i would tell him....becuase in many cases...if you don't you may ever get your turn...in some ways he may secretly like you but scared of the same thing.....you can never be sure of anything when it comes to likein someone..."whats he/she might say..." if you get turned away..then it wasn't meant to happen..move on...you merely have to trust yourselve..and if hes like me...even if he doesn't like you...he wont turn you away..he may not like you as a g/f...but he will be your friend reguardless...thx for the question

i merely give at advice to those seeking answers...knowledge is nothing with out wisdom...and knowledge i have and wisdom i am learning...so i wish to share it with others..
As for the speech thing...i believe its one of the huge parts of graduating...you have to be able to present a speech or a statement to others..and learn it well in order to live in everyday society....

well alot of girls that are like that like be treated like a woman..rather than a young girl..even the little things make an impact such as holding doors and opening them for them whether it be in public or private(car doors and anyother door.)...those are just some instantces..make them feel like they are special but be careful not to spoil them in the beginning..becuase they might end up taking advantage of it....but as i said...treat her like a woman...rather than just some piece of meat..
