wanting to dye it black because I have a light "porcelain" complexion with pink undertones, light blue eyes, and I'd looked up photos of girls with black hair and the same skin tone so I knew it would look pretty. However, people would tell me not to because they all said that people who aren't born with black hair and dye it that color always look terrible.

Hi 17F.. My cousin and I am turning 18 on saturday and he is holding a HUGE party. Both our friends are invited(I have two) he has alot. I am very shy and he say I'm boring. I just got my retainer a few days ago, and it smells horrible, I wash it in water and scrub it, also using retainer cleaning tablets, which helped it a little, but an hour after using it, It smells horrible again. What should I do?

I made a huge mistake. Please don't judge me. My cousin(also 18) and I have never been really close until a while ago when we started to hang out. After a while I started developing feeling for him but I didn't tell him because maybe it was just us getting close that I'm not used to. Hello, I just wanted to get some advice on what to do with my sister. She has just turned 16 and over the last few months she has been heavily abusing drugs and alcohol.

How long did it take for you to make friends in College/University?

It's about to be my second semester and I still haven't made any friends and it's starting to really effect my mental health. I went to my schools orientation week long story short thanks to my strict parents I only went to 3 of the 10 days so all the friendships I made failed because I basically just disappeared. Then school started in all my classes nobody really talks because they're so focused on the lectures so it's hard to make friends in classes. So in elementary school (my school was kindergarten to grade 8) I had a good balance between guy friends and girl friends. Everything was fine but then high school started and everything changed. So today since it's the New Year it's a tradition for my dad to do a New Years prayer so while he was praying he was praying that there shouldn't be any introverts in my family anymore.
