ok wel im trying to lose 40 pounds and most of it over the summer. i do 500 crunches in the morning and at night and i eat good and i swim alot. what should i do.?

ok heres the deal losing weight is all about wut you eat you have 2 eat healthy. starvation doesnt work dont starve urself u need 2 eat 5-6 meals a day but eat small portions go running several times a day and keep up the crunches dont give up. hope i helped
