Restraining Orders

Well I have two questions to this topic. First I will explain the situation.
My boyfriend and I broke up (Ex now) about a month and a half ago. I left him after 2 years because he always abused me, never made time for me, and wouldn't let me do anything. He used me sexually and financially. I finally left, and couple weeks later I found someone else. I got over it so quickly because I never really loved my ex for a couple months prior to the breakup. I finally did because I couldn't handle it anymore. Well my new boyfriend and I are in love, happy, and such.
Problem is, the ex is still trying to contact me. He calls and texts me from different numbers; he IMs me from screenames I never even gave him; hhe tried ...

Well this is a tough one and I have no clue what to do, lost you could say. Im going to try and explain this to were it makes sense. Im 13 and turning 14 in a month. Curently I live with my jerk of a step father and mom. when i was little something happened with me and my dad. He went to jail. My mother lied saying my step dad is my real dad. I found out the truth a year or so ago and found my real dad a month or so ago now me and my dad have grown close. How do i get my SD to let me see my dad?

Okay, I meet this guy in august a year ago and we have become friends pretty quick well by october I started to REALLY like him well that lasted for a while and kinda died down a little. but it was never a problem Well since mid june me and him have been texting everyday and those strong feelings came back, only I started to like him alot more then I ever did. And He is a really good friend and i don't want anything awkward to come between us. and he flirts alot and he told me that he use to like me back in october but I haven't said anything about me likeing him, cause im really shy and i think it might screw up our friend ship. and he is all I think about, every text I get every message I hope its him, I love it when he talks to me, hugs ...

Okay, here goes it. I'm in marching band. Band camp has started, I love it, it's my life. I know I can count on any single person in the band. They're like my second family. I spend everyday with them during the school year and three weeks of summer with them, getting sweaty & muddy & nasty. It's an amazing opportunity, if one person in the band is upset, the entire band is, we have parties in the guys locker room before our home meets. How do I help my coworker avoid sexual harrassment problems?

I have this male coworker and I'm female. He seems like a pretty friendly guy. During my training I was told that I wasn't ever suppose to touch another employee as it could be taken as sexual harassment--even if it was just a little touch that meant nothing to me. I guess I understand that. A meaningless touch from me could make somebody else feel uncomfortable if they thought more of it.
Anyway, my coworker keeps rubbing on my shoulder as he passes me in the hallways and such. (You know, "Hi! How you doin' today?" while touching the shoulder, passingly.) I wouldn't mind because I know he's just being nice and friendly but he had the same training that I did about this, I'm sure. He should be well aware of ...

ok so there is this guy at my school that i really like. he is so amazing and i went out with him once before. we whent out for about 1 month. once during thanks giving we were on the phone for 3 hours strait but than shortly after he broke up with me because he wanted to go out with one of his friends. they eventually broke up and we became firends again. Well then i decided to ask him out but he said no and made up a really dumb reason. he said that he was having a bad day and that he still would of said no. but i don't think he is telling me the truth. I think that my cuzin and him are going out and keeping it a secret from me. My cuzin won't even talk to me and i don't know why. how do i get over this guy?

My friends just dumped me. For. Good. I'm kinda shy, and have this big deal about jumping into a group. I've been sitting alone at lunch, but there's this group I really want to get into. I have two friends in it. Not like close friends, but friends nonetheless. And the guy I like is in this group. But the group is kinda out there. Pretty much all they wear is black, and they listen to music that I've never even heard of. I've heard of some of it..but not enough to impress anyone. I want to get into this group, but I don't want to change myself for them. How do I do that!?

Okay so obviously jobs are really hard to find now a days , well me ? I finally got a job . And my manager loves me already , but I kinda screwed up sunday I woke up feeling like crap , like REAL crap and it was my first meeting and third day of work. Nd I missed both , and I didn't call . I want to call I don't know what to say . I didn't call cause I was scared to call in , since it was my third day. But now I feel stupid cause I actually like that job . Whaat should I do ?

Could anyone list any good reasons why a guy would completely ignore a girl out of nowhere? Like this guy has known I liked him for several months andwe barely talked about it but we texted each other a couple of times and he truly made it seem like we were still good friends and out of nowhere he started ignoring me..it's been two weeks now. And he told my friend that it's because I'm boring and annoying but it really doesn't add up because in the conversations we had he was holding up the conversation more than I was, and it's relatively easy to tell when someone is annoyed with you and he wasn't. I did nothing wrong and I'm trying to move on from him but it's hard to when I have no idea what his issue is and he won'...

ok. i will try to make this as unconfusing as i can. i like this boy but he doesn't talk to me. i know he likes me though because i gave him a note that said i liked him and he wrote one back saying he likes me a lot but he cant talk to me because he gets to nervous. i on the other hand have done everything, i called him first, wrote a note first, emailed first. he admitted to my friend that he needs to put effort in but he doesn't know how. lately i feel like I've been losing him. he used to look at me and my friend said the looks he gives me are like I'm the most important thing in his life and i don't get those looks anymore, in my opinion. like, i would take a bullet for him and i feel like I'm falling in love alone but I'm not looking ...

Friends, I am in desperate need of help, I am 40 happily married and a lovely family but recently on a long haul work related trip I badly rather we badly fell for each other that is me and my friend/colleague since the past 20 years. He has always been been my close friend, very trusted and we would share our worries and actually grew our families on each others experiences. But this new feeling is devastating, I know I am deadly in love with him and he too is. The attraction is so obvious that we would be lying if we deny it.
