well... about two days ago it started hurting to walk then today i found out that there is a little lump, about twice as big as a pin head on the inside of my thighs, well in between downstairs and my thighs. it really hurts to touch and its red. has anyone ever had anything like this? what should i do??
any help would be appreciated.

i break out. i used to think it wasn't so much, but i just recently realized its pretty bad. its not a lot of zits, its just they are so hard to get rid of, and in the worst places, and they hurt. when i wash my face, it gets rid of the infection, but i still have red scars. i cover those with makeup but i wanna feel good WITHOUT makeup on. how do i get rid of zits AND the scars they leave behind?

im wondering what's the best way~ besides brushing your teeth, to whiten them. what would be the best and safest way to whiten my teeth. i know there are some really great teeth whitening tooth pastes but i'm not sure of the names, and also i've heard the crest premium white strips work good, any ideas?

I took a pregnancy test this morning and it came back negative, I still think I might be pregnant though, that maybe I took the test too soon before a missed period. I am on birth control and I was wondering if I should continue to take it if I think I'm pregnant, or keep taking it to keep from getting pregnant if I'm not?

Abnormal bleeding..

I had the Mirena IUD birth control removed about 5 months ago I had it inserted at the end of 2007. Since I have had the Mirena out I have ran into a load of problems but never thought anything big of it until recently. Three days ago I started my period only it wasn't like when I usually get it it was excessive blood and extremely heavy where I was changing pads every 3 hours or so. I filled the toilet bowl with blood and clots and while changing my underwear I would be standing up dripping all over the floor. I put on an extra large pad very thick and long for extra protection today and within 2 hour period it was loaded with blood again...2 nights ago in the early morning I awoke due to abdominal pain and bleeding..I was ...

Loosing weight on a budget

Hi! I am a freshman in college and I want to loose some weight. But I am on a budget and I know the food in the cafeteria is not good for you. What would you suggest? I eat in my room a lot and try to buy healthy food. I also am going to start doing p90x. I did it this summer for a while and started seeing results but then I went away to college and strayed away from it. Is there anything else I could do to help loose weight that is safe and effective? Thank you for your time!

I've had my period for two years and I've never missed a month. It always came around the same time. I got it (January) 6th for three or four days which is regular then i got it last night (26th) WHYYYYYYYYYYYYY?!?!

I am a 19 year old. I know this is a fairly common question. But I am getting a bit concerned for my health. A few weeks ago my fiance and I had sex, during ovulation. Couple weeks passed, and I was due for my period. My period never came after a few days, so I tested one evening and it was a negative. Felt a little iffy, but relieved for the most part. Couple days afterwards I got a pinkish discharge. The next day I was discharging blood like a regular period. Was a little lighter than usual but I shrugged it off. Then a couple days ago, the discharge completely stopped. Today, still nothing. So my bleeding only lasted for a day. I have been waking up with some nausea, sore breasts, and still feeling tired even though I slept in today. My ...

I notice before i get my period and even during it i get pain down below it's pretty painful and i'm not sure what's causing it iv'e already visited my gynecologist..
Does this happen to anyone elese?

I have pretty bad acne scarring on my face and back, I have heard the only way to be 100% rid of them as if they were never there is by laser treatment. I know its expensive but I am willing to pay if I know it will work. Have any of you done it or know someone whos done it? Did it work? Does it really renew your skin so that its 100% clear and flawles, and if not what does it do and look like?

Urinary Tract Infection??

Sorry if this is explicit, but this is what happened!
We had intercourse Saturday night. During, it started to burn on the outside of my vagina when he would try to put it in. When we were actually doing it, it didn't hurt at all. (I for sure was naturally lubricated!) After a few times I noticed I was bleeding! I went to the bathroom, to urinate, and oh my gosh did it hurt! It burned really really bad! I was also bleeding heavily fresh blood (nasty sounding I know!) it's not my period. It's different blood and I'm on birth control that prevents me from having it. It also hurt when I walked the next day! I went to the doctor and she said it was a urinary tract infection. BUT I really don't think it is! She gave me a pamphlet ...

Can I still grow to my full potential?

I'm 14 and barely 5 feet. I started my period pretty early - the summer before I became a 6th grader, and I'm paranoid that I won't grow anymore... My dad is 5'7" and my mom was 4'11". I reckon I remember my very first doctor said my potential height is 5'2" and I was wondering if I really can see that dream come true. For the past few weeks, I've been sleeping alot (not because I was desperate to grow, I was just soo tired lately) and I've also been doing yoga stretches before I go to bed and I actually grew almost an inch in a month. But my growing has stopped. Should I switch my yoga rutine to the morning to get the best possible results? And do I still have a chance to reach 5'2"?

my best friend is going to have a baby and she is 13, she didn't mean to get pregnant but she did. she told me that she doesn't want to be a mother, and she isn't ready for this baby. Her boyfriend is 15 and he doesn't know what to do, she is living with him and his parents.and she doesn't believe in abortion. I want to know what are the chances of her having a miscarriage, will her age affect the her or/and the baby's health? or if anyone has had a teen pregency or knows someone who had...any information or advice will help thanks!

switching birth control methods - 17/f

Last year, I started taking birth control (Ortho Tri Cycline). Since then, I've had an increase in headaches and moody swings and a decrease in my sex drive. I tried Yaz and it gave me the same symptoms. I want to switch to Nuvaring but I'm scared to ask my mom about it (she think's I'm on the pill for my period and Nuvaring just seems like it's only for birth control). I also don't know if Nuvaring decreases the effects the pill gives me (headaches, low sex drive, mood changes). Has anyone used Nuvaring? And how should I go about asking my mom to switch (without sounding like it's for sex?). Oh and is it expensive? Thanks.

Birthmark

Ever since I was a baby, I've had a large white birthmark on the back of my leg. It is basically just discolored skin. It's not raised or bumpy, just a birthmark. Recently I felt it and it seems sort of dry? And sometimes when I get dry skin on my feet, the dry skin is a shade darker than my natural skin color. The color on the birthmark is the same color, only seems darker since the birthmark is so white.
Is this anything to worry about? Or is it just dry? The dry skin has a greenish tint.
