I have stains on my teeth is there any way I can get rid of them? If possible any way without using a dentist? Or is it possible at all with or without a dentist? (link)

first of all find out WHY the stains are there, the cause i mean, have they always been there? ever since your secondary/permanent dentition erupted? or did they occur afterwards? secondly, i would suggest you go to a dentist to get them removed, they will do scaling/polishing and even whitening, there are things you can use at home but they can damage your teeth, since they are chemicals you need to be careful with them and it's best to let a professional handle the problem. there's nothing to be scared of, scaling/polishing and whitening is not at all painful.. :)
