How can I tell and/or show my teachers how much I appreciated them this school year?
I had two teachers this year that I will really, really miss. They were great teachers and amazing people. I was really blessed to have them in my life this year. I really admire them and want them to know that. What can I do to show them how I appreciate them?

Well, things haven't been going to great. My ex broke up with me for my friend (ex friend) . He liked me, well I think he did, I'm not quite sure. I warned him about my friend Amy, she likes a few others guys plus him. I still care for my ex, he's great and I really like him. :/ Well, Amy just told me today that she doesn't like him at all, she loves this other guy, Amy said if the other guy (Matt) doesn't break up with his girl friend she will stay with my ex. I AM so mad at her for this... she says he doesn't talk...well YES he does!! So I've been liking this guy for about 3 years now and finally got the chance to tell him that I like him about a month ago. He could tell what I was going to say and actually looked happy that I told him. Ever since then he has been acting Crazy nice and flirting a whole lot more. Like randomly running up to me and giving me hugs and CONSTANTLY staring at me. All the time.
Now everyone knows that I like him and won't let me forget it. And I am positive that he likes me back.
The most annoying part is that it's been over a month since I told him an he hasn't given me an answer. (I basicly told him, and he walked away smiling)

Me and the guy I'm with will be together for 3 years this October.. I was thinking of getting him a ring.. nothing too flashy/showy.. a simple band of some sort, preferably silver... and the problem is, I dont know his ring size and I want it to be a surprise.. so how would I go about finding that out without making it completely obvious??

I really dont know where to start, i guess i'll start telling you that me and my boyfriend have been together for about three months now. He really is a good person, and he is everything i've wished of having in my life. But one day while i was on facebook, i noticed he was setting his statuses like "____ is gonna smoke 4 grahams later." and stuff like that. He never told me he was smoking pot, but he chooses to tell the whole world?
So i approached him about it, and i'm uncomfortable as it is with him smoking it but i decided i'd be cool about it. So he told me that he only does it about once every 3 months, and told me that nobodys ever died from it, you cant get addicted to it, and its a natural plant and stuff.

Hi!!!
Well, this guy I like...he confuses me. He likes me and we date than he asks me if he my friend likes him..I told him the truth, no. Well after we start dating my friend ( not my friend anymore) starts to like him and she tells me that he doesn't like me and crap. She told me that she wouldn't date him because I like him a lot ..well now they are dating and this guy I like is going to get hurt because my ex friend is a jurk..she likes 3 other guys plus him..and she told me she didn't even like him that much. So, he dumps me for her..and he broke up with me because he says that I lied about my friend liking me.He won't believe me..but it's true. I'm really heart broken and I don't know what to do..please help.

hi. i'm really a go-getter. i've listed all the things i want to experience before turning 20 but i don't know where to start!!!
i want to do lots of things but i just can't start on something!
i want to learn baking, photography, driving,volunteer at a charity,mountain climbing,change my fashion style, etc.. and etc!!
i just don't know where to start! pls. help. i don't want to end up having lots of these goals but regret them for not being able to do them. LIFE IS SHORT.

I applied for a Clerical/Secretarial Job for the Board of Education in a city by where I live.. and I was just wondering if any of you have had that type of job before.
Is it generally simple or complicated? I'm willing to learn but I guess I'm just a bit anxious about how much I need to learn, and trying to remember it all.
I'm sure I'll have to do filing, writing memos, and that type of stuff. Is that easy to learn? lol
If any of you have had this type of job, please tell me what it entailed. I have not been given details lol

So, I work with this guy. We've worked together for quite sometime and for the past two or so months I've had a ginormous crush on him. Lately, we've neem flirting more than usual. (E.g., now we play fight in lobby, he puts his arm around my shoulder, he plays with my hair, sticks out his tongue at me, etc.) So, seeing as I'm afraid to tell him I like him.. I don't know what to do. I don't want to jump to conclusions and just assume he likes me. So, I'm looking for another opinion.

Well, I really like this guy, well at first my friends asked him out..for me...than he said no..but before he said yes. So, I asked him wats going on than he asked me out...we went out for a day than he told me he doesn't want to date me yet..he doesn't think he's ready..so I gave him time..than he asked ME if I could ask my friend out for him, I said no..and I thought you liked me...he said no I do!! Well, than we worked things out..for that night and we stayed up texting until 12am. There is this guy (Joey)at my school,he is very short and cute. He has this inessent little smile, but lately I think he isn't that inessent. I've been noticing lately that Joey has been starinf at me..I smile at him and he blushes and smiles back. I asked him on Myspace to be friends, he added me and we have been texting back in forth.Well, I'm in band and he's in honor band and were going to be in a memorial parade..so in the morning the highschool,concert band and honor band were combined and we practiced marching.
