i have a court appointment to declare not guilty to a traffic vioolation. how should i speak to the judge in order to have no fine? I continued on a street with a solid white line where i had to continue to turn right. That day we had a heavy snow fall.

Currently, I have been single for one month, but I still love that guy. We broke up becuase he said he needed time. But to all that there is this other girl with two kid and she is only 18 years old. She work with him and on New Years, I went to Cali for vacations, when I come back I heard that he picked her up becuase they are friends. I know he cares and loves me too but I feel so betrayed. What should I do?

Im so scared because I just had my period a few months ago and Im 12 yrs old. thats not what im worried about though. i fingred myself and I dont know how deep i went but it wasnt that deep i dont think, but then I went to the bathroom and i saw that i was bleeding from my vagina but i don know if its from my period or not...its almost around the time when i usually have it but im scared because did anything bad happen when i fingred myself? or is it just my period?

Why are people so mean?? Are any of you like that...you know...where you think you're too good for everybody else? (tell the truth) Because I want to know what you guys think...and I just hate life sometimes. I had a boyfriend. First one ever, I cheated on him... with a girl. He broke it off. 3 weeks go by, I'm just moving on. I'm just starting to flirt again with this guy in my biology class who likes me too. Then... dun dun dun!... I saw him after school today. He wants me back. I kind of want him too. I think it was wrong to break up. But, I really like the kid in my bio class. He's someone I can lead around, not be led.

I am 12 and I would like to start babysitting. I have a neighbor who has a 6 year old granddaughter and I occasionally baby sit her for an hour or so. I'd like to have more clients (you could call them), but i don't want to have strangers calling me everything friday night. Any ideas?

I was the one who wrote "First Kiss Gone Wrong" I have had time to think about it and I really don't want to have a boyfriend right now. *Peter* is really nice but I just don't really want to be with him anymore. If I break up with him everyone at school will say, "I told you so!" Because they all made bets on how long we would last the first day we were together. I don't want to have to be the one to break up with him but I will if I get really unhappy. HOw can I 'make' him break up with me?

Ok my name is Theo.Ok this is my problem.There are these kids that are teasing me and I can't do anything about it.I don't dare even to think of going to a teacher because they won't do anything.I told my mother and she said she could come and see the kids ut I don't want that because I am afraid they will hurt me(punch me etc.).So I don't know what to do.I have come to a point where I don't want to go to school .Ok I am not considering suicide because I have learned to deal with my problems and ask for advice.

I just got accepted into a summer program in Europe where I have to raise roughly $5000 to go. I have a part time job. I have written letters to businesses and area politicians asking for monatary support, and I think I'm going to ask the local Krispy Kreme for a fundraiser that I can do. Any ideas how I can get more money before June 1?

College confusion

Yeah, usually I give advice, but I figured I'd ask this time. Two of you have already seen this question, but I thought I'd just put it out here for the rest of you to help me with.
Okay, here it goes. I've found my DREAM college. I mean, this is what I've been searching for since, like, ninth grade. I'm almost certain I'd be accepted there.
Problem 1 - CalArts is in Southern California. Now, I live in michigan and my mom doesn't want me to go that far away.
Problem 2 - The tuition. $22,190. My dad doesn't have a job, my mom can't work, and I don't have a job yet. Even if I did, I wouldn't be able to make that much by next year. However, I do have books written, and could publish them, but even with that I'm not sure I...

I've liked this guy for a long time, and I can't tell if he likes me or not. A while ago I told him I liked him and he said he didn't want a GF at the time. I still wanted to be with him, so I managed to become his friend. We used to talk for hours online, go to the movies, and we even hung out at my house alone one time. I don't understand, what happened? Things have changed so much over the past few months. I used to think he liked me more than a friend (he was the one who showed interest in me before I even knew him). Nowadays he seems upset when he sees me. No so much annoyance, but almost sadness. I don't know, maybe I'm overanalyzing things (I do that quite often when I'm crazy about someone) but I'm positive that things have changed ...

One of my friends, Lizzy, is always talking about her friend, Kate. It didn't bother me until I realized how much Kate hates me. Kate once went on Lizzy's screenname on AIM and started saying "I hate you!!" and stuff like that. When I told Lizzy, she said, "I'm going to kill Kate, I am so mad at her!" but they are still best friends. Also, Lizzy talks about all this stuff she hates and when I do, she says its not that bad.
