Should I say "hi" to an elementary school pal on Facebook?

I just got a Facebook, and found some people I haven't seen since third grade on the site (I am 17). Would it be odd if I posted something on their Wall saying "hello" out of nowhere? I found them through others' friend lists.

yesterday for some reason i accidentally blocked my friend from posting wall posts on my facebook (i just made my facebook). so when i added her, she tried to post something to me and couldn't obviously. via a picture comment, she said to me, "why can't i post wall posts?"
i figured out how to allow the wall posting feature, and responded to her on her wall: "ok, you can put wall posts on now."
basically, what i am asking is: if you read my message as an outsider "ok, you can put wall posts on now" would you think that was weird for me to say that?
yes, i know this is an idiotic question but just answer it honestly!

Why would I develop a massive crush on a teacher I had last year?

I know having a crush on a teacher is normal, but why would I get one almost a year after I had said teacher? She was a very nice, young and attractive teacher but I never had any crushing feelings when I actually had her. I hated the teacher I had for this subject (math) this year, does that have something to do with it? Is is it some psychological or hormonal thing?
I am not going to act on this crush don't worry, but its making me feel miserable all the time since I can't stop thinking about her and I keep thinking she doesn't like me and I'm horrified at the thought of her completely forgetting me or that I made a fool of myself in her class.

My science teacher has a classroom bunny which I agreed to take care of for him. He said he would be gone the entire summer and to just bring him back when school begins. I went on summer vacation on the 16th of June and we don't go back until the 9th of August.
I'm afraid that I'm watching this bunny free of charge. I could understand maybe watching it for a week as a favor, but the ENTIRE summer? I have to clean its cage every week because he gets his bedding everywhere and sometimes I can't sleep at night because he scratches the bottom of his cage and its so loud. And no, I didn't take this job not knowing what I was getting into. I have 6 cats and 2 dogs and know how hard it is to take care of animals. So it would be understand...

F, just turned 17.
Okay so now im working in CVS, but im being sponserd by the govetrnment, becuase I got into a program meaning that CVS doesn't personally pay me but the program does. Well anyway so im new and this is my first job. Im a very respectful young girl, I smile a lot and am very kind. So anyway I feel like they don't want me there. (Coworkers) and I feel so left out by even the manager! Becuase everyone else can be there doing stuff and like when im done with my stuff I don't know what to do. A lost friend...

So there's this guy. From grade five up until grade eight we had always been really close friends. Actually he always liked me more than a friend and he told me that. I never liked him back though. However, at the end of grade eight he stopped talking to me completely. Rumor was that he stopped talking b/c I was too obsessed over this guy I liked and I talked too much about him. That just doesn't seem like what he would get mad over though. He never has before, so I doubt he would this time. Ever have those friends so close they feel like siblings? I have a really close brother-friend, and i mean we're ex bf/gf, but that just brings us closer. aaaanyway. he's turning 18, and i want to do something super special for him to let him know how amazing he is and how much he means to me! ok so here's the problem. my "best friend" and i did everything together. LITERALLY. but anyways, over time i started to like him a little more than a friend. then it became serious. but then i figured out that he was actually using me for secrets. all he want to know was all of my secrets. but i didnt really talk to him about it. but then when i didnt really have anymore secrets to tell him, he left me (as a friend) for two of my other best friends. of course he was using them also. but they didnt believe that. after he left me for them, he never EVER talked to me. but at the end of the day he would always ask the two girls to text or call him. or he would tell them that he would call them. at my school and cheerleading team it seems to me like everyone is so immature. im a junior in high school and im really quiet mainly because im shy but also because i just never know what to talk about or how to respond to people at my school.
i went to a summer program for high school students this summer and i made a ton of friends there and was pretty talkative because we would all have actual real conversations... but coming back here im really quiet and i can't make friends easily because everyone is always hyper and crazy and i just can't relate to them and i never know what to say and it has gotten me depressed lately...
is every high school student like this or is it just mine? and is college going ...

Is there anyway that someone without a highschool education can get a job?? I've applied everywhere and its like no one wants to hire me..I understand not having an education or highschool diploma lowers my chances in working anywhere but I'm in need of a job I dropped out in 8th grade and I have no education what so ever ..and when applyingg what could I say to have them atleast look at my application?

Well I have only kown him for 3-6 months.I am in 8th grade,and so is he.Im a female and I am 14 he is 15. He used to be in my science class and we used to talk all the time in there and then he was like im moving and did this pouty face thing and I was like WHAT!
Then he was like I have science a different hour.
And now the only time we talk is at the end of the day because he walks home and I ride the bus. So he walks me to the doors and we only get to talk for like 3 mins.
I think he likes me but im really unsure.
Like my friend Morgan said that she saw him watch me walk away, like his head and all till I looked his way then he turned. I didnt notice though.

I am a freshman and there is a senior that goes to my school that I have liked for a while. He is really cute, sweet , smart and funny. He seems to stare at me a lot. He looks at me over his friend's shoulders. When I catch him staring he holds the eye contact for what seems like forever. He 'accidently' touches my arms, hands, shoulders and lower back. He walks really close to me in the halls when we pass. i like him a lot and want to know if these signs mean he likes me back.

I feel that my friendly advances sometimes scare people off. You know, like: why is this girl talking to me? What does she want? I'm afraid to talk to, for instance, the guy I have a crush on because when I have, he seems... weirded out. I'm not staring at him or asking odd questions; I don't know what I'm doing! Either people I don't know well always seem weirded out or as if they're laughing at me. Why is this??

People never really call me weird, but im sure they do because high school is like that .
i made a bunch of plans to hang with people and people always hang out with me as sloppy seconds.
i feel really bad because im new here, but people say im not really new.
ive been here for 6 months and people have hurt me a lot.
and have talked because my back a lot. and i havent done anything to anyone.
all i did was have a boyfriend and we broke up.
i guess im just not cool enough.
