I'm a 15/f and I am 5'1 and I weigh 95 lbs. I still want to lose weight though. I look in the mirror and my stomach is sticking out and my butt looks strange. My arms and legs are fine its just my stomach sticks out when I eat. Which I don't eat anything. I just wanted to know if there's any good ways to lose weight?? (link)

hey:) it sounds like you're at a healthy weight! but i know exactly how you feel. anyway my stomach sticks out as well after i eat and yours probably still does when you don't eat because that is the layer of fat- sure if you don't eat for long periods of time you will loose that fat but when you start eating normally again unfortunately it will come straight back. try this diet; it's used by many russian gymnasts to slim down-
Breakfast: 1 piece of high-carb fruit (banana, large pear, 1/2 mango)
Lunch: 1 pice high-fibre fruit (apple, plums, 1/2 cup berries)
Dinner: 1 piece citrus fruit (orange, small grapefruit, tangerines, 2 clementines)
try this for 5 days and drink plenty of water- don't exercise too heavily- go for a brisk walk or do some sit ups. you'll feel great afterwards. after this you will probably find your tum is gone- then aim to do 300 sit up's a day. what people don't realise is that if the layer of fat is still there you can't get the hot abs you want! you should really start to notice a difference if you keep this up each day and the more you build up your abdominal muscles the less weight you will gain onto your stomach- so you won't get that bloated look after you eat. remember to eat healthy and don't let your weight run your life! also you might want to give yoga or gymnastics a go.
