ive recently gained a lot of weight in a short amount of time.
i use to b very small and skinny but i gained so much weight due to binging nonstop.
i ordered the hollywood diet and i plan on doing it however i am aware that after the diet you gain a lot of weight.
how do i prevent this?
when i am done with the diet how do i keep the weight off?

i want something thats easy to make (not the mayple syrup diet because that is really hard to make)

I've been a vegetarian for three years. I am fifteen. My parents aren't the most wealthiest people and my family's kind of poor. Without any meat, I feel fine. For a while I felt refreshed and great. But lately I have been feeling very run down and sleepy. I feel like I'm not getting enough protein. I drink expensive protein shakes I get every so often and I take vitamins too. But what else can I do to boost my protein?

I've always had very good, strong nails (after I stopped biting a few years back!). But, a year ago, my mom suggested I try fish oil pills since I don't eat any seafood whatsoever. They keep my nails very strong and healthy. But, when I take them, I always get pimples, especially in between my eyebrows..and they really never go away. It's like everyday I'll have redness there. So, I stopped taking the fish oil pills, and my skin has been flawless (the way it used to be), but of course my nails have been ravaged. They constantly chip and peel, and make weak efforts to grow. I haven't been able to paint them in a while. I even put on the clear growth polish which helps, but it doesn't stop the chipping in peeling. I also h...

I recently went on a 7 day "cleanse"
Not really a cleanse but I have been barely eating to jump start a diet.
I lost a lot of weight and want to go back to a healthy lifestyle witout gaining weight.
How do I do this?
I'm scared if I eat ill gain.
I want to be able to eat healthily withhout worrying about gaining weight!

I am a 20 year old girl and extremely athletic. I have had a noticeably large appetite since 1st or 2nd grade, years before I took athletics seriously. These days I am hungry for 6000-7000 calories a day when training. On an off day my appetite is about the same, if I go two days off I will start to eat less going down to about 4500 calories. I have talked to sports nutritionists about this and they think it is very unusual. One tells my he has never known another athlete who is hungry for that many calories but some male athletes do force themselves to eat that much. I have been checked by two doctors one in high school and one in college. Neither found any problem with me or an explanation.

i live in israel and at every corner store they have an array of nuts- im addicted to the sugar or candy coated pecans. im not sure what htey are but they are sosososoosos fattening.
how could eat them with feeling guilt free?
or put them in my diet so i dont gain weight?

so i have always had ur average teenage girls eatign disorder and htinkign im fat (not that that is a good thing) but recently i lost a lot of weight due to eating little to none (yes i know its not good) and i know i need major help with that but that is not why im posting here.
i have issues with my judging and caring about my friends and THEIR food. like if my friend lies to me or leaves out something she eat i think its so weird when really WHO CARES its no my problem and i dont like to tell my friends when i do eat because i want them to hink im skiiny. its so weird. and its so weird that i even care what my friends eat.

18/f 5'4" 150 lbs i'm trying to lose 20 lbs. my plan for the past 3 days and weeks to come was breakfast: bowl of special k cereal with skim milk, lunch: either a spinach salad with italian dressing or a turkey, lettuce, green pepper and rach on whole wheat wrap dinner: spaghetti squash or tomatoes w/ chicken and whole wheat rice or i'll have a chicken salad with chickpee beans or stuffed peppers (ground turkey & rice). and also i'll throw in an apple and orange for 2 snacks throughout the day. and my exercise is running 2 miles everyday. I've been doing really good with this goal and was just wondering if you think it'll work and how fast i'd be able to lose the 20 lbs. thanks!

so i gained 10 pounds this winter -_- and i want to get rid of it asap. I'm 5'4" and 150 my goal is to get down to 120-130. I was thinking if I ran a mile everyday mon-fri and only ate fruits and veggies if it would be good. let me know thanks!

19/F Sometimes, I eat way too much sugar in one sitting. What would it take to give myself diabetes? Not that I want to. Like, how much would I have to eat in one sitting and how often? Take into consideration that I am at an average weight.

So I've never bought dark choclate before but since it's another good thing to have in moderation, I thought why not keep some in my purse?
It doesn't matter if it's a bar i can break or whether it's choclate chips, they contain MUFA and 1/4 cup is a nice serving. But I went onto the site and each product they have, they give you the ingredients and stuff and actually none even are all dark chocolate! The closest product I found was Costa Rica 71% Dark Chocolate Bar.
Am I dumb and there's actually no such thing as pure dark chocolate, or what?

I have adjusted my diet to be hopefully more nutritious as I exercise. I also started consuming small portions of African Mengos since I had heard they help you burn body fat. My problem is, I am still sore two to three days after a workout. I consume about 80 grams of protein everyday. Is the consumption of Mengo and protein counter-productive?

A couple months ago, my stomach began growling out of nowhere. I figured I was just hungry, so I kept eating, but even after I ate, my stomach would keep growling.
I had a normal eating schedule every day but ever since then, I've been eating WAY more than I have. My stomach always growls and if it doesn't, then my stomach feels like it's empty. I'm not hungry sometimes but it'll tell me otherwise.
I've been getting a lot more gas since then, too, and it's really embarrassing being around people and being hungry all the time.
Even while I eat, my stomach growls and reacts strongly. It never hurts, it's just always empty or hungry.
I've been a vegetarian (but I eat fish) for 6 ye...
