my first time was good, but it only gets worse

The first time I ever had sex was when I was 16 and I lasted 30-40 minutes in the early years. But as years pass by, it seems like the duration keeps getting lower. Now I last only about 20 minutes and I feel very ashamed of it(sometimes less). I want to make my partner feel the pleasure as much as I do, but sometimes, I just lose control and let it end. It lasts longer when I use a thicker condom, but I can't really feel anything if I do. If I use a really thin one or don't wear one at all, it feels good for me, but it doesn't last a long time.
Any suggestions?

I just started being vegan almost two months ago. My boyfriend isn't full vegan yet though but we are considering having sex soon. I am sort-of concerned about condoms not being vegan but feel strongly that we should use condoms.
