I have dark arm hair and I am teased about it often so I started shaving it about a year ago. But it takes too long and I have to every day and stuff and sometimes it feels weird when people touch my arms. So is there anything I can use to bleach my arm hair blonde? if you know anything around the house I can use that would be even better. Thx so much! I'll rate ya. Answer asap plz! im teased alot to and i use bleach but it takes long nd burns nd then the hair keeps turning dark does shaving really work?
