Okay.
I no how your feeling even though i'm girl it happends with us to.
But all you need to do is pretty much find out something she likes and you like and talk about it or just talk about anything you would want to.

First you can lay of the junk food for about a month it worked for me and run everyday for about 15 mins. It doesnt take to much of your time and like i said it worked for me
