Ankle pain

I've been having this weird ankle pain in my left ankle. It kinda feels like it's in the vein, or on the bone. It's very sharp. When I get the pain, it only last for maybe 30 seconds. I haven't done any kind of sport or anything where I could have injured it. Does anyone know what could be wrong?

Scab on my breast?

For some reason, my left breast has been itchy lately and I thought it was just the bra I was wearing, but idk... But, anyway, it's sensitive, so I'm very careful not to scratch too hard, but I noticed just a couple minutes ago that there's a weird shaped scab or something, it's sort of creasant shaped and it's mostly made up of three parts... Uhm, it's not bloody looking or anything... Scab is just the best way I can describe it. Anyway, can anyone tell me what that might be?

Wisdom teeth extraction. What to eat after?

My best friend got her wisdom teeth out today and I am over taking care of her:) does any one have any ideas of stuff to eat that will be easy and good for her? We know the usual like soup and milk shakes and water and stuff but she is bored with all that. I needed some fun different yummy ideas or just anything that might have slipped our minds. i dont feal normal anymore and i need advice or reasurance about my huge labia

I cant it anymore. Im 14 an i have had an oversized labia my entire life. realy no one gets it. Mine is huge. Not joking its the size of a golf ball. I cant swim because it looks wierd and i have to hide it between my legs in the dressing room.Not to mention it hurts when i go to sit down and accidently pinch it. I dont feal normal, I dont even feal like a girl because of it. Does anyone have this problem as bad as i do? or is it just me?

I'm really not the emo type. I'm a cheerleader, age 16 , and I sing and play violin.. but suddenly my dad has been acting like such an asshole to me. He yells at me over nothing. I could be studying silently and he'd yell that I was being lazy and needed to clean. Anyways, I have a swiss pocket knife I took from him when I got mad and never had intentions of using it. One day I felt like shit and he was going off again and I didn't even know what I was doing but I cut all up and down my one arm and I did feel better. However I need to stop. No parents or doctors or adults involved. I can't deal with them. Please help..

So, I've had this tiny red dot on my hand, VERY tiny. I've had it for about a year or two. Today I decided to poke it with a needle thingy. I dipped it in alcohol first. I didn't even have to poke deep, once it penetrated blood was flowing out of it for a while. A lot of blood for a tiny dot. The blood looked normal to me. It stopped bleeding when I put a lot of pressure on it. It stopped, then I sucked on it & it started again. I put a pressure again. Now its back to a dry red dot. I have no idea what it is. I'm a little worried too. I also don't want it opening up in my sleep or anything. I cannot see a doctor so don't say see a doctor.

My boyfriend and I tried anal for the first time tonight and it was HORRID. He would poke around my anus and it wouldnt hurt, but when he put ALOT of lube on his penis and my anus and shoved the head in, it was the worst pain ive ever felt in a very long time. i almost passed out, i was having cold sweats, i was dizzy and i came very close to throwing up a couple of times. And a few hours later, i have been cramping around my cervix and its been the worse day of my life.. what happend?!

Okay so I pulled a muscle in my upper right leg, like were my butt cheek is.I am a cheerleader an it us very hard to do what I do with a pulled muscle. are there any ways at all that could help heal it within like 3 days? It has been pulled for about 2 or 3 weeks though. Help please!!!!

I have been cutting for two years. I am fourteen years old. I started when my parents decided to announce that they were getting a divorce. I started and hid it from everyone else for the longest time. I would always wear long sleeved shirts to cover my arms and i'd wear gauntlets to cover my wrists and hands. then, to top it all off, my father was diagnosed with Multiple sclerosis. MS is a neurologic disease that makes it harder to move. My dad has always had numbness in his legs but he didn't think it was anything. I've also been fighting with my dad on a weekly basis. we try to work it out, but i've been having to run away from it. ok i need help doing my homework. i wouldnt normally do this i HATE copying/askin for help/using other people ideas but im actually so stuck.
ive just got my marks back and this is the stuff i have to do
We are studying intreinsic and extrinsic risk factors. and im stuck on two of my intrinsic factors
diet. how could i prevent injury by having a good diet. Meaning what mesures could i do? i said keep a food diary but my lecturer wants more action plans. and i ant think of any.
also preperation. how can injury through poor preperation be prevented? iw rote by good training but what else?
please its very important.

Blister won't heal?

Two nights ago I went out wearing new high heels. Halfway through the night they started rubbing on the side of the ball of my foot so I put a piece of tissue in my shoe to stop it hurting so much and tried to ignore it. In the morning, the blister had turned into a horrible sticky open wound and the area around it was all swollen. I thought it would sort itself out so I put a band aid on it and left it but today it's still the same. Everytime the band aid comes off, the wound is still open and full of pus and my foot is still swollen so I can't really walk comfortably.
What should I do?

What would fix my TMJ & is that what's causing my pain?

I am 15 years old and i have a horrible case of TMJ from grinding my teeth together. My jaw clicks when i open it up and down & even when i try opening it up and down, it moves to the right before coming down. I get bad headaches behind my eyes, or above my eyes. Sometimes alla round my head or on the sides of my head or in the back but mostly my Temporials. My parents are BOTH dentist's and they are trying to make an appointment for me to see my ortho. At their office, i got an x ray, and it proved that i had an immensely bad case of TMJ for my age. My teeth alignment is somewhat off. I am scared that my jaw is going to go crooked and stay crooked. /: Can veneers help with my tmj? what can heal my tmj? & no the sleep mouth ...

Pinched Nerve in Foot

My uncle is a pediatrist and diagonosed me with a pinched nerve in my foot. He gave me meds. Naproxen Sodium. It doesn't hirt as much as it did at the beginning of the week, so could it have gone away? It starts to hurt when I walk on it, dance or run on it. I want to take the meds just in case it isn't gone, but is there a posibility I could overdose? I have to take the meds for 21 days. Anything is appreciated!
