I found a website to buy the fuzzy boots, but I'm wonder exactly WHERE do i get the bottoms that feel like swimsuits and come in neon colors, but have side ties that are so long they go to the knees? i can't find them anywhere on the internet right now thank you! (link)

In my experience most people just make the long ties out of fabric and tie them to the bottoms. Thats what I always did.
