Hey, i'm a 15 year old black girl and at my high school if your a certain color, you are expected to like certain things and listen to a certain type of music.Well i'm not like that i listen to "other" music.And when i say other music i mean stuff liken green day and maroon5 and stuff like that.Also some of the stuff that my caucasion friends talk about i can identify with and some of the more preppy clothes they wear i like.i'm afraid to tell my friends this because i am afriad of their reactions.what should i do? first, your not diff, and you should not care what your so called friends think about because your choice in music just shows you are open minded your choice in clothes just shows you like to be classy and neat and in the future when you get out of school that neat classy look will take you places in life people like a strong black women who is classy and proffesional so don't change nothing and the hell with your friends if the things you like change the way act towards you then there not really your friends so keep you head up trust me i'm a mixed with black and white and i just bought marron5 cd i love that song sunday morning stay strong oilyfoot@aol.com
